I bought a Milwaukee drill and oscillating tool and the lady working there told me “everything works” I get home and put in the battery and it’s completely fried and doesn’t work. I tried everything and it doesn’t work. Other than the battery I’m happy about the tools.
Never go here the guy who works here is the worst!!! Dont waste your time!!
First time going to a pawn shop to sell an item, during the process there was zero negotiating on their end(offered amount that was about 25% of value), their explanation for the pricing is looking at similar items aka same product with different material used(aluminum vs copper...theres a big value difference with that already) and telling me stories only of criminal-type situations when I had the printed invoice and the short man kept saying they would only pay less than I did originally... and yet thats exactly what I was already asking for. Felt like I was dealing with plain stupidity and accusers of me committing a crime. They were serious with being ignorant to the facts of the situation and didnt even try to negotiate.
The short, rude, employee with all the tattoos is very impolite and insulting. Wouldnt allow me to use my store credit on a firearms purchase. Misinformed, rude, insulting. He told me SPD said Im not allowed to neither buy, own, nor open carry a firearm. Id just paid an attorney to get my rights restored recently. DO NOT PURCHASE FIREARMS FROM THESE MISINFORMED RUDE INSULTING EXCUSES!!!
I’ve done business with the team at the Shoreline Cash America since I moved to the area. Stephen, the manager, has some of the most unique and interesting items of any pawn shop I’ve visited in the Seattle metro. I’ve purchased everything from tools to computer gear to TVs from Stephen and his team. I find the staff to be courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about their inventory. I recommend this shop to anyone needing quite literally most anything. The inventory refreshes daily!
I have been working with this business for the past three years or so and have had nothing but good experiences. I was surprised to read the negative reviews but considering some were from six years ago, it sounds like there has been a change in staffing, in particular the manager. I enthusiastically andoand confidently recommend Cash America Pawn in Shoreline to anyone looking to buy, sell or get a loan.
Wasted my time trying to buy a computer. I stood in line while 5 employees stood behind the counter. No other customers in the store besides me and the guy being helped in front of me. Another customer walks in and one of the other 4 employees started assisting them instantly, blatantly ignoring the fact Ive been waiting 10 minutes in line. I wish I would have saved myself the time and annoyance by not visiting the place to begin with. I decided to leave and go buy a new computer, after reading the reviews, Im glad I didnt waste my money.
Good store. You can find alot of gems here. Nice employees, straight forward.
I Love this place . Friendly and most certainly have gone the distance for me, in particular Im speaking about Electronics. Being technology challenged as people of my generation are, the help was above and beyond. Also I find the location is very convenient. Often the selection is plentiful, Sales often enough for me to just stop in to make sure I am not missing out. Enjoy...
They enable bike thieves by purposely not recording serial numbers correctly.
Clean and very nice staff
I have sold a few things to them and have bought a bunch of stuff from here. Great place to buy and sell. The are definitely fair in the price they give you for selling or buying things.
Sold me a stolen amazon Echo Plus, would have taken them 5 mins to try to set it up before they bought it. Can NOT be reactivated and is worthless.
Justin Suedeo is a sad insignificant little girl. He is extremely toxic and has a stick up you know where. Ive unfortunately had the displeasure of meeting this rude little kid. Hes a salty individual who when doesnt get there way throws a hissy fit and will throw around insults all while his buddies look at him with embarrassment and disappointment. His parents need to feed him some soap and maybe take him off his high horse, kid looks like hes never worked a day in his life and expects everything handed to him. Poor kid. Dont let one loser ruin your chance to check out the amazing individuals at this location they are SUPER FRIENDLY and knowledgeable especially Dan the assistant manager and Michael one of the Associates.
Polite friendly - Excellent place to get A good buy on Quality Merchandise
Manager steven is not good at all...needs to let it goo..
Called to ask if they had any left handed guitars in stock. Was told yes, they have a bright yellow one by Charvel. Made the drive all the way up here to find that they in fact have no left handed guitars, but they do have a bright yellow right handed Charvel guitar with a right-hand-reverse neck (meaning the tuning pegs are on the opposite side as most right handed guitars.)Sorry but if you dont know anything about guitars, then ask me what to look for, or put someone on the phone who has a clue. Waste of a drive.
Clean store staff extra nice fair deal would recomend
The man I worked with was so rude and the price he offered me was so low. Obviously I was hard up for cash which is why I was there. I didnt take what he offered and went to the cash america on 128th and hwy 99. They were GREAT...so nice, professional, and really go out of their way to help you as much as they can!
Bought a tv for $200. Before i bought it they hooked up a dvd player to it and it played a movie. Once i got home and tried to connect the cable to it, it didnt work. Connected my dvd player and it worked. I took the tv back like 2 hrs later and they refused to refund me my money.I told them the cable component doesnt work. They dont do refundsI reported them to the Better Businesse Bureau.Wet back Con artists for sure.
Terrible place to buy and sell gold. Stick with the professionals not the pawn shops
I was beaten by the clerk and tied up....With rope.....Real tight. I was used as a human toilet for 8 years before finally escaping to Ballard. Dont go here, I get the feeling they dont care about repeat business customers. they also ate my hand because they are cannibals. Hand soup.
Went in to pawn my battery charger waited in line there for 40 minutes,I was the only one in line, one person was being helped at the counter, the other two werent doing anything, the when I get up there she offered 10 dollars, its a brand new schumaker charger that cost me 120,I pawned it before in Federal way store and they give me 50.anyway I left with my charger.I will never go back there.
No number, last time I was in there they wouldnt even look at my things just glanced at it and said no.
