Sergio was the Best customer service representative I have ever encountered. Ive been a Cricket customer for 8yrs and have been in many Cricket stores and the service was above and beyond any store I have been in ever. Would HIGHLY recommend this store.

A young man was working today. I ran the bell 5 times before he finally came from the back and got the door. I then go and tell him why I needed help and he told me he wouldnt help me and told me to go to you break I fix where they told me they wouldnt work on the phone. I then contacted crest hill location where They fixed everything on my phone within minutes. The man seemed like he didnt want to be bothered and was rushing me out the door. I will never NEVER RETURN.

We needed a new phone and Christian was extremely attentive and explanatory. He did an excellent job breaking it down for my mother (who isnt so good with technology) what data could be transferred from her old phone to her new one, as well as how it would be transferred. Some of the best service Ive ever experienced. Thank you so much!

I’ve been looking to cut back on my cell phone bill so I stopped by this Cricket store to check them out. The rep was very helpful and I ended up switching over to Cricket. I got a new lower bill and I upgraded one of my lines. New phone is great...even got a screen protector, which they applied while I waited. I’ll likely get my parents to switch too and I’ll send them to this location. I know they’ll take care of them.

Person who helped me got me set up very quickly. $35 per month sure beats the carrier I had before. Rock solid coverage!!

I’m so glad this location opened up and I’m blown away by the service Rick and the manager provided! I’ve dealt with other Cricket dealers, but none of which have been as knowledgeable and as helpful as these gentlemen. I do not know much about smart phones, but thankfully, they were extremely patient and willing to answer all of my questions.

This was the greatest customer service I have ever had. The process was smooth and easy and I love my new phone. Ashish was super helpful, and I will only come to this location from now on.
