Service King Store #280 in Shorewood was excellent. From the start, Candice and her approach to customer service was great. It was so nice to finally be greeted by someone who appreciates a customer and wants you to feel welcome. I received consistent follow up from the shop without having to ask for it. My car was done ahead of schedule and looks great! The store manager called me a few days later to double check and make sure everything had gone well and I was happy with everything. This shop went above and beyond in getting my front bumper fixed and looking brand new, while keeping the costs down and letting me know the status of the work all along the way. They even tried to be as quick as possible since they knew that I was renting a car while mine was being fixed. Would highly recommend!

Left my truck for an accident repair, 2 days. Excellent work and customer service. We noticed some additional damage at pick up. Less than a week later and 1 day the truck looked better than the day it came off the lot. All the people are professionals and the work is empeckable.

OMG ITS PERFECT!!!Im a former painter of high-end European cars, I had purchased a touring H-D motorcycle (bagger) that didnt come with a Tour Pack (trunk), I decided to find a used one and try to have it painted to match the bike, the bike however, is painted in Lamborghini Orange (Arancio Atlas). This color has a definite flop in perspective depending on what angle the sunlight hits it, so you can imagine my concern with having the color not only match the shade of orange, but also catch the proper flip involving shade/sunlight. The painter used their scanner for a paint formula, then sprayed some test panels varying air pressure and speed to come up with something I could choose from... the end result is an awesome match!Im ecstatic to say it truly is an amazing match... In my own words, its PERFECT!!!

Repairs were made quickly and worked with insurance perfectly. Was almost effortless on my part!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Being new to the area I found them though icar (company that trains and certify body shops.). Horrible job matching the paint on my truck. Completely wrong metal flake. Then blending job was the worst Ive ever seen. Missing clips on my front on my front bumper. The snow plow wiring connector that use to be level and even with the bumper was pointing up at a 45* angle. scratches on a freshly painted front bumper. The other pic is of the blend job. No that line under the Harley badge is not the sun or some kind of shade causing it. Had to have them redo it and still came out horrible. I could post more pic but you get the point. STAY AWAY.

My vehicle was here for 13 days. Everyone here was friendly and very helpful. I love that they send you a text message to keep you updated on the status of the vehicle and when it should be done. It made it very convenient for me with them here on Saturdays. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely come here again if i ever need to, hopefully not. Lol. The vehicle has a lifetime warranty on the paint for the lifetime I have the vehicle. I am so happy to have my vehicle fixed and back to normal. Thank you Service King!

My original review was 2 out of 5 stars: my car stopped working a week after picking it up from S.K.. I put a negative review on google, the owner saw, and the situation was rectified. Thank you Service King, for monitoring your reviews (long story short, someone hit my parked car, drivers front; S.K. fixed, but a week after, my -1 year old battery went dead. They at first did nothing. After seeing my review, they contacted me, towed my car, and put a new battery in, at no extra cost...manager advised sometimes when impacted, a cell can die out in a battery...he believes thats what happened). Thanks for turning this upset customer into a satisfied one!
