I’ve been taking my dad to Miracle Ear in Shoreline for several years. They are professional, kind and pleasant always and overall excellent customer service.Appointments are easy to coordinate, plus a reminder call the day before, easy parking, etc. I’ve learned to keep the devices working their best for years to come the hearing aid need a check up every few months; cleaning and re-tuning for the social situations be it one on one conversations or auditoriums like church.I can’t recommend Shoreline miracle ear enough. You won’t be disappointed.

I rate this business as 10/10I’ve been coming here for almost a full year, and I have yet to have any issues so far.They’re clean, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable with the products.I feel I can always make my own informed decisions without being coerced.

Before I went in for my first appointment with them, I had given my insurance information so they new what was going to be covered. For some reason, the hearing specialist at least 3 or 4 times kept insinuating that my wife needed to be there in order to make the financial decisions.After my testing was complete, I chose the style that I wanted. They had my insurance information and explained that if it was going to be out of network, it would be my insurance paying 45% of the remaining balance after my deductible (4000) leaving 3490, which my insurance would have paid 1570 for their part.Instead of the above amount, they charged my credit card the full balance of 7490 dollars, when I asked why they did that, I was told that it their policy and that it would be my responsibility to get reimbursed. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the 1570.50 that was over charged.Had that been explained to me before paying, I would have not gone through with the transaction. Three months after, I received a bill from the store I first went to for more than 1200 dollars stating that the bill is 61-90 days past due.I have filed an initial complaint with BBB, I am going to try and contact the district manager again and try to work this out, however, one call has been ignored, but maybe a response will happen this time.When I spoke with my insurance company, they explained that what information they had was wrong, and that they were out of network and only paid 295 dollars. They also explained that if I would have been given the correct information from Miracle ear, I would have known that in network would have not cost me a dime out of pocket.I will never recommend this company to anyone who asks.

Whenever I take my mother-in-law here, she is greeted so friendly. Joanne always holds the door open for her. Dorothy is very knowledgeable and always wants to help us. 10/10

Any issue I have had with my hearing aids have been dealt with immediately. And I love that I can get free maintenance checks as often as I like.

My mother has been coming here for years and has always been pleased! She is 93 and just got new hearing aids that are recharged every night. No more changing batteries. She also has the TV audio directly into her hearing aids. - wow! She can continue hearing her show even if she needs to go into another room.Dorothy Sherwood, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, is so friendly and good at her job and so is the receptionist/Office Manager!
