I was very impressed with this store. It was super clean. Shelves fully stocked besides the items that they just cant get at the moment. I had a nice chat with a stocker and he explained why they were out of some items. Not due to them. It was because of the distributors not being able to fulfill orders for being understaffed. But he made great recommendations for other items to replace the ones we could not get. The store is brightly lit making reading items when needed easy.

Ya’ll’s management is terrible. Two people I know started there not long ago and have been getting harassed ever sense they started and no one has done anything to help them. This place cut their hours for no reason and had the nerve to suspend them over something no one told them about. Gross.

I had a wonderful experience their hanging baskets of flowers were 5.99 each and beautiful. What early in the morning to beat the crowds the only cashier that was there outside of self checkout was very rude when I asked her to help me to use the Just for U app for my cereal she told me to get with the times and learn how to use it after she helps me. I then walked over to the self-checkout and that lady was extremely nice and apologize for the other lady overall I love this Jewel

Absolutely legendary grocery store. Wish they had strawberries more often but I cant necessarily complain. Best selection all around, and if someone at jewel is reading this, give a raise to the sushi guy since that man is the nicest anyone has ever been to me.

I dont know what happened, when covid19 went into effect, Jewel was keeping up being clean. Now, mask in parking lot, in charts, garage cans overfill. The last time I was there, looked like the floors havent been swept in weeks. No sanitizing charts or counters. Even the conveyor you put your food on yo be scanned are nasty. If I have to go there now, I use self check out only. I wipe it off, because nobody else does after the next person. I am not a germ aphobic, but what we already been through, you think a grocery store would keep clean, knowing some been vaccinated and some not.

I really like this particular Jewel at this location. The store was extremely well stocked. The deli had lots of pre-sliced items available so you didnt have to wait in line a wide variety. Plenty of helpful staff wandering around stock in the Isles in such. So its a good Jewel at least on my experience

This store is always clean and usually well stocked. The techs in the pharmacy are always helpful and respectful of any questions you ask- unlike many other pharmacies in this area.

I like this locationin general, but today was extra special. There was a young man at self checkout who handed me a tulip and wished me a happy International Womens Day. It wasnt the tulip that was special it was the sweetness and sincerity in his voice that really got me. Thank you.

Good, neighborhood grocery store. Decent selection of produce and meats. Its not the biggest store around, but it generally has what I need.

Unlike Walmart the Jewel believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE and has multiple registers open and they do the bagging. Shelves are stocked full.

I was there to get something.....and the workers there are so friendly and they have no problem on helping you ...I like that....

Purchased the 3/$12 fruit bowls. The watermelon, honeydew melons and pineapples were spoiled. Also purchased 2 pints of Strawberries that were bad. Had to throw it all out in the garbage same day of purchase!!!

The employees there are friendly, the place is super clean and their sales have some bang for their buck. All things I want in a grocery store.

The store is always so clean, and I only met one rude person there but that was years ago. I have started going back, and everyone is so nice. I always call before I go because there are certain things I get there, and they are usually out. Cleanliness is very important in this day and time. Thank you for making me feel comfortable shopping there.

The cuts, quality and maintenance of meat at this particular Jewel makes it difficult to purchase something to take home for dinner.

Barb R from the Deli is absolutely the best hands down. She was pleseant, friendly, and cut the lunch meat and cheese perfect.

You know what Ive said previously Albertsons should update this store for the amount of traffic it gets. I also had some really bad Fried Chicken for a Friday night. Im almost considering going to another Jewel a little further out of my way but its newer and cleaner.

Great place to shop for groceries. They have a good assortment of vegan food throughout the store. The employees are helpful. Sometimes you may look a bit for one, but they are more than willing to help. If they dont know where something is, they will find someone who does.

Honestly i think jewel is overpriced.

The store is nicely laid out, a very nice selection of organic products, which is important to me. The check out and bag people were very pleasant.

As of 01/06/21 still no improvements!! No wipes, no sanitizer at the entrance, and nobody cleaning the karts!! :(Not a good place to shop during a pandemic. Karts are not sanitized, and 90% of the time there is no sanitizer and wipes available at the entrance. Doesnt feel safe at all!! Also its has become almost impossible to find organic products such as milk, butter, coffee, etc...

Sign on Dr Pepper said it was part of buy 8 get for 88 cents. Didnt ring up at register, girl went back to check said yes its .88. Cashier acted like she fixed it, get to car and they came up $3 something. Wife went back to customer service who went with her to see sign. Took down sign and refused to honor. Poor way to treat good former customers

This store consistently impresses me with the professionalism of the staff and the high quality they maintain.

Store is too small. People cannot get up and down the isles. Most of the isles were empty of product. Granted, it was a weekend, but NOT a holiday? Also there is nobody around to help you. Very miserable experience.

Jewel in Shorewood is always top notch, they usually have what I need, but if they dont customer service and the staff are always friendly and willing to help.

Very cool environment! Great experience for all ages! Highly recommended! Staff is great! My bagger has so much swag his Tetris like groceries stacking skills where out of this world! This swag master also pushed all of the carts in the extreme heat without a complaint! Shout out to this swag staff member! Only complaint is this specific Jewel doesn’t sell coconuts. Don’t worry! This store makes up for it in its exotic rambutans! I can’t wait to come back for all of my shopping experiences!

If I could rate this store a zero I would. I had an awful experience with one of the cashiers this evening. Her name was Sandy. She was so rude I left all of my groceries at the register and left. Ive worked in customer service almost my whole life and would have been fired if I had acted that way. The store was super dirty and nothing in stock. We pulled some cottage cheese out of the cooler that was almost 3 weeks past the sell date. Some advice if you shop there check your out dates. I will NEVER shop at this store again. Last time during a sale we ended up getting rotten vegetables.
