Western Carpet & Tile is a great flooring company in Show Low. We used them in August 2020 to carpet the rooms and lay wood flooring in our condo. Burt was very responsive and provided a fair quote. They got the job done when they promised and everything looked great afterward. I highly recommend using Western Carpet & Tile Co.

We have built and remodeled a number of homes and our experiences with Burt in our Lakeside new build were fabulous. His expertise and knowledge of the products is vast. The selections at his store are exceptional, fitting for any price range or material required. He accounts for required overage for cuts and application, and has the experience to know exactly how various materials will be laid for a smooth flow. Given the timing of a new build and the inevitable delays that can occur before the interior finishing may be installed, we were amazed at how Burt kept in constant contact with the builder and adjusted his installers to get things done on time. Given the number of homes he covers in the area, he is nothing short of impressive. His flooring and tile installers are the best we have ever had. They are professional, extremely well versed in varying product applications and creative when those turns or uneven surfaces creep into the installation. Most importantly, the job site is always kept clean. Our floors, baths and kitchen backsplashes are stunning. We are grateful.

Made an appointment, met with Burt and picked out the carpet. Seemingly easy process. Emailed room dimensions and left message to set an appt/install. Literally, my wallet open ready to give him an easy sale. I guess he is too busy to return calls or emails. Very unprofessional! Beware!

Burt made selecting our flooring, tile, etc. fun! He’s talented, professional, and has a passion for design.Justin installed our wood flooring with the same passion, expertise, and artistic flair. Aaron is a true artisan not only installing but also designing our tile work in our showers, kitchen backsplash, and fireplace. It was a top notch experience with them throughout!

Having been told they would carry a specific carpet I came from over the mountain and stopped. Closed! Open for appt only. So I called. He made no effort to make an appointment just wanted to know what carpet I wanted. I could tell he wasn’t interested in being of service. And then people wonder why they can’t last in business. Yea I get winter is slower. But I have been in several self owned business. This is no way to build.

We purchased a home in Show Low that needed carpet replacement. The big problem being we had not yet moved up from the Valley. I felt as if I had Family up here guarding our interests for us before our arrival. The product and installation was perfect! You just dont get that kind of service from a national chain store.Thanks Burt!

The owner of this business has no clue. I gave him measurements for two rooms for hardwood flooring. I first requested Hardwood flooring acacia. He orders acacia laminate two different things. I over looked his mistake then he did not order enough material. He should know being an owner of a business how to order enough product for a job. He quotes me a price for the first room $800 something then I said well I may as well do the other room then quotes me $1500. So here I think Im getting enough product for both rooms. Turns out he cant do math. He screws up orders enough for only one room. The gentleman that layed the flooring deserves a 5 star his boss deserves a negative. Unfortunately I had to give a 1 to do the review. I called the owner tried to explain he did not order enough material. He then basically said it is my fault and did not take responsibility for his mistake treated me very badly and proved to be a total jackass. Would not give a discount for his mistake nor own up to it. Very bad business man I will never recommend this jerk he treats women with very little respect and should not be in business so I would recommend doing business with someone who takes care of the customer because this jerk obviously dont go some place else you will get better service.

Was told salesman would check on flooring and let us know YESTERDAY, still no answer. He was not real interested in helping us.

They had a great selection but we left empty handed because there was no one there to help us
