Came 30 min before open for animal crossing amiibo cards. online says a limit of 5. when i get to the counter they say there is a limit of 1 because they only got one box of them. should list that online then and i wouldn’t be so out of my way. very disappointed.

A convenient and nice place to shop. 99.9% of the time they have exactly what you need. I actually spend a little too much time there which might make them very happy. They were a little light on checkout people but the lines were moving.

I found what I was looking for and even a few surprises. Clearance end caps are always worth a gander, the clothing options ( and SIZES) have improved significantly, and the beauty isles give Ulta a run for their money. Sometimes you just want to get in and get out... and Target is the best way to do it. 😊

Went in for a new I-phone, the wireless tech associate, AJ was just AMAZING! Very polite, knowledgeable & wonderful person to deal with. He was able to set everything up flawlessly, no problems whatsoever. Everytime I come in to this target is a wonderful experience! Keep up the excellent work !!

Target has great customer service. The associates always greet me, no matter where I am in the store, and if I even look like I cant find something, they ask me if I need help before I would even ask them.

Usually my to go Target. Lady I got in at the service desk was rude and short. Very bizarre. I give people alot of leeway this time of year, but was very off putting. I wont be going back to this Target unless I absolutely have to.

Just avoid this store at all costs. I couldnt find one item I asked about it, but they showed me something else for twice the price. So I asked if they could order it. An employee then told me that the online item was much smaller and she didnt want me to be upset about it. I did the math, and it was exactly the same, I tried to explain 2 items in two packages would weigh the same as two items in one package when you add the weight. She wasnt going to let me be right, but I said, its ok Ill take the smaller item. I was told I had to do it, because they couldnt figure out how to do it on their system. I tried to purchase it on my phone, but their system kept saying my credit card expiration was incorrect. I showed them my card and the information entered. The lady kept trying to touch my phone screen. Who does that? After some more frustration the manage just says were done here. So I left. found what I needed elsewhere without any hassle in less than half the time I wasted at Target. Just keep in mind whatever Target offers someone offers something better.

My home away from home. I love this target. Some of the staff knows my kids names and always recognize and say hi. Everyone Ive ever needed help from has always been sweet, and Im there A LOT. Bathrooms are clean, too, which is huge for me.

Been waiting all week to buy Pokémon cards for my kid they released a new pack where there is five separate packs you need to buy in order to complete the set not the normal chilling rain booster said they sell separately these specifically are bought to complete a set this place is a dictator ship at its finest I could not believe When I went to go ring up my cards for my kid I was not able to purchase more than two packs I understand if they are doing this with normal booster packs and even then they cannot tell you what you can and can’t buy DICTATORS FOR REAL I had to put back three packs I was excited to bring my son the set but I was not able to I have to come back in two separate days just to get all five that I needed to complete the set ridiculous they waste my time my gas my money whatever manager or whoever put these rules into place they are ridiculous

I normally LOVE Target and their employees are always sweet and helpful, this review is on buying PHONES (any electronics probably). My husband went to buy me a new phone as mine was old and needed a new camera/more storage. The salesman, AJ, went to transfer the information and told him that the phone needed to be updated and it would take an hour so just go home “and we’ll see what happens”. The phone updated in 20 mins but then refused to transfer. The old phone was backed up on iCloud but the new one refused to take the transfer no matter what we did. When calling back, AJ told us he didn’t have time to help us, he wouldn’t be back till Wednesday and we should call Apple support. Moral of the story, do not buy electronics from Target. There is not the knowledge or integrity of other stores. I’ve had wonderful experiences at BB and the Apple store, my mistake for thinking Target would match up. I have 2 small children and a business so I can’t wait till Wednesday for a phone that should have been set up today. Target is great for clothes, coffee and knick knacks, just not electronics and certainly not phones. Do not make my mistake. Sharing my experience so no one else gets stuck wasting a full day, probably more at this point.

Still waiting for my refund. Returned it April 21, still waiting. They shipped an 8 lb cushion in a 4x4 box that I couldnt handle without great difficulty. Very hard to reach the return warehouse. Ill never order online with Target again!

Very clean store, with some good sales.

I bought a Midwest 5gallon Gas Can online and its over 5 hours the order is still not ready for pickup but email says will be ready in 2 hours. Drove to the store in Shorewood, IL and was told the item is not even available in store. Looked up same item on Walmart and drove two lights down the street and it was available online and in store for purchase. It appears Target just put items on their website for showcase even if those items are not available in their inventory. Waste of time and energy. Ill just stick with Walmart.

Target has excellent customer service, both in store and phone. Target is extremely reliable in shipping, which has been of immense help when trying to minimize in-store visits due to the pandemic. The drive up pick up service has also been reliable and smooth each time Ive used it. Target has a wide range of unique and appealing products and always seems to be expanding their natural and eco-friendly lines. I also love all the Cartwheel savings and Redcard perks.

My friend had told me about an item she found on clearance at the Target near her so I called my Target spoke to a Courtney who verified the detergent was there and checked the price and said yes it must be on clearance I said Great im heading over there now. I get there in about 10 minutes the whole shelf is emptyI ask for a manager Matt (not wearing a name tag) comes over and tells me that yes he took them into the back room and that he was refusing to sell them to me because Target doesnt mark stuff that cheap ??I told him its on clearance, he said if we sell stuff cheap we will go out of business ??This sounds like insanity to meMatt is an awful manager Just about the WORST customer service experience I have ever had !!!

Items are almost always stocked and available. Stores are always clean and racks organized. There is usually good spacing between displays so the store doesnt feel cluttered - although it has changed a bit over the year.

An employee named Ken was standing around doing nothing and he wasnt greeting anyone the way everyone else at this location does. Usually I get it, you don’t always have the best day. But this was my 3rd time at this target seeing the same guy stand there and do nothing nor engage with the guests...

I love this Target. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The order pick up is very easy to use. I always have a pleasant experience shopping or picking up my prescriptions here.

My cashier Annemarie went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service. She had an amazing attitude and she went out of her way to find a product for me that I was told by another team member that you didnt have (it was a kiddie pool) She found it and rang me up for it at a separate register. I dont expect special treatment by any means and wasnt expecting it but that was exceptional service

Great prices and great staff. I stopped shopping at Walmart because their prices were too high. Since shopping at Target I’ve noticed you can actually find staff if you need help, the overall layout of the store is simple and easy to find, and the staff are always wonderful.

I went to the Target in Shorewood looking for a new Josh Groban CD that just came out. I didnt see it, I asked in the electronics department and the young man, his name was like Jennel or Gennel, very nice! He went in the back and looked for it, came back with one for me! Thank you!!! Targets are well-maintained stores and offer a variety of items to choose from. I like the self-checkout lanes, which makes the checkout process much fast when you are not purchasing a lot.

Great Target and I prefer their set up over any other Target. They usually have the best variety of stuff. Recently I went and they almost had nothing in clothing for boys toddler, but I noticed a couple other Targets too. Maybe its something Im not aware of. But overall great.

Very pleased with the service and how quick i was getting the items i ordered. I browsed the app early in the morning, because my schedule was tight and i didn’t have time to go in the store an look for the items i needed. I was able to place my order and pick it up during my most convenient time. My wait time wasn’t long at all. I will be using drive up more often, i just love it!!!

Getting to their parking lot sucks. Theres basically only one way in or out and people drive like maniacs with no regard for stop signs. The store itself is fine and has recently been remodeled however.

This target has everything you need and then some. Prices on some things can be higher or lower compared to their big blue rival. Bathrooms are clean. Shelves are neat. Customer service is great both in the returns section and checking out. They have self checkout now which is great for people like me who only get two or three things on my visits.

Very clean very organized thats an overall great shopping experience. Location is good. Only problem sometimes the cashiers depending on who you get can be kind of stuck up. They are not good with them with the Link card or what is it public aid food stamps whatever you want to call it they have some items Ive tried to buy before like Captain Crunch with berries and marshmallows in it, it was just a new flavor at the time and they told me that the Link Card doesnt pay for it when I went to Walmart and bought the same thing on my Link Card so theyre not Link Card friendly over here the cashiers sometimes try to act like they own the store other than that its a great shopping experience I havent had too many trouble except for 3 times with snooty cashiers and the Link Card
