This is my go-to place since Aurora Plumbing went downhill. Super helpful, a huge supply of pro parts (not HD crud), and most importantly, online ordering for quick pick up. There are no surprises at check out like some other smaller supply houses.

The right part for a right price

Slow, monopolistic. No direct customer service or customer service in general. Hopefully your claw foot bath doesnt end in AK because they wont care. And that is just the start of the backyard logistics of this company...

I went in to look for a clamp to hold the seat bottom to my handicap walker (it was broken) and Jase Hall found a replacement substitute, modified it to fit the screw holes, installed it and didnt charge me for any of that. Kudos and karma to Jase for his kindness. People like him are becoming rare, the world needs to know that there are still some incredibly kind souls out there. THANK YOU JASE

Ferguson charges 3 to 4 times as much for copper as Home Depot. Better compare what is on the ticket with what they put in the bag, too. They are basically highway robbers.

Great group of people, excellent selection, and very helpful with questions about the products they stock. My mulitiple trips there were always met with patience and excellent service.
