If only one lane can do Covid testing you should hang the sign high enough to see it over the cars that are in line. I paused to look for a sign just in case, didn’t see one so got in the slightly shorter line on the right. Then after a long wait was told I had to get back in line on the left. The girl didn’t even watch me do the test so I don’t see why I couldn’t be in the right. Hang your sign higher instead of wasting everyone a time.
Ive read some of the reviews but Ive not had bad service or a bad experience. My prescriptions are ready and if one is not I wait for it. Usually 10 or 15 minutes. Its a very busy store and I try to pick up outside of their busiest time. I do agree the gals running the registers could try to be a little more pleasant. One thing keeping this to 4 stars. Do not yell out the names of my medications for everyone to hear. Dont do that. Young people need to be taught discretion.

They very quickly and efficiently filled my prescription and the main calling center of Walgreens convinced my insurance to refill early. The only concern one might have is the floor layout with contagious viruses. A bit cramped in important areas.
A cashier named Nichole helped me today, a genuinely terrible experience. I wish they would hire friendly people, that would make me wish to return.
Tried to get help over the phone, very unhelpful. Usually have great service at pharmacy. Sad experience in this time of our world.
I was there trying to load a photo to make a canvas picture. Never done it before the guy that was working started to help me. He said he to run to the restroom real quick, he went and clocked out and left. I sat there for an hour trying to figure it out while no one else came to help me. He snuck out the front door and didnt even ask anybody to come help me. This place is a joke even for a small town. Worst service I have ever seen in a store. This guy should be fired along with all the other people that work there
I have been a faithful Walgreens customer for many years, but this one gives your company a bad reputation! I have moved all of my prescriptions to a local pharmacy. Unprofessional, rude and very uniformed when it comes to information on issues. If I could leave zero stars I would! Just because its serving a small community shouldnt mean they can get away with Not following Walgreens standards, I have a friend who worked at Walgreens for 19+ years, and they would be appalled at what goes on at this store!

This is THE WORST pharmacy that I have ever been to. They say they will order a brand specific prescription and they don’t! They don’t update patient information even though it has been given to them 5-6 times! They say a prescription is not there then say it is but it ends up being the wrong prescription. This is a very dangerous pharmacy to try to deal with! They are very volatile and don’t seem to know what exactly they are supposed to be doing. When I call in well I am on hold for over 45 minutes. I guess the best thing to do is withdraw my prescriptions and NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!
Extremely rude to me in the pharmacy. Tried to get a price for a rx without insurance and clerk said it was not possible. Wouldnt even look it up and basically pushed me aside and started assisting the next customer. I will take my business elsewhere.
Ive had great experiences at this location over the last 6 years. The line can get a bit long at times and you may wait, but that happens everywhere from time to time. My Dr calls in the scripts and in a short time I get a text letting me know they are ready. Using the online pharmacy is so simple and it works great. If theres an issue it will let you know. I know everyone has different experiences and expectations but mine have all been quite pleasant. They even accept GoodRX which helps keep the costs down on my prescriptions.
This pharmacy is way too busy for the amount of techs available. And to make it worse, Theresa is extremely rude and a poor communicator and talks to people like they are morons. I will be taking my business over to CVS in Taylor. I expect better from Walgreens but dont receive it from this one in Show Low. I spend quite a bit of money with this pharmacy on a monthly basis. But not anymore. CVS can enjoy my money and business
They are the only store that carries my squishmallows in this town. So I love them lol
They are incompetent and prove it over and over again. They do not care for customers or their families and when asked to check insurance due to them overcharging was just to repeat the cost over and over again until the patient left. Best advice go anywhere else if at all possible.
I have been using Walgreens in Showlow for several years and I would like to THANK ALL THE STAFF for taking care of my prescription needs. In the summer the wait times are longer because of the summer visitors. I would have given 5 stars but there should be better planning for the summer workload. Dont be rude to them and they will and do, go above and beyond. Thank you guys for your hard work, ( summer almost over, hang in there.)Please think about hiring extra for summers as you know this happens EVERY year.
I switched my prescriptions from Safeway to Walgreens, today was my first time trying to have my prescription filled; the process was a nightmare. I dropped my prescription off at about 12:20 and was told it could not be filled till 2, okay, that is acceptable. I came back at 2 and was told that no one entered my prescription into the system that it would only take them a few more minutes so I sat down to wait. The young lady who was helping me told me my insurance would not pay for the prescription till tomorrow, I asked why, and was handed a screenshot print out from the Pharmacist. I wanted them to let me know why, not prove it to me, so I asked more questions and was told to call my insurance company that their hands were tied. I called my insurance company and they let me know it could be approved so I relayed the message; The pharmacy again claimed it was not approved that they called. I again called my insurance company and found it was not the case. This happened three times before it was magically approved after waiting 4 hours. I understand this time of year the town is busy, but the poor customer service is inexcusable.
The last two times Ive been there, the store manager and the cashier were both unpleasant and rude.
Tried to get a prescription filled was told I could not use my military ID for Trip Care pharmacy. Wrong, but would not work with me. Was yold the pharmacist would contact me later. Did not. So much for customer care. Last time I use Walgreens for anything Disrespectful.
Every time I have to get my cousins anti-rejection meds for his kidney I have issues getting them. 3rd time in a ROW that it took me more than 6 hours to get his meds because their system is down. I always end up waiting in line for 10-15 minutes, they tell me their system is down so I have to come back in about an hour. An hour later I am back to waiting 10-15 minutes again to be told the same thing again. He HAS TO HAVE THESE MEDS, it is not an option to go without. Unfortunately this is the only place near us that will provide the meds or I would have switched a long time ago. It is horrible trying to get his meds here, I dont even live here so it makes it harder that I have to stay here all day to get them. The meds are called in ahead of time, its not like we are dropping off the prescriptions. We even get the messages saying the prescriptions are done. I really really dislike trying to do anything or get anything at this store.

Can I give negative stars? Slowest most incompetent Walgreens Ive ever been too!! Make sure you call before waiting in line because most of the time they havent even filled your Perscriptions. Worst Walgreens in the state!
I came too this pharmacy because the pharmacist Lady at Safeway was rude too me and told me they take my insurance then lied too me twice and told me I had too pay at the last minute when I didnt have any money then I went too Walgreens and the pharmacist was really nice and didnt give me any trouble like Safeway did way better experience then too have a mean person power Trip over you when they know your broke and only have insurance that day.
True that most of the staff is rude however there is one pharmacist name Steve who is an absolute angel and he cannot be put in the same box as the others. I am not Douglas bell
