After a bolt-on muffler turned out to be anything but, he was able to accommodate me by getting me in the very next day. He made it work with some custom fabrication and welding, and the results are fantastic. The job was done and the car was ready to pick up the same day. A word of warning, however, is that the shared parking lot is a nightmare. I recommend parking on a side street and walking over first, because one of the neighboring businesses blocked off the exit with a box truck, forcing you to have to back out, even as more cars pull in behind you making the same assumption. The lot is filled with junkers from other businesses and its safer to assume there wont be anywhere to park rather than pulling in and getting stuck in a quagmire.

Fantastic muffler shop! I just stopped in today as I had an issue with my muffler. The owner did a quick repair and did not even charge me! Ive used them in the past and they did great work and now after this experience I will never go to another muffler shop except for this one.

AMAZING AMAZING service. I dropped by on a Friday afternoon at 3:45 without an appointment and asked if Mike could take a look at my exhaust because it was rattling after I scraped he went ahead and had my car on a lift in fiveminutes and fixed the issue by moving my exhaust tip which had been pushed to one side slightly causing the rattle. I asked to pay but he charged me nothing and had me on my way.

Mike gave me a great price (half of what my general mechanic quoted me) and had my vehicle back on the road the following day.

No website. No email. Mailbox is full. Outgoing Message, and I quote: We are open from 9-5 monday through friday and then The Mailbox you are trying to reach is full. Maybe they do great work. But how am I supposed to find out?

The owner does not answer his phone and apparently never checks his voicemail so I had to go there and ask him in person only to find out that he doesnt work on rear-engined vehicles.If you own an aircooled VW, look elsewhere.

Great work, great price. My mechanic recommended Shoreline Muffler since the owner there is handy with the welder and most mechanics are not. He was able to weld in a replacement catalytic converter for significantly less than it would have cost my mechanic to bolt in a whole new exhaust assembly. Very friendly service too. I recommend the shop.

Had some exhaust tips installed, ended up that my two mufflers were pretty misaligned from a couple rear end collisions that I didnt realize, but he realign the mufflers and put the exhaust tips on all for the price he promised me just for the exhaust tips. Honestly, if he asked me for more money I would have paid it for going out of his way to align the exhaust tips. They look amazing!

Amazing service and honesty! I came in with a muffler that I thought was done since it had fallen off. I assumed it was going to need to be replaced and we agreed over the phone to have him order one in and replace it. When I finally came in, I asked him to dispose of the old one and he said he would. 20 min later I get a call from him saying the old muffler is perfectly fine and can still be used for another couple years. He offered to simply replace the rubber mounting brackets and weld it back together. 40 minutes later I left with the old muffler mounted and an extra $100 in my pocket. That level of commitment to the client and honesty is hard to find and I am very grateful to him for doing and amazing job and only doing what I needed done. Will always come back!

Mike is awesome! Quoted me $175 for a muffler install and resonator delete (cheaper then most places around the Seattle area). I run a shop that we dont do exhaust work at. Heard from a friend Shoreline Muffler was the place to go - no doubt about it! I took a car up to Mike and he couldnt have been more accommodating. Ive done some exhaust work in the past and it really is an art. From fitment to welding - its not easy. I can tell just by looking at the welds this guy knows his stuff. From now on I wouldnt think about taking any exhaust work anywhere but here!

Came here when my car started making a strange noise (a loud rattling/clunking). I had just replaced the exhaust so I was really worried Id be out even more $$. I called and schedule a time to come in (4:30 pm the same day). Immediately my car was looked at, and it turned out it was just a loose screw! Took 10 minutes and I wasnt charged anything. Had an oil change on my Subaru and was told that I needed a new muffler. A friend referred me to Shoreline Muffler.The owner Mike quoted a price for a new muffler at $300, but when he looked at my car, he said the problem was a rusted connection in pipe leading to the muffler. He fixed it for $55. Wish I could give him 10 stars not just 5.
