The testing was very intensive and interesting. The doctor explained every procedure and discussed the results clearly and was very informative. I would recommend Audiology to everyone who has any type of problems or questions. They have a very professional staff and nice and friendly. I was treated very nice and courteous.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience with audiology Incorporated. Dr Kenneth Moore was excellent. Very kind very patient and not in a hurry to get his work done. Its one of the most thorough hearing exam Ive ever had. He even found things that I didnt know was going on due to his up-to-date equipment. I would certainly recommend him and his office to anyone needing his help with hearing. His office staff was very kind and receptive also. I used to work as a dental assistant for years and I understand how front and back office sometimes dont work well together. You cant say that about this office. Theyre all very kind and helpful to you.

Very friendly staff and Dr. Moore’s exam was extensive. He then explained the results in detail and gave me several options for replacing my current hearing aids. Audiology Inc. also helps support musical groups (White Mountain Symphony Orchestra and High Country Barbershop Chorus) in our area.

I left feeling like they sincerely cared about the service they provide. The receptionist was very friendly. They made sure I knew everything I needed to know before I left and they allowed me time to ask questions. Dr. Moore was open and very informative. They have my highest reccomendation.

My mother and I both had our first appointments with Dr Moore today.It was a night and day difference from the other unprofessional audiologist in the White Mountain area we had been seeing for years. Its really gone downhill and we avoided going when we both really needed to.I had driven past the attractive Audiology, Inc building hundreds of times and finally made the stop to see about getting appointments. They took care of getting our records requested after we signed and its been smooth sailing from there.The experience today was top of the line from reception to excellent exams, care and detailed explanations, to follow-up scheduling at the end.My mother needed to upgrade to better hearing aids and there was no pressure or sales pitch. Dr Moore was honest and patient with us.I will have my existing hearing aids reprogrammed at a cost but, thats expected. The doctor didnt pressure me to buy new ones even though there are higher tech ones available. I really appreciated that.We found Audiology, Inc to be thoroughly clean and COVID conscience. Were so happy to recommend them.If things change after we pay for her expensive upgrades and my reprogramming I most certainly will come back and update my post ;)-Kelly

I got in to see the Doctor pretty quickly since I recently had a fall. Dr Moore was very conscientious, he explained what he was doing and why throughout the testing. Very pleasant staff. I would highly recommend Audiology Inc to anyone having balance problems, dizziness or hearing issues. They get 5 stars from me.

Very professional and caring. They will get your hearing to the best they can. They cant give you 100% of hearing loss back but will improve the best they can.

Very happy with the service that was provided by the staff and Dr. Moore. The care to keep their patients safe from COVID was very much appreciated. The hearing aids (medical devices) were more costly than expected, but they offer a $0 interest over 18 months that helps with the cost over time. Just be sure to pay them off within that period of time or you will have to pay interest also.

The office staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Moore was professional and efficient as well as friendly. The tests were explained and I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend this office to others. However, I did not receive a copy of the instructions to prepare me for the tests. It was on the registration forms on line, but when I submitted it, the instructions were sent also and I never received any other information.

Visit started promptly on time! Personnel were all friendly and efficient. Doctor listened, gave my tests, explained my tests, and understood my issues. I could not have asked for anything more.

So, many of you know that I am very hard of hearing. It is something I have dealt with for a long time, but it can be a tough situation. Insurance usually isnt great when it comes to hearing, and it can be expensive. I have tried finding different ways to deal with it, that often lead me to using poor products and dealing with people that I found less than trustworthy. I have been going to Audiology for a couple of years now and while it is still frustrating to deal with hearing loss, inconvenient and costly at times, I trust them and feel they are interested in helping me to hear better and to manage my hearing loss going forward. They are friendly and helpful. They have steered me in ways that I feel are better for me, even when Im pretty sure its not the best for their bottom line. That is huge for me with the finances of a large family. They also did some testing on one of my children when there was a question about their hearing ability. So I hope none of you have issues where you need to see them, but if you are looking for a professional and trustworthy place to go, I recommend them.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. It was my first visit and didnt know what to expect. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me prior to each test in a way that made sense. At the end of my appointment, the Doctor shared with me the results of the exam and would also be sending the results to my primary physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Moore and staff at Audiology, Inc for three years now, after a hearing loss in one year. The staff are helpful, courteous and caring. Dr. Moore is patient and caring as well, and I love how he educates his customers. I had never had a hearing test before my initial appointment, but my entire experience made it very comfortable to learn how to start wearing and caring for a hearing aid. You will not be disappointed if you choose this business to help you with a hearing problem!

If I could put a zero...I would. Not about the technical service, but about the billing/staff.First I was told to sign a waiver...then i was told my insurance would cover(because they called and confirmed). ........so now it seems I cannot write what I want. I have a limit. Will NEVER suggest this place. Billing isnt fair. Why is there a cash price over insurance price? Gouging insurance companies????

I had a severe bout of vertigo and besides being miserable, I was afraid to drive. I called the Audiology office and Dr. Moore saw me the next day. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. Dr. Moore ran some diagnostic tests, then corrected my vertigo. In 24 hours, it was completely gone and has not returned 3 months later.
