I had new ties put on. Then when I got a flat. I couldnt take off my lugnuts. From any tire. They were all stripped by incorrectly threading the caps. Someone one didnt hand start the caps. They used power tools. Management told me it was because my car war older. But what they didnt know that my front two hubs were 3 weeks old. I replaced them myself and Im a mechanic. Les Schwab didnt stand by the work. They didnt pay for any of the parts. I had to have another shop snap each cap off and replace each hub. During the process of rheumatoid was destroyed had to replace a few rims. And itll cost me over $2,000. Be sure to watch your car while youre at Les Schwab for this kind of error in their labor
Les Schwab is great!I took my car in this morning with screw drilled into the tire. They fixed it in just over a half an hour, and didnt charge! They were all friendly, professional and the waiting room was clean and comfortable.Les Schwab is great! Go there!

Today, we had the unfortunate experience of having a nail get lodged in our tire, but we called this location and asked about wait time. They told us around 30 minutes, and the minute we got there, we were helped promptly, it took less than a half hour to find the problem and patch our tire, making it drivable again, and they didnt charge us. The best service, we will definitely be back.

Went to get my tires rotated and checked for air,they did it with no problem or hesitation,I asked if I needed new tires and they said not yet check back in 5,000 miles,I was impressed by the honesty and prompt service,offered a tip and he said no, its our pleasure,cant speak for other days or times but my car was serviced rather quickly,I went an hour before closing during the week in case your wondering.

I cant say thank you enough. I bought a used truck and it was missing a lug nut. It is the one that requires the special lug key. Lost that too.I have to say that you are lucky to have phenomenal employees at this establishment. Must mean there is great leadership as well.Spencer is a true gentleman, solved my problem in a matter of minutes and also corrected the air in my tires and my truck not only drives better, the TPS light is gone.The man I spoke to when I first called in to inquire was also very polite, calm, informative, and inviting. He listened to my issue and advised I come in and if they could not provide the correct fit, that he would direct me to another location that would.You have a customer for life. Sold me those awful tire covers to help get my car out of the snow. There were only two in there for over $100. I wanted chains but the guy said these worked the same and easy to put on. Said I couldn’t get a refund if they didn’t work. They did not work at all. They were starting to tear. Chains would never wear down so fast. I was lucky they agreed to a refund after calling upset 20 mins later. Didn’t apologize or say anything when I came back in. Didn’t even offer to sell me chains. Just walked away from me. I’ve never had such bad customer service. I hate how car guys try to take advantage of women. And when they get called out they have nothing to say and won’t even try to help with a better option. Will never be returning and let everyone know how awful those workers are.
Oh no! I forgot his name... Stewart?? Was SUPER helpful. I needed new brakes for a long trip and I needed them TODAY! He said if he ordered the parts he could get them in two days. I told him my situation and he said, well get it done for you today. Well make it happen. NOW THATS GOOD BUSINESS!! He got it done! And they found out they didnt need a part after all and saved me $200!!!! THATS REALLY REALLY GREAT AWESOME COOL BUSINESS!!!!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!
Upon arrival I was greeted rudely. I had a 85 yr old woman with me and they expected her to wait 2 hours just to talk to us. I took her home and returned only to be greeted rudely again. So I sit here and Im waiting... And waiting.After making this post I was very happy. It didnt take as long as expected, the tire was under warranty, so it cost my client anything for a brand new tires.Please accept my apology for jumping the gun on my post. I typically use this Shoreline location to do my tire work. On several occasions though Ive used the Edmonds store because of scheduling, in the past they have me good service. After Edmonds shop screwed my appointment up leaving me waiting for 40 min after my set appointment time before realizing they checked me in, I left and called the shoreline store. The team here greatly apologized for what happened and set me up for a fist thing in the a.m. next day appointment where I was greeted and promptly taken care of.....Great service Shoreline Les Schwab, keep up the great work!!
Our tire light was on in the middle of the road and since we bought their tires before, they check them immediately for free, and our tire went back to normal. Feel safe and relieved afterwards.

The service at this location was awesome! Jerry and the rest of the guys there were so kind and I genuinely felt that theyre goal was to provide the best products for my needs with the best customer service. I came in just under an hour before closing needing a full set of tires before heading out of own the next day. They even had to go get them from another location and still managed to get me out of there by closing. I am happy to drive a little outta my way to continue getting my truck serviced here by such great guys!

For tires, brakes, suspension, alignment, etc they are great! Much easier than a normal mechanic and offer services mechanics dont. Very friendly customer service. They went very outta their way to get me the correct sized chains which Im so grateful for!
They are always friendly, helpful, and never up-sell. I have visited many Les Schwab stores all across Washington and they are all similarly helpful and delightful, so clearly this is a corporate ethic - and as a consumer I must say I love it. Nobody touches my tires, alignment, etc. except Les Schwab folks.

Jerry and his team are always helpful and make sure you leave feeling confident about the service. They are always fast and helpful in making suggestions and the right choices for your needs. They recently took their time to help me try to make some wheels fit my car, however even though they ended up not fitting, the guys working took time out of their day and I was not charged for the several trips I took to this place. Always a pleasure doing business with this Les Schwab.
This had to be one of the most upsetting experiences I ever had with any business. I went in to have a leak in my tire fixed and was told it was an easy fix and a free service. I came back and one of the service guys told me that speaking to the manager would do me no good. It was a waste of my time. The manager would not even apologies for wasting my entire morning. He did nothing to try and help me. He was aggressive and I felt bullied and unsafe my entire time at the shop. I did end up going to another shop and the manager helped me considerable, giving me a new tire. I never expected anything but an apology. Shame on the employees that stood by while he treated me like he did. So bad that other customers just walked out. I spoke with the district manager and owner and they were so respectful. Thank you to them. The manager of this store said I should never apologize if I did nothing wrong. Now leave the store. Avoid this place at all cost. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work for a tyrant like that.
I have a 2014 Nissan that I bought in July. I went to Les Schwab for a brake check, including brake fluid. A really nice technician checked everything out and gave me a thumbs up on brakes. Its a nice service that they provide and its free.

I got a flat tire one day before I planned on having my snow tires put on. I was able to get to Les Schwab and they put air in my tire so I was able to go home, get my tires, bring them back and then they put them on for free!!! Amazing customer service! I will definitely be back to purchase tires from here in the spring.
The service I got when I blew my tire was AMAZING. They patched the tire within an hour, and as I was driving away I realized my axel was bent. I went back in and they took in my car even though they were booked for the rest of the day. They worked on it between appointments and had it done just before closing. It turned out I also had damage to my struts but their alignment machine was broken, and told me to call later in the week to fix it. They ended up calling g me once their machine was fixed and got my car fixed within a few hours. The service was perfect and I can confidently say that I will be coming back for any of my car needs.

I went to this location for a tire related problem and was told that I needed new breaks. I doubted that. After that, I went to the Les Schwab in Edmonds and they confirmed that my breaks were Fine. Then, it happened AGAIN. I went to have my snow tires put on and was told that two tires were worn and would need to be replaced. I went to the Leswab in Edmonds and they said the tires were fine and put them on my car for free. I write this becuase it happened TWICE. Beware! Go to Edmonds!
Fantastic customer service at Les Schwab Tire Center.We asked this Les Schwab to find some rivets for our fancy Raceline wheel hubs on our truck as a few had fallen off. The rivets were difficult to match and Aleigh did her best to provide them quickly but was stymied by their suppliers. Eventually the correct rivets were located and the manager Lee provided them to us at no charge because of the trouble and delay. Customer service is what Les Schwab is all about and this location cant be beat! We are happy customers who will return when our truck and fifth-wheel need service.
Always great service at value prices. And offered perks like tire rotation every six months when you purchased a set. Free air pressure checks free brake inspections. What is there not to love about this service business?

Ive only been to Les Schwab once, and no for a car I no longer have. But they will be my go to tire center forever. They took care of my problem, presents options, have a terrific process, and got me out with the product that I need without unnecessary costs. Yes, they did try to up-sell me a little but more as an option to consider and without any further comment after I said no. They gave me options based on their experience and gave me space to make my decision and then ran with that. Go here for your tire needs!
My girlfriend got a severe flat tire after the snow, so much like everyone else, we headed over to Les Schwab. Even being swamped, they still got to her car pretty quickly and even were able to repair the tire at no cost!
Ive been a customer of this store for 10 yrs or so and am really happy with them. Ive had a few times over that many years where they messed something up but the way they make it right has each time been right on. I think they are awesome!

Not wanting to give them more of our business and living across the road from Les Schwab Shoreline, we took our car over there and they repaired the puncture free of charge!Guess who just got a customer for life. Terrible experience, I dont recommend coming here and I know I wont ever again.My dad had a great experience his first couple visits. So much so that he bought a year long warranty on my tires, this was roughly 3 months ago. About a month ago one of my tires POPPED on the freeway and so I immediately pulled over and put on my spare (what kind of idiot would drive on the freeway with a flat). When I took my tire in to be replaced, the employee took what I felt to be an extremely rude approach to telling me that the tire wasnt applicable for warranty.He said the tire had been driven on for too long after it was flat and explicitly told me it was my fault. I called my dad so that he could talk to the associate instead but as he was talking to my dad, I heard him laugh and say What do you expect us to do? Give you a free tire? Now that wouldnt be a business.He kept telling me that it was my fault for driving on the tire after it was flat and that if I had put on the spare right when the tire went flat, it would be applicable for warranty. I kept trying to explain that it had POPPED on the freeway and that I put on the spare immediately and at this point he started blatantly ignoring me and serving another customer.Aside from stating the obvious that only an IDIOT would drive on a flat tire on the freeway. It almost seems as if this Les Schwab treats its regulars worse than its first-time customers. Ive never had an experience that has compelled me to write a google review but this experience made me want to warn people not to be serviced here. Discount Tires it is.

They had an employee who caused the transmission to go bad and when I proved it to them they tried to have their associates down the street claim less damages then there actually was. Over all they did not take responsibility for their actions and the very first thing they said was he doesnt work here any more. What so them firing the employee and then telling me as i they knew he was doing bad things to customers cars was just unacceptable, so I bought my next set of tires from another business and then every time I came in to have them look at the tires I got attitude for not having their tires on my car so that gave me opportunity to share the story again and remind them of why I had different tires on my van.Small favors dont compensate for all the guff and damage done by this North City Loacation.Good Luck you may need it.

This Les Schwab put me at ease - I had an appt for an alignment and I was in and out in 30 minutes, with no pressure to do anything else. Kudos to Judy and Chris for making this an easy and smooth experience!!

Over the years Ive bought tires here for several vehicles. Our current vehicle came with tires that Les Schwab doesnt stock. One of these tires has had a persistent slow leak. So, I called late in the day to see if they could take a look anyway and they said yes. Brent checked the tire with water, did a rim eval and reseal and replaced the valve stem with a new one. When I asked him how much for the service?...his answer No charge. Now thats customer service!

Incompetent at best, these guys have been incredibly difficult to deal with, adding stress during an already emotional time dealing with the loss of several members of my immediate family. I took my 99 Toyota Solara here to get an inspection, see what was needed, and to look into an alignment. I was recommended new tires, and told that may fix the alignment. I bought new tires, and the alignment was not fixed. I took it back into them to get an alignment, and the tech said it was a bad tie rod and they couldnt move it to align it. Fair enough. I left, came back a third time and got the tie rod + alignment done. I do not think they test drove it after they did the work, because it immediately was pulling to the left and right still and was obviously not in alignment, it is immediately noticeable that it wasnt fixed if they drove it like the should have. I took it back in a fourth time, and they blamed the poor alignment on the brand new tires being defective from the factory. Okay, fine. They ordered the tires, I came back a fifth time and they put the tires on. It did not fix the alignment, it was still pulling hard. I set an appointment a 6th time, for 7/19/2018, at 8am, on the condition I can get a co-worker to drive me to drop my car off because I was expected at work at 8am close by Les Schwab, and my boss allows it providing I have an extra guy to help, which I did not, so I did not make the appointment. I took 7/20/2018 off work for personal reasons, and showed up promptly at 8am to make Les Schwab part of my day. Jerry did not want to help me out, he said no alignment tech was in today, and it was not his problem that I didnt show up to my appointment the day before, all the while looking very annoyed and like he just did not care at all about what ive been through with these guys so far. I very frustratingly asked for a refund instead of setting another appointment 4 days from now at Monday at 10am like I dont work for a living, and he begrudgingly obliged and I walked out without a word, no doubt happy he wouldnt have to see me again. On top of this, when I was shopping around for tires, the lady on the phone, Megan, laughed at me when I suggested I could find cheaper tires/installation and I wanted to look before I committed to Les Schwab, that should have tipped me off right there to the kind of service these guys perform..what a shame and a huge waste of my time that I will not get back.

Hi Susan Delgado here wanting to give a shout out to Brent who saved me a $100 by not selling me a tire on Sept 19th when a patch would do.I had just come over from Chuck Olson Kia where I was told a nail was in the sidewalk of my right rear tire and I would need to replace for a total of $151 so I called Brent at Les Schaub. When I got there he said he could check before putting on a new tire if he could patch it.Afterwards a mere 20 minutes later he confirmed what I suspected that Kia had lied to me to sell me a tire. Per Brent the short nail was barely into the tread. He fixed it for free!The TV commercials are TRUE guys!What a wonderful perfect experience can’t I say more??
