Me and my mom went in for some graduation decorations, it was all very nice until we had to cash out. Most of the balloons said sold out and we found one that we liked, the employee then disrespectfully said that those were sold out as well and told us to go look at other balloons while she took another customer. We didn’t mind at all because we could tell it was a stressful day for her and then we went to cash out once more, my mom put her card in and it said accepted, the same employee said that it didn’t go through and to put it again, we didn’t want to get double charged so my mom said it went through, she then called the manager over and she was very disrespectful, she told us that we needed to do it again and my mom told her that it already went through and then she asked my mom if she could prove it in a very disrespectful way, my mom showed that it went through her bank account and then the manager made a huge deal because we wanted our receipt. I’ve never been so uncomfortable being in a store.

Couldnt believe they didnt have any prom decorations...only graduation and there were very few party decorations in rose gold. Plus no one asked me if I needed help though I was wandering around for about 40 minutes before I just abandoned my basket and left. However the store was pretty clean other than the carts and baskets, they had hand sanitizer out, and there were a lot of balloon options, just not for prom. But this was the first time the store has ever let me down.

One employee has an nasty attitude. Doesnt seem like she likes her job. I wish I wouldve gotten her name.

The staff was very helpful and kind in assisting my son and myself. We came in looking for Mickey Mouse birthday supplies. Store was very tidy and everything was easy to find.

Picked up balloons for my sons birthday party. It was quick and easy, and they had enough staff take care of my pickup without having to wait in line.

I bought balloons at 5:30 pm and paid for the high lift so they would last 24 hours. The balloons were no longer floating at 7:30 the next morning. The person behind me in line told me her balloons didn’t make it through the night but I needed them for a work baby shower so I got them anyway. Big mistake!! Don’t trust party city balloons to float for any length of time!

Good customer service, good inventory of party items

Austin provided wonderful customer service at the register when he saw that I had been waiting in line for a while. Friendly and service with a smile on a busy Halloween day. His witch of a manager threatened to write him up for not listening to her and said this in front of a line of customers. 5 stars for Austin! 0 stars for his witch of a manager who displayed unprofessionalism and poor management skills.

Very clean, organized and well stocked.. Employees are great and friendly. Gm Mercy is amazing, she help if u need any assistant.

Great place to shop for party needs in store or online! Had a 6 grouping balloon order, each of 5 balloons- each was grouped as asked! Returns are just as easy when needed.

I walked into the store and they had a clearance table today with Easter stuff. I asked the cashier how much were the items. She responded at least 75% off. I shopped around... I eventually took one of each item to the same cashier to get a price check. She scanned the items and they did not have a price so she asked me kindly wait while she grabbed the store manager. I watched as the Male manager scanned the items and said that they were full price. I walked out the store.

They always have what I need for any event. I mainly come here for candies for goodie bags or balloons. The cashiers are nice and whenever there is a line the wait time isnt long.

Over priced under stocked ...seasonal items obviously stored year after year and sold as new... cream makeups are hard as a rock and completely unusable.

I went to the Shorewood party city to purchase balloons last week Two of the three balloons I bought appeared partially deflated when I put them in my car- I thought from cold. When I got home and they didnt inflate I called the store because the clerk never gave me the receipt which I didnt notice trying to kept two kids out of the candy. They told me ok just come back which I did the next day only to be told by a older man who appeared to be a manager that they dont do refills without receipts. He did refill them, I left and by the time I got home the two were flat again! I threw away my money shopping at this store. Their main business is balloons and to have them go flat twice is ridiculous. Ive never had that happen at Dollar Tree or Jewel which I guess is where I should have gone.

I went to the Shorewood location on Thursday the 4th of April to pre-order balloons for my grandsons 4th birthday party that we were having on Saturday April 13th with a 25% off coupon that expired on April 7th. When I tried to pre-order the balloons I was told since there was a shortage of helium they could not pre-order a week in advance and they recommended that I come in or call the following week. So the following Thursday April 11th I called the store and they said come on in we have plenty of helium at this time . The young man that waited on me scanned the coupon and it said that the coupon was expired. I told him that I was in April 4th when the coupon was still valid but they would not process the order and I thought that a rain check type of policy would apply and he remembered me from the previous week and called his manager on the headset he was wearing and asked if that coupon could be used since I was in there trying to make the purchase the week before when the coupon was valid and she told him NO that it was expired. To me I feel that is just wrong, its not my fault that they were rationing helium and I feel that a rain check type of scenario should have taken place. DISAPPOINTING

One of their associates was incredibly good looking. This particular worker enlightened my experience there, with his alluring eyes, and witty personality, I couldnt imagine locating all of my party throwing needs without his assistance.

I think theyre now using a lower grade helium bc the balloons dont last as long.

Good prices but never enough help

Staff friendly, patient, and helpful as my 7 year old shopped for a special punching balloon with his money. Both staff were patient with him when he made his 86 cent purchase.

Possible remodel? Store was dirty and bathroom smelled like a litter box my son refused to use it. Employees were sweet though.
