Robert was very friendly, on time, worked quick, and even adjusted and lubricated the opener so that it operates like new! Our garage door wasn’t operating with the keypad, which prompted me to call Roland Garage Doors. Their service guy was quick to respond and he was at our doorstep an hour after we called. Sam did a great job replacing my garage door opener. He called and asked if I would be available earlier than our scheduled appointment, which was great on a Saturday. He diagnosed the problem immediately and gave me the choice of repairing or replacing the unit. Since it was 20 years old, I opted for replacement and, less than an hour later, I had a new fully functional and quiet garage door opener.
