The shop apparently changed hands, but still a good place to take your small engine powered power tools. I had a frozen engine on my mower. Other shops told me to ditch my 1 year old mower, but S.M. told me to bring it in. It was only out of oil somewhere, and not a big deal apparently, so they fixed it for $19. I am so happy they saved my almost new mower, so they deserve a strong 4 stars. It took over 3 weeks, otherwise it would have been 4+ stars!

I was quoted $30 to diagnose lawnmower problemsUsually about $75 to fix most problems.Sounds fair, most people dont know how to maintain a mower, change the oil or spark plug so they should pay $75 for that kind of stuff even..

I am reading them a one star because I sent my generator to get just a tune up now its only been sitting for 1 month and it wont start at all. On top of that there where at the bottom are you put the oil end is a bunch of sludge of oil and gas that was not there before I sent it to them. Lastly which really infuriated me wahs they had opened one of the areas which would repair and obviously used a drill but basically stripped all of the screws so nobody can get in that area

I took two mowers in, both dead because the fuel in an unlabled can was deisel/gas mix. He got them operating, had both tuned up, blades sharpened, and more. Nice folks, busy place, quick turnaround, great value.

Having had good experiences here previously, I dropped a Coleman gas pressure washer and a Viper mini-tiller off to get them running and checked out. After a month of hearing nothing, I finally called to check the status. I was told that the tools were too old and they couldn’t get parts to fix them. I then found time to check out the tiller, to find the gas line had split inside the tank. 5 minutes online found the replacement fuel line assembly...$12.95 delivered to my door! Runs great..... now. Now for the pressure washer.....

I took my pressure washer in to get fixed. After 3 weeks, they let me know it was not worth it to fix, the cost to fix was almost the original price i paid. i should buy a new one. I asked to fix it anyway, and the price to fix went up. Overall, Service was slow. Communication was insufficient. Not happy.

I needed warranty work done on my mower. They did not touch it for two and a half weeks even to diagnose it. When asked them why, the answer was “warranty work is not a priority for us “. So, if your equipment is under warranty, keep in mind that you will wait for couple of weeks before they start working on it.

I took five pieces of equipment in here. They told me to be ready within three weeks. At 3 weeks they told me they were waiting on parts for my pressure washer. At six weeks they had my mower pressure washer and blower done. But were still waiting on parts for my line trimmer and hedge shears. Everytime I call to find out about my equipment they say we dont know will give you a call back in 20 minutes, and then never returned my call.

Took my lawnmower and weed eater about 3 months ago, and its been working phenomenally till today. The staff was amazing and friendly too

Although they didnt have what I was looking for the shop was very helpful in helping me secure the parts that I needed. Wonderful friendly service. And they have become my lawn mower and small motor shop for any repair work that I may need.

I was looking to buy a mower and stopped by because there are dozens out front...As it turns out everything out front were repaired mowers waiting for their owners and they had 3 for sale inside, so it was a let down. I can say that if you need mower repair on the North end of Seattle this is your place. If your more central then you can check the establishment near Beths cafe on Aurora avenue near greenlake which is also very good.

I asked if they Had a restroom while trying to purchase something an was told they have a restroom but not for me but for customers an i feel that is Racial Profiling

The new owners here really know their stuff. While the prices for mower and weed whacker tune ups may seem high, theyre actually quite average. They finished both tune ups on time, gave me some advice based upon what they saw during the repairs and helped me load the equipment into the car. Ill use them again. Dont let the older reviews steer you away.

Best friendly professional service in town

This is the only place I go for service of my equipment, honest and fast service at a good price. I purchase all of my new equipment from them and will continue to do so, I have purchased tools and have had services elsewhere and between very long wait times, being overcharged, or claiming it could not be fixed I will always go to Shoreline Mower & Saw.

Did a solid job getting my mower back up and running after the winter storage. Two weeks to get it done, but thats on me for waiting until April to bring it in. Note to self, take it in in October/November.
