This place is great to get your work done! Experienced artist that are not afraid of any jobs..I had a hand tattoo that looked bad, asked a couple artist to fix it and they said they could do nothing for it.. Came into Echo and asked and they said no problem! She made my hand look amazing! I found a picture of a day of the dead girl I wanted, emailed it to her..a week later she had it finished and she is now on my arm.. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants beautiful art work for a great price.

Ruben is an absolutely brilliant artist and is always willing to get me in last minute. I’ve been tattooed at 10 different shops, and he is definitely one of the best artists I’ve had the pleasure to work with.

Loved the shop, very helpful and staff. They were able to help me turn my rough idea into a physical image which I loved. The tattoo itself was great, the whole process was very smooth, would come again, I’ll be bringing some buddies next time.. well I’ll refer them, since the covid thing they are only letting the client getting tattooed in the shop. It’s unfortunate but totally understandable given the situation.

I had 2 tattoos done by Mike. I was okay with them while they were healing back in March, but now that they are done healing I will not be returning here, or at least not ask for Mike again. They were both just black outlines and one had a little red thrown in last minute. The black outlines are not straight or even even line work and they are just as faded already as my tattoo that I’ve had for 8 years. He was very unprofessional and received multiple calls/texts from his wife that he would stop to answer in the middle of tattooing. These 2 pieces meant a lot to me and now I need to get them fixed by someone else.

Amiable, polite, and great art. Went in on Friday the 13th for the flash tattoos with a group of friends. They got all of us tatted and the whole time everyone was great despite being close to closing hours. Not the greatest thing on our part to come close to their closing time, however they handled it like professionals. The owner of the shop is really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

All the Artists Ive met have been super nice. Both my tattoos were done as a walk-in and they were super friendly and accommodating! They get things done quickly and efficiently, and charge incredibly fair prices for the quality work they do. Every time I go in I am ready and willing to pay far greater than what they quote me. Easy to miss building, impossible to forget experience!

I walked in not expecting to get any work done but then I met Ruben. Hes very friendly, funny, and kind. Clayton is great! So is his bearded colleague whose name I didnt get who offered me a bottle of water and was good company while I waited. I got my nose re-pierced here. Clayton was running behind (I would not want the person giving me a tattoo to rush and Im glad he didnt) but he took a break and pierced my nose. The price was super reasonable. These are good guys.

Went here week ago to do retouching my old tattoo, my artist name Reuben took care of my old one and he did great job with my new 2 tattoos. I love him, he was very gentle, funny and entrained me whole time. I will definitely get more tattoo from him in the future :)

Shouldn’t go here if you want a great tattoo but if you’re not looking to spend what you should for something permanent, go for it. The pictures on all these 5 star post don’t look good at all.

My brother set up an appointment with Jaime at 3PM this past Friday. My brother and I got there about 10 minutes early and she had apparently accepted a last minute appointment and asked if we could come back in 30-45 minutes. We were hungry so we were like, Um, I guess. Before heading out she needed us to remind her about what tattoos we wanted and where, which I know is necessary, but when I mentioned mine would go on my wrist she asked if o was aware it wouldnt stay there (if I turn my wrist), and I said yes but in my head I was like, Duh, I have a wrist of my own and know how it moves. Then she turns to a guy behind here and says, Hey (name), its another one of THOSE. What the hell does that even mean. So my bro and I go to eat and come back something like 45 minutes later and shes still working on her last minute appointments. Keep in mind our appointment was at 3PM and this was now after 3:45PM we wait another 20 minutes and decide we had enough. Bro tells the manager we have other plans coming up and we need our deposit back. Manager tells Jamie and shes says shes done right then. She wasnt. Clients were still with her and I heard the buzzing. Manager tries to get us to stay and we say no, we have plans. He ask if we made plans right against a tattoo appointment and I tell him no, we had a buffer for time and we have now exhausted that buffer with it being 4PM. Manager says that happens sometimes and my brother brings up Jaime saying some last minute people came up first. Manager changed his whole tone and did not seem happy. Not sure what happened after that, but I am so salty after this experience. The manager and other staff there were really nice, but Jaime (Graham according to her business card) was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. If you want to go to this particular parlour, book your tattoo with someone other than her.

Went in looking for a replacement piece for my ear piercing that I snagged and lost the threaded piece. The selection was decent enough, but they didnt have anything similar to what I already had. He tried really hard to make something work for me that would look somewhat similar, but when he couldnt he felt bad so he just gave me a new earring for FREE and swapped it out real quick for me so that Id have something and not ruin my new piercing! Totally stellar dude!!

Went to shop to get a quote on a tattoo from Lisa she told me she wasnt booked at all and gave me her email to fuiger out when I wanted to make a appointment the next day I email her she said shes booked for next 2 weeks and now she wont even reply to my emails and at all iv emailed her afew times this month pretty lame customer service sense this place only has like 3 artist total the other artist might not be as shady as her
