This is one of my favorite stores to go in. Normally the line is not long and the cashiers are pretty friendly and quick.

The array of items to choose from is great, however; Ive seen cadavers with better customer service than the clerks.

It was my first visit to a Michaels. It is a nice art store with little little of everything. However, there is a great variety of actylic painting supplies. Rates are reasonable. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Best place to shop for your hobby needs

I wont go into the rather long explanation about what happened, but I had become frustrated while searching for something. A store associate, Michaela Franklin, noticed it and stopped to help me. She got on the computer and the phone to the Bossier City store and got my needs met. Awesome service!

Good standing

This Micheals had so much more than the one we have in TXK. I was pleased vyt the cleaniless and organization. I love both the TXK and SHV locations.

Michaels has always been a great shopping experience. This time was no different.

The store was fully stocked and organized. But next to impossible to find staff to answer questions.

My child decided to wait till the last minute to do her project and so naturally I was frustrated and this place was open when Hobby Lobby was about to close. They had great choices when I had no clue what I was even getting and the cashier that night was absolutely wonderful. Instead of rushing me out of the store like most cashiers do he was very kindhearted and even offered me a discount card because I was in a rush to get home. Hobby lobby is usually the first option I think of, but not anymore. That young mans kindness was what I needed that night. I dont remember his name but I want to give him a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart. All I can remember is he was a year or 2 out of high school and he mentioned being on drumline. We need more people like you in this world 😊😁

Michaels is your ultimate one stop craft store. Something is always on sale and they have every trending craft you could ask for. The only thing I try not to buy from Michaels is ribbon because I can never seem to catch it on sale. The best part of any Michaels is the Clearance section. I always check that first!

Store is somewhat cluttered. And some items dont have a price on them, you have to go up and get in line to check out and then asks whats the price on certain items.

The staff has no idea of inventory or where things are, very dismissing of elderly physically challenged customers.

I thought it was a well stocked store. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Cheap and dirty

The coupon for $20.00 off a $50.00 purchase of items was helpful. I was able to purchase a cart with roller casters and several other items that were on sale and spend only $30.00 with the coupon presented at time of purchase. Yippee!

Many Christmas items were not marked, and not enough employees to help. Saved us money as we left without our intended purchase.

Found exactly what I needed.

Very cute decor and good prices only seasonal items. My only complaint is they are not careful about bagging your purchases. I watch them carefully and have to suggest that they wrap or bag some things separately.

I got what i could they were just super low options on the fabrics i was looking for or really didnt have none at all.

I had some questions about something in my car I wanted colored. I didnt know if I needed to use fabric paint, apply vinyl or dye. Marshall was very nice and stopped what he wad doing to come help me and my wife. He was very knowledgable and answered every single question I had. I ended up using the fabric paint from his recommendation. THANK YOU MARSHALL IT LOOKS AWESOME. I will be back because of him.

Absolutely love this store. I buy all my craft supplies here. Only complaint is sometimes the staff doesnt understand the materials im looking for. Between this store and Hobby Lobby you can literally make anything.

I love Michaels as a store. They offer what is expected. But dealing with the framing department is another story. I brought a picture in that needed a new piece of glass. They took it and told me they would call me when it was ready. I called almost a month later and they told me it was ready and that someone should have called me. Then I was informed they sent off for a custom frame and I had a balance due. I told the person on the phone I didnt order a frame, only a new piece of glass, and the person I was speaking with told me someone said they spoke with me and I confirmed with them to order a new frame because my old frame wouldnt hold the glass anymore. I told her that was untrue and I would like my old frame back because there was no reason why it shouldnt hold the glass unless they damaged it.The ended up putting my old frame back on and glued it together. Out of frustration, I left it as is. It looks fine, but now it will definitely need to be broken in order to remove the picture.

Clean store

I go to Michaels all the time. Whatever Im looking for, they have it and most of the time its a great price, like today.

They have great sales here and really good coupons. The store is very neat and clean. It is organized very well with a friendly and helpful staff. You can take a variety of craft classes too.

The managers are not able to fully stock the store properly! Ive asked the Shreveport store off Youree for 3 months.... and they still have not restocked them. 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!!!! THESE MANAGERS NEED TO DO THEIR JOB AND ORDER WHAT IS AN EMPRY SHELF!!!!! I NEED black Matts, just plain single, beveled cut 11x14 inside that fits a 16x20frame!!! Upset!!! 3MONTHS!!!!! AND STILL OUT OF STOCK!!!

Ordered curbside pickup its 5pm on a friday before mothers day these michaels workers are killing it! Working hard and fast very inpressive. The circumstances may be rough but they are troopers!
