My favorite store! This location is usually pretty clean and the service ranges from great to barely okay depending on the day. This one used to always have plenty of stock, but that has changed since the pandemic. Still a decent spot to shop.

The 2 stars was for the nice lady marissa.I like this place, but the Manager was rude today so was 2 of the associates. One of the ladies which was very nice priced something for me because it didnt have a price tag. Once i got to the counter 2 of the girls changed the pricing to be more. The nice lady who helped told them it should be that price. But they wanted to charge me more. Which i believe if you tell the customer one price why would you change it? The manager was called and she was not friendly, i explained what happened. She wanted to charge more. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place! One can say this is my second home lol. Jokes aside, this is the place to go for home decor and serve ware. One thing I do advice while shopping is that, if you see something you love GET IT do not stare at it or walk away thinking about reasons why you should go back to get it from the shelf. Chances are, if you go back it will be gone, and if you havent placed your hands on it and you are still pondering about getting it, I would have probably snatched the item from you. They only have what is there and if its gone its gone, so shop wisely and quick.

The Shorewood location is the best Home Goods Ive ever been to. Managers from other Home Goods stores should come visit and see how to do this right! Well organized, laid out nicely, clean, helpful staff, efficient. Cant ask for more than that!

I shop frequently and had to do a huge return, I called in advance to plan and they said to come in as they had alot of staff. I had receipts but on my email and too many to go through. The manager I believe she was had short blonde hair, middle age, name maybe Joan Kasey continued to ask how much more, how much more, when the total was over 1k, the sweet blonde haired cashier around maybe asked what should we do as the dollar amount was too large for 1 gift card so I asked was it because of too many itens and and the manager made a comment oh youve must of done this before so you know that it wastoo much $ very rudely and I said as a matter of fact I havent but an aware how computers can be with too many items (113) so she split it up between two gift cards. My husband and I are very friendly to everyone no matter the situation and we shared thevery unfortunate reason we had to had to return everything. The manager walked away after without saying goodnight. As I was getting ready to leave, I thanked the young cashier and said that Ive always been treated great especially when I was spending $, except for today and that she was very patient and awesome! Happened tonight at 530 pm on October 12th. Kathymerchandise, its for a very good reason.

Always have plenty of quality finds for great price. Not overwhelming at all like some big discount stores

Hit it on the right day and hold on to your wallet, they have everything you want and dont want, except in dreams. Great and fun place to shop, expect to spend at least an hour browsing round. Once a week trip for my wife and I.

I have mixed feelings about this place. My wife thinks its a candy store and I think its a bit overpriced but I have to say, if you are looking for unique, you can definitely find some gems if your patient and browse the whole store.

Today was my first time going to HomeGoods. The displays were set up nice but the rest of the store had merchandise just thrown all over the place. Employees were sitting on the furniture for sale playing on their phones. Other employees were having very loud conversations using multiple F-bombs in the middle of the sales floor. Most of the merchandise I’ve seen elsewhere for cheaper. Definitely won’t go back

WOW, is all I can say. Like a Big Ross but for your home. Great deals, can find everything at a good price to decorate, intertain, even to just update your home. I would suggest to go here first, before other stores to look for goodies to decorate your home. Did my bathroom for under 100.00

There are always amazing and unique items to find at this store. It is very clean. Its a great store when shopping for gifts for the family, especially for multiple family members with different interests.The employees are friendly and helpful.

You can find great buys just make sure to look the first lamp we were in line with had a crack. Luckily there was a another one that we bought.

While this is one of my favorite stores as a whole, this specific location is not. Not because of the merchandise, but because of the customer service.I bought on Valentine’s day two sets of drapes. They were too long. I brought them back and they said they were from 2017 and they could not return the for the prive I paid. I did not have my receipt, and they tried to tell me they have been worn. I moved here not long ago, how could I possibly buy stuff from 2017?Unbelievable customer service. I’d rather drive to any other home goods store, but never to this one.She is a good manager, as she takes care of her sales and merchandise, but not at all a good customer service clerk.

Their merchandise is totally awesome so beautiful things I would never imagine .I found so many beautiful things for my home . your prices are definitely a plus but its really the beautiful items you carry. This Home Goods is well managed and not a tangled mess. I often say Im going to Home Goods Therapy when I go here.

Who doesnt love this store. This one is organized. If you see it and love it, buy it. Nothing ever stays in store long.

Only complaint is that they pack the checkout line tight, so social distancing guidelines are not met.

Great stuff with decent prices. So cramped though. It was busy that day and it is hard to get thru with your cart. Made it difficult to stop and look at stuff because you have to move everytime someone came by.
