I buy from these guys regularly. Usually I have the clerk with me and hes full of helpful information because I often buy single bottles and cans here that arent available anywhere else in town, and his suggestions are usually bang-on. I almost always do build your owns for Christmas gifts and, again, his pairing ideas across a wide variety of styles is great. Cannot recommend them enough!

For the beer you cant find in a retail setting try this store.All the beers I tried to find I couldnt get, but they are not very well known.Also, after 2 1/2 years here this is the first place that properly sells anything for home brewing.Come here for your home brewing yeast.Also, they fill growlers if you want to try some beers at home.Awesome!

This place has an awesome selection of beers that are hard to find. The staff is very nice and helpful especially for recipes, advice, and general help with home brewing. They are all Brewers themselves and have great original recipes. Equipment is high quality and affordable. They also have signs and other home bar decor. Great place.

Staff is great and knowldegable, good beer selection and brewing gear/ingredients. Bought a bunch of hard-to-find pale ales and IPAs only to find they were all well past their sell-by dates, and some were almost a year old. I know I should have checked the dates myself, but its disappointing at a specialty store and even more disappointing to toss out $60 worth of undrinkable beer. Check the dates on the cans folks.

Good place to buy some European beers. Signed up for the rewards program. I would rather spend $11.99 here on a good hefeweizen that $9.99 on most craft beers.

My husband and I really love this place. I ordered him a beer advent calendar for Christmas last year, and they totally customized it based on his tastes. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and the only place in town dedicated to craft beer (that isnt a brewery). I highly recommend to all beer lovers to check them out!

Wow, what a cool little store! The gentleman that helped us has a huge depth of beer knowledge, and theres a great selection of craft beef in this tiny store, including rare, unusual craft and imports covering a wide range. there is also a growler bar with several taps. Definitely somewhere we will stop next time were in Shreveport!

I am originally from England and since moving to the States my husband who is from here has fallen in love with Hobgoblin beer. It has taken me so long to find it and when I did, I just had to buy some. This is a great store with knowledgable staff and was able to tell me of certain events that go on and when they get their deliveries.

This is a great place to buy craft brews from the region/US and get growlers of local brews. They also have the equipment needed for you to get started in brewing your own beer. They even have a few kegs on hand. They will exchange CO2 tanks so you can keep your keg of Homebrew going strong. They sell the hop, grains, and yeast needed for the average homebrewer. If they dont have what your specific recipe (the one you looked up online because you like that beer or style of beer) they will find a comparable replacement.

Good store to get your base grains for brewing. If you are thinking about making the jump into brewing your own beer but not sure. Just ask they will be happy to help!

Love this place. Im from Michigan and he had by far the best selection of Founders and Bells around Shreveport. I also grab a couple special beers to try every time im in, such a giant and delicious selection. A candy store for beer lovers.

Well since they have moved, they have lost focus on homebrew supplies. Their liquid yeast selection is basically non existent and they have only a mini fridge with hops. I have used them for 3 yrs now and have noticed the steady decline of helpfulness and products for the homebrewers. I am done with them.Update on September 8: they have installed a larger fridge for their hops so their variety is back to where youd expect for a homebrew shop. Still wish they had more variety of liquid yeasts, but their grain and hop selection warrant me updating from 1 star to 4 stars.
