The staff is always friendly, attentive, and willing to help if you need it. The store is always pretty well stocked and its always neat and clean.

Only one staff working the printing dept. 4 customers waiting in line while open register by exit has no one. I inquired about help & was told that was only one trained for that dept. The employee in printing dept was helping 2 at the copy machines with individual help with how to & made sure they understood. That kind of customer service is great but shows this dept needs more than one employee. And cross-training is a must so there arent people waiting in line in one spot & other employees just standing. To top it off I was just picking up an order so all I required was paying that the young lady at register could of assisted me with.

My husband was looking for a special pen and they had just what he needed! Nice for specialty office supplies

Outstanding customer service. I needed some help with a recycle of an old printer and the young lady from the copier department went out of her way to help me. I’m a Disabled Veteran, I am so appreciative of her help. She really went above and beyond of her duties to help me. This store, I have to say, are quick to helping you with any situation that has brought you to this store. I dont return a lot of things, but they made my transaction rather pleasant. Also, I had the chance to witness them helping another customer (female); treating her respectfully while she was purchasing 5 printers. No overselling and ASKING what else she might need. They were very attentive towards her and it was nice to witness.

Really quiet and neat store for your office or school needs. A bit expensive compared to the big stores but youll find certain things only available here. Come here when they have clearance sales!

I had bought a cabinet about two weeks ago I was suppose to get the next day, well things happen I never got it, two weeks later their carrier said they delivered it never got. I had called staples to tell them and they did take care of me. I must say thank you staples. I highly recommend them.

Suspecting it might be a radio ad gimmick, I researched (and printed for evidence) Amazon pricing on a couple business office supplies, then went the same day to Staples in Shorewood, Illinois to purchase. Not only did the store manager refute the matching by clarifying a host of exclusions (which was not noted in the marketing), but even disrespectfully doubted what I printed (going so far as to login online right in front of me to verify, despite the print-out showing todays date in the footer). Turns out they were sold out of one item, and when I went to buy the remaining, the clerk DID THE SAME DISTRUSTFUL THING, asking questions while looking at me and the item repeatedly...Wow, if I knew Barney Fife was working part-time at this location, I wouldve just ordered from Amazon conveniently and quickly like I initially planned...

I had an interesting experience at this location. I went to printing to get copies done, and one expanded for a frame. The woman at the printing area didnt seem like she was trying to be helpful. Quality of the pictures wasnt good. But still paid. And when I asked Jackson (man cashing me out) if the had something for me to put my pictures in. He responded with an attitude apparently not ...never coming to this location again. Ill take the drive to willowbrook next time.

Awesome customer service. I just bought to copiers over the phone and had my wife go in to pick them up. She has both my kids with her. They met her at the door and they brought the boxes out to the truck and loaded them.

I’ve been to this Staples location several times and have always had a good experience...until today. The woman at printing service didn’t even put any effort to help me out with what I needed printed. She was directing everyone else to go online and that it’s better to do it themselves. I ache done the exact same thing before why would it be different now???I dont mind doing it on my own but I have a problem if you are not even going to try to help or ask someone else that might be able to help. She clearly did not know what she was doing and there was no apology and she was just plain lazy!!! I work in customer service and I get it. It’s not a high paying job and you may hate it. But at least have some decency to put in a little bit of effort on your work!! Stay away from this place if you don’t want to waste your time.

Got no help for at least 10 minutes and after I finally found what I was looking for I then get asked if I need help place is ridiculous

Not very helpful at all. I called to check and see if they had the product I wanted, when I get there they dont have it. The person who informed me over the phone said some unnecessary comment via walkie-talkie to the young man that was trying to help me but he didnt want to repeat it. That was a waste of trip and time!

Fast and friendly printing services. Be patient and they will bend over backwards for you!
