Bought a pool here, had them install it so it would be nice and level. The installers didnt bother to clean out any of the rocks they dug up while leveling the ground, so there are sharp points all thoughout the bottom of the pool I can feel through the liner. The installers also left the pile of dirt they dug out for me to figure out what to do with, and they left a large pile of all the packing materials. Very unprofessional. I would have been better off doing it myself

This is about your orange park location I figure corporate would see it if it’s on their site.. it is unbelievable to me that you’d have your store open while people are working on the roof and CONCRETE is literally FALLING from the ceiling onto the sales floor where customers and CHILDREN are walking around !! I asked an employee why are you guys open with such a risk they said CORPORATE SAID TO STAY OPEN !! What is wrong with a company where they’d rather have their staff and customers at risk of CONCRETE falling on their head then to close for a day... MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

From thousands of miles away they were able to locate the part number for a part to my pool so I could order replacements! Terry was ever so helpful, I would definitely recommend as their customer service has truly been impeccable! my kids will be extremely excited to swim this season and I can do so with peace of mind knowing the broken part wont be the cause of all boo-boos!Part was ordered, once it came in to the store they rerouted it to my home in PA, 4 days until it got to me! Awesome service, may be 1,000s of miles away however if use in a heartbeat!

Getting ready to install my first pool and they have been very helpful!! Friendly and knowledgeable about products!! Got my pool on 40% sale!! Found out they did layaway which is why I went ahead and did it. If I had known they did layaway I would have got one years ago lol

The associates werr helpful, knowledgeable, and warmly inviting! Such a nice refreshing change from the every day struggles while trying to accomplish your shopping tasks! One if my reindeer broke from a purchase from them prior and instead of having exact same thing, they had close ones and instead of buying 1 to replace the one with antlers broken, purchased 4 (2 different sets).

Just got my tree home and it doesn’t have all the pieces. Seems like they should have been a little bit more careful to check that when they loaded it in my car. Now I have to drive more than 70 miles to get the rest of it assuming they even have the other part. Really frustratingUpdate - when I went back to get the correct tree, the manager was so accommodating. He took care of it immediately, super helpful and apologetic. Thank you Terry!

Very nice place. Staff was friendly. If I knew more about above ground pools before I bought one I wouldve gone here to get it as well as the accessories. For that reason only 4 stars because they didnt have what I needed. Not their fault though because they have a nice selection of stuff
