Have been using this company ever since I moved into my current place. They offer reasonable rates and have always been professional. They perform my annual services in spring and fall without fail.

Philip installed a humidifier for us. We cannot say enough about how pleased we were. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He spent a good deal of time to make sure everything was done correctly and working properly before he left. We were also very happy that the cost was so reasonable. Some other companies would have gouged us for the time. We will definitely call them again!

We have been loyal customers of Schuler Heating & Cooling since 2014. During 2018 we purchased a new home and discovered the heating system did not work properly. Mr. Schuler determined what the problem was and designed a solution to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Mr. Schuler is a expert on boiler systems as well as forced air systems and that certainly was good for us as we have a boiler system. In addition, we have an older air conditioning system that required the addition of freon R22 which Mr. Schuler provided to keep our old system running all summer problem free. The original issue was addressed promptly once notified. Rating and attitude adjusted. Infact they gained a new customer.

Ryan and Phil did an excellent job replacing our hot water heater and checking the air conditioner unit. This company is easy to work with and they communicate well with you. They do quality work and do nice Job cleaning up when done. We will definitely work with them again and would recommend them to anyone.

If you need any work/maintenance done on your furnace or air conditioner give these guys a call. Phil came out and did a great job cleaning the furnace and I signed up for their discount program which covers yearly air conditioning and furnace cleaning plus 15% off and parts if repairs are necessary. They were on time and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone. Very knowledgeable and Fair as well.

There is no 0 rating so I have to give 1 star. Not Recommended! One person showed up for a cleaning and the next thing I knew, either the owner or manager shows up and they have my entire furnace pulled apart and their telling me a need everything under the sun and its best to buy a new furnace! They will suck your time and as much money as they can from you. I had my neighbor HVAC tech come over and he tested everything and my system is absolutely running perfectly.

Schuler Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace at our house about 18 months ago. We were happy with that service. We also joined their club which gives us seasonal inspections and discounts off parts and service. So when our ac unit was blowing warm air, we called them and learned we were leaking Freon. We just installed a new ac unit. Professional installation, on-time, on budget. Prior to the install, Phil provided multiple options and estimates, without being pushy or pressuring us.

Schuler has been servicing our furnace, whole house humidifier and air conditioner for years. They are always on time, courteous and efficient. Their yearly inspection program is great. It includes free inspections/cleaning and additional services at a discount. Daniel was just here this morning, 1/8/14 and was very polite and efficient. He told me what other services we may need based upon what he saw. Schuler always tells us what is going on with our equipment, so we can address the issue before it becomes worse or an immediate problem. Thank you Schuler for your fantastic service.

We called Schuler in the morning, left a message for Phil and in a short period of time he returned our call. Our hot water tank was leaking, and he was in the area, came out called to see if they had it in stock. He went to pick it up, replaced it and he was done in a few hours! We used them for cleaning our furnace and he really took it apart to clean it. Fast and courteous service!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM1

Set up an appointment to have air put in. Gave a great estimate and less than a week later they arrived to do the install. Very pleased with the price and the job they did was wonderful. Will definitely call for all of my HVAC needs in the future.

Absolutely the WORST! No Call, No Show FOR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! And he has a CONCEALED WEAPON on him (The Owner Philip) AND HE DOESNT DISCLOSE THIS TO HIS CUSTOMERS BEFORE BRINGING THE GUN INTO YOUR HOUSE-HE DID IT TO US; COMPLETELY ILLEGAL!!!! Run fast and run far from this Delinquent Owner and Company! Definitively UNPROFESSIONAL! Dont waste your time or money, cause thats ALL the Owner will do.

STEER CLEAR LADYS AND GENTS!!!!! I’ve done HVAC for about 5 years now and my grandmothers inducer motor went out on a weekend during one of the most coldest days of the year so i wanted to get her up and running since all the supply houses are closed i called around and asked if anyone had one, this place did. They owner first try’s to sell me a furnace over the phone (MIND YOU IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR AWHILE) i said no i need the part. He tells me he’ll only sell it if they come out and put it in and at first it’s 700 bucks to put in then drops down to 380. 380 is not a bad price but here’s where they get you lady’s and gentlemen i was at work when this happened so i couldn’t be there to oversee but the service tech comes in pulls the blow motor out and tells her she’s got cracks in the heat exchanger and it’s leaking carbon minoxide in the house. if anyone knows that’s what most HVAC company’s do is scare tactics. So then the service tech tells my grandmother the owner is gunna come out and check for cracks. He comes out and try’s to sell her on a furnace for the 2nd time! She says no my grandson works HVAC and he said i don’t need one. You know what this guy does he tells his guy to pack up his stuff and leave and charges my GRANDMOTHER 200 dollars for a service fee. This is why your a such company first off your a absolute terriable salesman second off you turn my grandmas furnace off, you charge her 200 dollars, and leave without even fixing it on the coldest day of the year because you didn’t get your way and get a sale out of it. Sir man to man how would you like it if someone did this to your grandmother? You wouldn’t. If you had any morals at all you would’ve got the thing up and running. Thanks for leaving an elderly lady in the cold all because you wanted a few extra bucks in your pocket. So if this guy will do something like this to an elderly lady imagine what’d he’d to do you. Not a honest business at all.
