I absolutely love this store! Amazing employees and great selection of stuff Im looking for at a great price. Store is clean and bathrooms are to.

I went in here looking for some various items to cook with. Just seemed like they were out of a whole bunch of things. I know it wasnt like half the store but it seemed like it.

Custom service was bad the last few times I have been in. Cashiers were rude and told a pregnant woman to calm down. When she was talking about the 15% off coupon that wont load. Called management and they didnt seem to care about the customer service. Definitely wont be going back for a while.

They are rude,condescending and down right disrespectful!!!! 1 good thing about my experience at this location is Mark..Very Helpful Respectful and Kind....Ive shopped at Big Lots for years.....NEVER Again at the Show Low Az Location!!!!

I had ordered a sectional set along with the recliner that went the set in November 2020, and was told that it would be there by Christmas of 2020. Well I waited till January 2021 to call them after not having received a call notifying me that the set had come in. When I called and was told it should take another 6-8 weeks for it to come in. So I called in February 2021 and same answer 6-8 weeks till it would come in. Called again March 2021 and once again was told that it would be 6-8 weeks still. So finally I got fed up with it all and just went in and got a refund for the set. So in saying this I was definitely not satisfied in any way, shape, or form, and will definitely not be shopping there again.

They had the items that I wanted at good prices. The staff was helpful and positive.

I like their prices and selection. Only thing is that, sometimes, check out lines are too long... But, for the first time since Ive been shopping there today, the guy at the front, when he saw how long the line was all of a sudden, called another person up to help... So that was nice

I needed a charging cord for my phone, they had plenty to choose from. Only complaint only one register open, finally second opened! Wish they had self checkout!

I was having a ptsd attack becauseOf the local police attacking me multiple timeswhile driving up this street I pulled overDazed and Dizzy and overtaken with emotion I walked into Big Lots and found my way to the furniture where I took a seat and my emotions exploded in tears when the very well mannered kind and polite manager walked up and asked if he can assist me with anything I emotionally made him aware of my situation he reminded me that I was going to be okay and that I should rest there on the comfortable couch and that I should take as much time as I needed to recover and calm down gaining peace I left thinking where would I have ended up that day if that gentleman did not be nice to me when I needed him thats so very kind and above anything he is required to do in his position I would truly like to thank him andBig Lots here in Show Low CityFor amazing service during a very stressful and overwhelming moment in my life

We ordered curbside for a few things we needed since they had availability on short notice. Walmart was s 2 day wait for curbside. I love Big Lots as I always find something cool in their food section or kitchen supplies.

You dont really think about buying a mattress at Big Lots but we bought a very nice Ultra Plush Broyhill by Serta king set. The guys were great that helped us make our decision, telling us what to watch out for and experiences from other clients.

This place is wack. Doesnt honor warranty. They sold my mother a bad couch which she has been trying to get replaced under warranty for 7 months now. The couches messed up like 2 months after purchase and since then She been dealing with this. They wont return calls they dont help they just play the run around.

I wish I would have gone to Big Lots for all my Christmas shopping first! I can not believe the prices! I did finish my Christmas meal shopping there. I can buy almost all my pantry items there. I can get it at at a much lower price than Walmart. I also noticed the animal food and products much cheaper. I went back after Christmas and bought a few items and because I signed up for for their points program I got an additional 20% off my entire order. It is worth the drive to shop there. I will be back next shopping day. 😁

I hadnt been to Big Lots in awhile, just too busy I guess. Clean, easy to find what I was looking for, and helpful employees. The only frustrating experience was that many items I was interested in buying had no prices. I finally got too tired of constantly asking. They did have a nice 20% off sale going, though.

Worst customer service. Wanted to but a 400 dollar table. She said it wasnt in stock and moved on. Didnt offer the display one. At her waiting 45 minutes to even being acknowledged. This is why everyone returns to Wal-Mart. Your loss is Wal-Marts gain.

The guys that work the furniture area... they are awesome. They go the extra mile. Quick to help. Have yet to meet a female there that isnt tude or have an attitude. Love our pool we got. Everything we are in there we have the same experience.

Overall its a good place to shop. I like coming here. However my husband was helping a friend who bought a mattress and when he got there with his truck it wasnt ready. I worked a 6 hour shift that day and he was still there when I got off work and he left an hour after me. 5 hours to get a mattress out of the store that was paid for is a bit ridiculous.

Big Lots, what more can I say, all lot of the seasonal items needed for our yard and home, such great prices. Wide selection of solar items for the great out doors. Prices are great.

I get a weird kind of vibe when I go in here. Its really quiet, and I saw one employee harassing another employee in here.

Your store is the ONLY in town that recycles Christmas candy into Valentines Day for the same price and if it doesnt sell then, are you going to move it onto Easter and if it doesnt sell then are you going to just save it and send it to next Christmas so that we buy year old candy for that same price? Im talking about the Box chocolates like Cella chocolate-covered cherries the $20 box of Whitmans sampler and the chocolates like that. How old are the ones that are currently on the Shelf? Are they recycled from last years Christmas from 2016? Big Lots is the only store that hangs to all their Holiday items and wont drop their prices. ALL the other stores are pretty much all cleared out with nothing left! I wasnt the only one that looked at it a day ago and walked away that is ridiculous!

Normally I like Big Lots but this visit was ruined by one of the employees who was so wired that he was constantly up your but. This guy would not leave you alone once you told him you didnt need any help, he was like a pin ball machine bouncing between all the customers.
