Im local and love the ease of shopping at this location verse the HUGE stores down in phx. The only downside is that this store didn’t have some of the better selection which im glad to see is changing before it seemed more geared towards girls that dress up not for a working gal. LOVE that your getting more Kimes ranch and Hooey especially on the ladies side. Julie the store manager is always a delight VERY helpful and great to talk to.

More boots then anyone could imagine.. I live in a small town, lots of small town stores. Finding boots 👢 that fit have always been hard. Im a size between 13 and 15 depending on manufacturer. Boot Barn had more sizes of boots in my size then Ive ever seen in any shoe store. Will be getting all my boots from there.

If you like adorable snake skin cowboy boots at a bargain price...this is it! They have a very large inventory in a variety of styles and a LOT of sizes. Truly something for everyone. It is common to see whole families purchasing boots. No matter the age if the person or preferred style of boots, start your hunt at Boot Barn and save yourself some shopping time.

Needed clothing for a wedding and was greeted and kindly helped by a wonderful young woman. Made clothes shopping a pleasant and effortless experience. Ill be a regular at this store.

The Boot Barn is a great place to shop for all types of Western wear. It has very service friendly people, nice set up and a good place to shop for that great Western look. They offer to get a size for you if they dont have it in stock, have hat cleaning service, and are also online.

Large selection of boots and clothing. I was a little disappointed that I couldnt find hiking boots with ankle support. Work boots, cowboy boots and all kinds of other boots, just not hiking with support. Also not much in a mens 13.

I was in the store once and then left and then came back in. Not either one of these times did I get a welcome to Boot Barn. I was in the store looked at various apparel some coats. At no time did I receive any help or interest in me being there. This is really sad for me as I am a Boot Barn member also.

Staff was helpful. But, very little name brand merchandise. Store greatly overstocked with store brand stuff. Cody James merchandise is cleverly marketed, but still low quality knock offs of wrangler, cinch and Ariat
