No speed service to get ur order u have to wait more than 2 hours two person doing cutting part but I dont know what they doing .when u call the store to hold for u they not helpful and I get there 11:30 am to get meat and they give number I wait there like 12:45pm they serviced only 8 customer. May be guys hired more people or have more employees who know what to do, work with time guys speed service one of most important things .u have good products but not good customers service

The best Ethiopian & Eritrean market in the great Seattle area. I am the customer of them since 2015 theyre very responsible for everything, their products like the injera and the other goods are very perfect.Keep it up Sami &Yaredo you guys are awesome 👌 👏.

Extremely arrogant and unprofessional. I stood for a good 7 to 10 min before it was my turn. Just when it was my turn a lady who seemed to be a friend or something walked right in grabbed a bag of coffee and went to the register to check out. When I said something, the guy said oh well it’s whatever. I left and called him to give feedback but he offered apology instead said I am making a big deal out of nothing. He talked like a thug on the street. I told him he is a very rude man who doesn’t deserve my business and hanged up. Arrogant piece of work! I expect the owner will respond in the rude manner as they were at their store and in the same way they have responded to all their critics on this platform. Apologies and good manners is beyond their capabilities.

I have been coming here for the last couple years. They have fresh meat every Thursday and Saturday. The two brother own the store very friendly and good customer service.
