Kings Antiques is a stop my friends, family, and I make often. The prices, the items, and the staff are amazing. I can’t recommend this place more!!

Have spent a small fortune in this shop and have never had a bad experience until earlier this week. My 71 year old mother bought a chest and asked if someone could help her get the chest that was stacked on top of it down so she could drag her chest out. The workers REFUSED, were rude and said their manager would not let them move items. Told her she could call a company they contracted with to have it moved. Seriously? I went after work and when I got there was afraid if I dropped the chest that was stacked on the one Mom had purchased I would then have to pay for it. One of the employees finally came and helped me lift the top chest off so I could drag the one mom bought to the car. The employee was rude and you could tell very mad. The chest my mom bought was easy to get out to the car once the other chest was removed. Certainly not something you should have to contract with a moving company to move. Just be forewarned…if you like a piece of furniture at the bottom of a stack…it’s on you to get it out. This has been a regular and fun weekend dedtination for my Mom and I but we won’t be back. Disappointed.

BEWARE & CAVEAT EMPTOR. The owner hides damage to goods in her store. She sold my wife damaged furniture, and the damage was not at all apparent until it was delivered. She refused to take any items back, even though an associate / employee had told her that customers regularly are allowed to exchange items for store credit. I would strongly recommend against doing business here.

Be wary of buying items here that have damage that is not disclosed. The owner has a strict, unapologetic no return policy. I am stuck now with a badly damaged couch (damage not disclosed, and I did not see it in the store) and two chairs - same price / one had damaged covered up in duct tape. I was told the price reflected damage. But the chairs were priced the same so that is not actually the case. I learned my lesson. Anytime a store has a strict no return policy, it is probably just an indicator of a business that doesn’t care about its customers.

The antiques mall is a very large place...its actually two levels and the two ladies who worked there were very kind and polite and willing to answer any questions individuals had on any of the items on display...their inventory was quite diverse...it had the antique furniture and some artwork, but also had MANY US military items that span the civil war to Operation Iraqi Freedom...they also had items from Nazi Germany...also many sports memorabilia as well

I visited Kings Antiques for the first time today and was blown away by the variety of things they carry! Its TWO floors of pure magic. I picked up a few things for my home, office and a gift for a friend. Go see Lauren (shes precious) and tell her Maegan sent ya :) I will definitely be back!!!

Kings Antique Mall has a wide variety of antiques at a great price. You will always find something that is a must-have every time you visit. The employees are very nice and go out of their way to help you find what you are looking for. Their book selection is one of the best in the area for an antique store. If you are to expand your knowledge on the history of the area, Kings Antique Mall is the go-to place. The furniture is in mint condition and the pricing is competitive. The window displays are impressive. Whoever coordinates the window displays has a talent much larger than Shreveport. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Kings Antique Mall is unlike any store you will enter. It is under new management and the changes are spectacular. The environment is fun and inviting. Once you are inside the only problem you will most likely encounter is simply not having enough time to see everything. It is a store that you must visit often because the merchandise moves and changes so rapidly you may feel you are missing out if you do not visit a few times a week. Since I work here I can say with the utmost sincerity that we truly value every single customer. We have many frequent shoppers who are very dear to us and then we always enjoy the new faces who discover the wonders Kings has to offer. I can honestly say I have never enjoyed a job so much. It really does not feel like a job at all. Come spend some time with us this holiday season. I promise you will not regret it.

Kings is not your average, stuffy antique mall. Yes, you will find antiques but there is so much more to this amazing store. It is a warm and inviting place to get gifts, furniture or just hang out and listen to its eclectic music. This store is ever changing and growing and the staff is wonderfully helpful. If you havent checked out Kings Antique Mall, allow yourself an hour or two to look around, visit and enjoy.

If you are Fortunate they will have a Booth to lease you, if you want to sell some jumpin items. Regular does not get it done at Kings. THINK UNIQUE, and then some.
