I had a great experience with Granite Tech Imports. I wanted a laminate laundry room countertop replaced with granite. After some research, I stopped in over my lunch hour. The process was easy, prices were competitive and the finish product looked great! I would recommend them to friends.

If the scale went to zero this would be a zero. Unbelivable rude front desk staff. Please send your point people to some sort of training to interact with customers. Put payment to hold stone we picked in Jan only to find out its not there when we came to do the layout. Then they tried telling me it was dropped in the shop????? Right......lie....if you want to deal with this sort of mentality Id say go with Granite Tech Imports is for you. Never got a call from the owner after waiting for an hour for an explanation of where our stone went. Hmmm, it took them an hour to finish lunch and come up with they dropped our stone......run for the hills
