QFC team the friendliest in this area. Thankful for their help on many occasions, including this morning when I forgot my mask! Good people make such a difference.
Not the best customer service, I been using Safeway card for discount and rewards here and today Barbara didnt wanna take it because it will go to someone elses number? It didnt make sense to me. Pluse if my REWARDS go to someone elses for using my Safeway card its okay. She was just rude and didnt wanna take it. Very disappointed.
An amazing market. Several fresh options and unique grocery selection. Friendly staff.
Didnt know a grocery store could carry so many items past the sell by date.
I like qfc quality but they are more expensive than Fred Meyer or Safeway so I usually only buy sale items. But nicest people work & shop at QFC Give my review a thumbs up if you agree!
Good people, small selection of good local craft beer. Some local options for food. Prices seem standard.
I like QFC and this one was pretty good. It feels like an older store but its pretty well laid out. The aisles are a little narrow and cramped but I was able to get around okay even with someone else and their cart coming the other way down the aisle. The staff was friendly and the managers specials were well marked. Theres also a Wells Fargo in the parking lot which is super convenient.
THIS REVIEW IS FOR SHORELINE QFC on 145th!!I normally love this store with its friendly helpful staff.I was very disappointed that four of the staff working with customers in the cashier area and bagging were very careless about wearing masks, seemingly preferring to use them as chin muffs, sometimes covering mouths, not noses. These same employees were constantly fidgeting with their masks while within 3 feet of customers and handling customer goods. The man bagging my groceries literally fussed with his mask four times while bagging my groceries, never once covering his nose ( and also put the tomatoes under the potatoes and apples at the bottom of the bag).More training on duties and social distancing and mask standards are clearly needed. This is after watching most customers outside carefully putting on masks and some even wearing plastic bags over their hands in an attempt to feel safe while running essential errands. Not everyone can order online. QFC - please maintain better protocols - this isn’t going away anytime soon.
We have been shopping here for 21 years now.Our 16 year old son just applied for a job. .good place to work. Cameron was great.Hope our son gets interview.Kelly Williams
I love this QFC, everyone there is always super helpful and friendly, especially the cashiers. They have all the more common ingredients and items and even some of the less common ones. I also like that they have a section near the front where they have seasonal items so you can get all your Christmas cookie ingredients in one area of the store.
Picked up sun flower seeds from North 40 based on advice from one of the crew and they were AWESOME!
The Amount of food waste in the Deli Section is insane!Every 2 hours 50lb of chicken is tossed away along with the entire Hot Area items such as Pizza Sticks, Jojos, and Mac and Cheese. These items go directly into the trash, employees do not get to take any of this home nor do they get to eat it for free for lunch, on top of this there is no discount on soon to be expired items. What would make more sense is: After 90min, discount all hot food products for 30min, customers can enjoy fresh hot food for the first 90min, while those who are budget conscious, or show up at the right time, can enjoy discounted hot food items.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------As a vegan, Ive constantly complained that this location and other Quality Food Centers did not cater to my allergy. They later added a Vegan section and only supplied Soy based products which is another allergy of mine (Soy free vegan)They soon supplied Wheat Gluten Vegan Products and I was more than willing to buy the items they had, but, unfortunately the vendor (or this location) marks up the price quite high. (6.99+ for 4 Wheat gluten sausages is insane). Id love to support the Vegan movement, If this location had more sales Id happily buy as much of this protein based food as I could, instead I walk by and wait for the price to lower. which then hurts the vendor because I refuse to pay the price listed. The Vegan/Organic Food Section hardly ever has sales and the new Bulk Food section is GREAT but its all Soy based which is probably why no ones uses it.Please support non-soy diets.
I like the store no crowds, clerks are really good.
QFC is my best place to shop since I live next door, I’ll always come to get something but today I had rudest casher. He’s eating chicken by one hand and doing cashing job by another hand ......dylan..
Shawn, Oliver, Orvie, Chona, Tatiana, Duane, Colby and the entire team is wonderful, attentive, and friendly. This is our main grocery and the team is why! And oh yeah the are also pretty much in stock well merchandise! Well managed store.
Stacy the checker is WONDERFUL. Always nice, kind and helpful. Another lady helped me find a product.
Tatiana., who often works evenings, truly cares about my life and how things are. Shows true concern for me! Love her!
Very good service but the prices are way higher than other local stores, plus the same quality. (Thats why the lines are usually short ) I only wish the prices get lower to come back more often.
My boyfriends ID is expired and I get that they can’t accept it but they wouldn’t let me buy our groceries either. He is over 30 and I don’t understand why they were so hostile with both of us. We live around the corner and go here all the time but now I’ll be frequenting the Fred Meyer which has a much better selection and is only a little farther down the road. This isn’t our first incident. This location keeps hiring people with poor social skills and I’m tired of dealing with the rude staff.
4 stars for convenience and service. Prices are generally high, selection is limited, and theyre too often out of stock on groceries I want. On the other hand, the footprint is convenient, the hours are good, the people are nice (though a rough crowd early in the morning) checkout is rarely slow, and it is central to Richmond Beach and environs.
Much better (although much smaller) than the Fred Meyer down the road. Ive only had to deal with a couple crack heads at this store compared to the recent onslaught of human filth at the Fred Meyer.
Small neighborhood feeling. Good prices, especially with the Fred Meyer Mobile App. I couldnt believe they charged 6.99 for a roll of Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sausage though. Crazy!
QFC as everyone calls it is a great neighborhood sized grocery store. Their produce department is good for a small store. Has a nice local vibe.
Very helpful and friendly people with excellent quality products and great prices. I love shopping there.
Good selection of food. Friendly clerks. Adequate parking. Close to starbucks.
Great selection for one of their smaller stores. Good service too...rarely have to wait long to check out. Clean. Great sushi and seafood selection,
Easy grocery shopping in a neighborhood store. Bakery always has samples too!
Great for quick stops in and out of there.
Not a big QFC but they have the basics and are never very crowded!
Always long lines with too few cashiers. Rarely enough staff. Prices are better at trade Joes
Perfect grocery store in Richmond Beach Shoreline area. QFC is clean and well organized with good choices.
Neighborhood grocery store - very friendly staff. Great produce typically. They are very constrained by their space, so dont have as many choices on the shelf as the QFC in Edmonds. Plus, Shoreline requires them to charge for bags, so dont forget your own.
Everyone is leaving. I hear the deli maanger is horrible. The store manager is a fool, he calls a huddle as he says at lunch time when we as customers are sitting in line waiting for some service. I hear Albertsons is now Safeway down by us. I will try it, because you folks no longer care about the customers, but your huddles. Enjoy.Patrick Martin
A local-feeling grocery (despite the chain) with a great staff of characters!
Hot/Cold food line was bountiful just be careful about the weight of your meal, it could cost you a good hefty amount. Lol! Definite clean eats...
Very small for a qfc, so it lacks a lot of the specialty items I expect from a qfc. But its close to home, and I love being familiar with the checkers.
Not a bad place neighborhood grocery store. They only have groceries. If youre looking for a Walmart styled store, go down the road to Fred Meyers. For east coasters, qfc is owned by Kroger, so you can use your Kroger card or phone number to get the same discounts you get with a qfc card.
Old school store, neighborhood feel easy to find things friendly staff
Smaller than some QFCs but still good selection of food.
Worst store ever, walked around entire store to find NO cold beverages like soda or redbull, only cold organic juice and weird kombucha, but no caffeine!!! QFC sucks. They even labeled an aisle cold beverages but it was ONLY beer
This is a very nice store having everything one could ask for.
Helpful employees. Clean. Good produce and meat.
Great store! Quality service from employees.
Prices are pretty high at QFC, Fred Meyer has way better prices!!
Always good employees with great service. Some people have been working there since I can remember.
Decent selection of fresh produce, accompanied with a small bakery and deli market.
Now that they are done with the outside renovations it looks great! Though there appears to be less handicap parking.
Always friendly service, fruit for the young ones while shopping.
Very clean, small hometown feel grocery store. Friendly employees.
My fav, good customerservice....
Good place to shop always a place to park nice employees.
Very clean store, helpful and polite staff.
Selection is a bit limited, but it has relatively low traffic (especially compared to the QFC a few minutes North of it in Edmonds).
Good quality foods at moserate prices.
Love their fried chicken.
Theyve stopped carrying a lot of my favorite products but its the only place near me thats open until midnight.
Customer service is superb!
Sushi is the best.
The best grocery store!
Mini pies are delicious
Barren shelves no meat, increased prices
Nice store good people
Rude and snotty morning staff 😤
Always clean and friendly staff
Convenient location and reasonable prices
I accidentally bought the wrong muffins from the bakery and when I brought them back they exchanged them no questions asked
Good store with quality food
The store hours are now 5 am to 12 pm every day.
This is our neighborhood market. We knew the people there, and they knew us
There is feces on the toilet seat. And urine all over the floor in the mens bathroom. Lazy workers. 15$ an hour my ass.
Friendly staff, good food
Small QFC. Not a wide selection of products.
Great store!
Nice neighborhood store
Small store, located off the main drag, not too convenient, but if I lived in the neighborhood around the store, it would probably be my hometown Marketplace, it seems that the store caters to the local neighboring community, and I have nothing against.
Not enough cashiers. Waited 15 minutes.
Havent had a bad experience here yet!
My favorite QFC
Its still small and the employees are still friendly.
Its a little pricey
Good food
Rude service!
Staff was very friendly
Awesome store!!!
Friendly staff
