Im not quite sure where the ball was dropped but I contacted Mindy at Sign Mechanic regarding a logo revamp and sign. She told me she worked with a graphic artist and would get with her and they would get started. Not knowing and having failed to ask for a time frame, over a month went by and I called Mindy for an update. She informed me she had given all my information to Holly at Port City and was surprised when I told her I had not been contacted. She assumed everything was taken care of. I then called Holly and left a message because she was out of the office. No call back. I called again today and Holly said she didnt know anything about it. She informed me she looked through her files and couldnt find anything on my request and had received my message yesterday but I guess she didnt think I required a call back. The lack of concern regarding the mishap from both companies was a true disappointment.
