First of all the employees are AMAZING super sweet and have an amazing energy that gives a great comfortable experience. Charlotte was so sweet, knowledgeable, and I came into this store 3 times in one week and think I’m going back for a fourth. The other employees that helped me were also just the sweetest and nicest people. I love the energy of this store. Great products and great guidance if you don’t know what you’re looking for. This location specifically was so great I asked for an application. Love lovers

I am not a frequent shopper of Lovers, but I will say if I ever need help, guidance, or a direction for what would improv or spicy things up in the bedroom. This store, in particular, has a fantastic employee named Thai, I am not 100% thats how they spell their name, but they were terrific!Helpful kind knew how to make me feel comfortable and easily relatable person overall. Their knowledge is vast but honest if they have not experienced or used a product. They gave excellent advice to help with my current situation by looking for solutions and products to help resolve that.If you are looking for a friend who can help you out in a area most dont talk about this would be consider the best friend who could not steer you wrong.Thank you, Thai for everything 🙂

I had a $95 savings from rewards that I had stacked up! The lady working said she had never seen that much before. I appreciate the fact that she recognized I had it available. Apparently other stores failed to bring it to my attention. 5 stars for savings! Thanks!

I just want to say, thanks to Ty I literally have a day every week that I never leave my bed. I live across the street which is so dangerous lol. Whenever I’m bored I come in and ask him what I need, and he never disappoints with suggests. I even made a joke with my partner that half of the things I own currently are because of him 😂😂 the best educator and sales person…..ever

Their selection of KY Jelly was awful, not to mention obviously spoiled. I put some on my toast and had terrible diarrhea for a week.

Staff was a little too prying, we were the mabie 30 mins and every staff member must have come to ask us what we were looking for, made my partner very nervous, But they have these chocolates the more than make up for it. Hell of a weekend.

Just went here with my guy and Charlotte was beyond helpful and full of knowledge on the products and we will absolutely be coming back time and time again!Thanks Charlotte!

The Shogirls are phenomenal! Very friendly, available, and up for answering any questions. Gave us a couple fun gifts and all touched base and explained the benefits of each product. Didnt try and sell to us and even gift wrapped some of the product. Knowledgeable, friendly, trained to get you comfortable with a topic most people dont want to confront.

Never again!! Went in with a guy friend and because we’re BLACK we got a racist story told to us by an employee about robbing the store!! As if we came in to STEAL!! NEVER AGAIN! And I know some where with same product and cheaper prices! Should have got her name I walked out with MONEY in hand! Not a thief

I love going to lovers they have it by Friday and selection of clothing and anything somebody could need for a marvelous evening with a new friend or Sam and I are trying to keep the fire liveth I highly recommend this store

I love this store. The employees are always so sweet and help whenever I have a question. The only issue I have is they are too small.

WORST most AWKWARD adult store shopping experience. Greeted by a heavier woman with straight bombardment of intrusive nosey questions. Then after she went and spoke with her co worker proceeded to be followed uncomfortably and harassed by her as well. 0 stars would not recommend if your looking for a relaxed COMFORTABLE shopping experience. Highly recommend any other shop in area.
