We had a great time. The employee at the desk helped us a lot. We will be back again.

No complaints here.. kinda dated, but thats kinda normal with bowling allies. It was 20 dollars even for my husband and I to play one game which I thought was okay for a Saturday night and it was glow bowling. Loved the music they had playing. Bathrooms were really clean. The snack bar had a big menu. The workers were happy to help us. We will be back.

Terrible experience here. I used to come & enjoy this place. This whole night the staff was just hateful towards our group, they must have had a bad bowl of cereal. We decided to leave. My friend left her purse after we left so we called numerous times, 15 minutes before they close @12AM. They would pick up the phone & hang up. Finally a man answered at 11:55 after the many calls & rudely explained that they were closed & will be open tomorrow. We had no chance to speak before he hung up. Hate to see people not put in the work they’re being paid to do.can we get the retainers back at least? please??

Its a bowling alley! Its a good old bowling alley that is a little shabby but with a group of people its fantastic!

I love this place! The perfect bowling alley, really. Pool tables, good draft beer, and frequently oiled lanes, touch tunes for your preference of music. I wouldnt change a thing. 3 out of 5 stars. Lol, jk.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was by far my worst experience. It smelled horrible and the staff were extremely rude. I will never come back or recommend anyone coming here EVER!

This place has gone down hill since the original owner past away. The only thing it has going for them is the glow bowling on the weekends. The pool room with the games isnt very much of a game room. Visited Holiday Lanes last week and they have a whole arcade. It used to be very well kept. i guess putting in new carpet was the only good upgrade of the place.

Great place to take kids and adults to have a great time. Join kids leagues or many choices for fun adult leagues.

Was excited to take teens bowling. Walked in at 4:55 on Wednesday and young man with a smile at desk alerted us to a special that started at 5pm. Thought that was pretty friendly. So when 5pm hit my phone, I went to the register to pay and the girl said it’s not 5. I showed her my phone and the response I got from her was, my register doesn’t say 5.The other gentleman saw the surprised look on my face and tried to recover—I’m not sure why all our clocks and phones don’t line up to the register clock—then she said, with no apology AT ALL, “you got 4 minutes.”So I give my kid a $10 bill to get a bottle of water, he’s 12 but looks like 16, and a different lady (I’m betting the one who does customer service training) gave him the wrong change. He and I go to that desk to ask for the appropriate change, I say, “Excuse me, I’m sorry I think there was a mistake in change. He gave you a ten.” And I show her the change. She said I gave him change for a five because that’s what he gave me. I shared that all I had for cash was a $10 bill, so he couldn’t have given her a five. Begrudgingly, she returned the money but not before rolling her eyes and saying something rude. I’m guessing she gets lied to all the time, but that’s not me, so I was shocked by the treatment.I was excited about the deal we WERE going to get. But there’s no way I was sticking around to be treated badly a third time.Not recommending this place at all.

Its a little worn down and not very up to date but its still a good place to go bowl at. They also have several pool tables, arcade games, and food as well

They closed early Im not sure why. There was a group us totaling 26 people. We had to find someplace else to take the children and enjoy a fun day!

Front desk female was more interested in her cell phone than assisting customers and needs some customer service skills...It appeared we were bothering her. Bowling was good!

It is a very old dated bowling alley but the people were friendly. If youre looking for a quite old school bowling alley this will be a good place for you BUT if youre looking for a modern bowling alley with up to date music and equipment this isnt the best option for you. It really just depend on your preference for what type of experience youre looking for.

Very rude customer service. Waited on the phone for 2 minutes to check on glow in the dark bowling, and the guy acted like I was an inconvenience to him by having an attitude with me and apparently not wanting my service. will definitely never go to this bowling alley ever again.

Great place to have a city bowling tournament. Hope to see next weekend too.

Had a great time. No smoking. Pizza was assume. Best of all our lane was set up to where 9 pins was a strike [the machine actually knocked down the 10th pin and the electronic score keeper registered a strike]. My wife and I were out when Southern Hills Business Association was having a function [we are not members but had friends that were] & our lane was set up that way. Never knew they could do that. We were out for some fun and are not serious bowlers. It was a blast. So many high fives from bowlers next to our lane.

Horrible C/S and management. The lanes are very ragged, it needs a lot of work. Head and shoulders well below Holiday Lanes across town. Never spending my hard earned money there again...

My dad lost his wallet last night. We thought we left it there so we called them simply asking if they could go look for it. My dad literally couldnt get two words out to the guy on the phone because the manager was cussing at him literally saying I hope we find your wallet so I can spend every g.d. Cent you have... they had obviously talked to someone other that my father who had been very rude about losing their wallet. But that is NO WAY TO TREAT ANYONE. The manager yelled, cussed, and hung up on my dad. This all happened after we played one game in which we had to move lanes because the balls kept getting stuck. Dont ever go to this place it is a disgrace how they treat people. Shame on you for cussing at customers.

Worked here for one day, had to do a double shiff on my first day and was told that I was only! going to do particular cleaning and literally had to clean the whole dam place and do like 3 people jobs by my self while other employees just sat there and pretty much watch me do everything!. Overworked and didnt get a ride home when I was promised due to not having reliable transportation on weekends witch I dont have an guaranteed ride! Plus I wasnt able to clock out like the time I had left there. Was stranded the rest of the morning and had to struggle to get a ride! and come out of pockets to get back to my residence.Please dont work for this man! So corrupted

Owner treats his employees like trash no respect at all as I was only trying to injoy my burger that the nice lady made me. Then to hear the owner go to the side of snack bar and cuss out his employe that was 8 months pregnant really kinda ruined my time.His father wouldnt do these kind of things he had much pride in his work. Its a true shame to watch a growing business fall at the Knees of some spoiled child.

Staff seemed pushy not a welcoming vibe. They made a last call for food or drinks but when you go up to counter you are turned around. It will be a while before going back. There is a reason it isnt as busy as holiday lanes in bossier.

We had a great time bowling, the young man at the counter was very helpful and curtious as well as the young man that was watching the lanes, the only thing that I ran into was there wasnt anyone at the consession counter until the 4th time I went up there and then the young lady was kind of rude, she could use some more customer service skills, the other older lady up there was more helpful... All in all we had a good time for our family night!

For a state tournament, AC conditions are not fully operating at sufficient levels had to bring this attention several times to the staff. For next year tournament need to bowl at modern facilities.
