I normally have perfect service, but this time. They didnt reset my oil life and the next day I went to use my windshield wipers, and the reservoir was empty.

I came in for a transmission control module reset. But after picking up my vehicle all my dashboard lights were still on and vehicle still ran sluggish I was told they would remain on until I fixed other issues when actually all I had to do was disconnect my battery and reconnect it and issues were solved instantly. So I paid around $180 for nothing at all. Hate being lied to. And wonder why alot of people try and avoid the dealerships.

We have 5 impalas......All impala are year 2011... the price for all of them 3000... there all 1600 down 180 a month....

I got checked in about 0730, and two other veterans were there waiting also and we got to talking about the Military, and the next thing I know it was time to go.

Review update*I wrote a review a couple of days ago about service I had on my vehicle. I was very unsatisfied about how things were handled. I got a response on here by the dealership to call back and talk about the situation. I spoke with the service manager Rusty and eventually I stated since I had always received good service in the past I would bring my car back in. I brought my car back in this morning and left it to get serviced. Less then an hour I received a call about my vehicles issue. Although I didnt like the news about my vehicles problem (humored lol) communication and service was very good. I appreciate todays business and professionalism. This long time customer will continue to do business with you guys. Thank you.

I bought a truck a couple of months ago and have never felt so left out in the cold in my life. Glenn the guy I bought from couldn’t get me out of his chair fast enough to get another customer. I told them I wanted the rebate so I only wanted to finance with gm financial and they sent my credit to 10 different banks then said I should just finance with gm financial. Then I called my salesman to ask a few questions and he didn’t know who I was when I told him I could tell he still didn’t know who I was and didn’t even answer my question. But the worst part was today I went to get my license plate and I was going to ask about getting a light up emblem and ole glenn walked past me, made eye contact and went the other way I think he was afraid I was going to get him to put my plate on for me. When you buy an 80000$ truck you kind of expect a little service but not here. I will never buy another vehicle from this place especially Glenn.

I had made an appointment and actually got there a little early. The service tech came right out, we verified my data in your system. I went inside and waited until my vehicle service was complete. The service tech explained all that was done and the condition of my vehicle at the present. The service tech, Mr. Bickham Dickson, was extremely nice and courteous. My girlfriend recently purchased a 2018 jaguar XE, a couple of days after our purchase I noticed a nail in the drivers front tire and I also noticed the bad condition of all the tires. We took the vehicle to have the tire repaired, when we went to pick it up I was surprised that you had replaced the tire, I should have been told you were replacing the tire, now I have ONE new tire and three bad tires, and the new tire is in the front, who puts a new tire in the front? I guess you guys do.We should have been told you were replacing it instead of fixing the old tire and maybe making us a deal on the other three tires. We just got a call from our sales person Mr R.R and quoted us a price of $900. I was really expecting a better price considering the fact that we were not expecting to purchase new tires but since your dealership replaced the tire now we have no choice. BTW your detailing leaves alot to be desired. Overall it hasnt been a very satisfying purchase experience, our sales person assumed we were paying sticker price instead of any kind of negotiation. How can you fix this? Have better comunication with you customerd,Give me a better price on the other 3 tires. Ty

Our salesman was good but another salesman made a shady deal and told us he sold the car. we done test drove and was going start paper work on.We pull out and the people havent even seen the car they just was there to test drive...not our salesman fault it was the others guy but i definitely dont do business at a shady place.

Beware, theres no loyalty here whatsoever. If you want multiple vehicles I highly advise you go elsewhere. I went to Morgan GMC for a new truck. The salesman are nice enough, they will do what is necessary to make sure youre taken care of. Pretty much what you expect and get at any dealership. The loyalty problem with this place in my opinion is a glaring one. If you want one vehicle thats one thing and a different review. However I bought 3 trucks from this place, all in about a 6 month span. You would think a deal would be headed my way but no it wasnt. In my opinion they knew I was in a bind and took full advantage. Thats just my opinion tho. I will be needing 2 more vehicles next summer and then 2 more at the beginning of 2022. I have a fleet and my employees like the GMCs now that theyve seen them. However I will absolutely not be coming back here for any reason whatsoever.

Came into service department for repairs on my GMC Denali. Called over a week ahead to set time, dropped vehicle off at appointment time, no communication from them at all, several days later, finally went and picked up my vehicle, and it had not been touched. 😡

Make sure they check and top off your fluids when bringing in your vehicle for scheduled maintenance. Overall, its a pleasant experience.

Typical old school scam car dealership. Same old tactics used that car dealerships are known for with their shady tactics. In this day and age with the internet and social media you would think their old shady way of doing business would go away but not with this place. Avoid.

Poor customer service. Not knowing what the problem is and just adding parts, we finally got the parts removed but had to pay for labor anyway. Left cover off of wires luckily it was placed in a spot so when I got to my destination and looked things over it had not dropped and got lost. We use the dealership because they are suppose to be the best...Not true in this situation.

No major disagreement, the only thing when I went to pick my vehicle up; the navigation system wouldnt load; so I had to leave it again. So I had to obtain a ride back home, no loaner was given; either time.

I was greeted at my car,as soon as I drove up. IT took no time to service my car.

At 90,000 miles.i had the transmission fluid changed at 118000 the transmission went out. When I read the dealership analysis. It said the transmission oily was burnt and dirty. That shouldn’t have been the case since it was serviced at 90000. I’m questioning, was the transmission oil changed at 90,0000 or was I charged for service not rendered. on one occasion I had my oil changed and tires rotated. I was charged for the rotation. When I got my truck back I noticed the tires were not rotated. I brought it to the attention of my service rep. I was refunded the money. I had my water pump replaced. Several months later. The new water pump failed. I had to have a second pump installed. I question the quality of parts being utilized by the dealership and I question if the work I’m paying for, is actually being done.I think the dealership has some ethics issues. I won’t be buying from the dealership again. Definitely won’t be using the service department

I bought a 2017 GMC Acadia from Holmes Honda with an extended warranty. I had it less than 30 days. I call Honda they were rude and extremely unhelpful so I called Morgan Buick GMC. I spoke with Tony who was extremely nice and helpful and got my vehicle in to be repaired. He even put me into a rental which he didnt have to do. Because of how nice and polite everyone was at Morgan I will never go anywhere else but there to purchase a vehicle or have one repaired. Thank you Tony for turning what started as a nightmare into a stress free situation.

My first experience with the service department was excellent. I scheduled pickup and delivery. My vehicle was picked up earlier than expected. No issues and everyone I encountered via phone and in person were so friendly.

Had to have tire sensors change . At first it was one tire. then after guys inspected two sensors needed to be replaced. Guys got the job done and I was on my way

Show up for scheduled appt for 9am. They have service advisor trying to get cars in. Ive been sitting in this line waiting and the advisor gets to other vehicles that have just arrived. Poor service. I cant say I will use Morgan again for service. I guess Ill have to travel for another dealership for service. Very unhappy and ticked at this point!

The service department is full of crooks. I had my Yukon towed to them for an issue with no oil pressure. They were going to charge me almost 1700 dollars to change the oil pan gasket and the oil pressure sensor.I had just recently change the sensor myself so I went to pick up the vehicle and not have the repairs made. When I picked up the vehicle it clearly had oil pressure reading on the gauge and when I got it home I crawled under the vehicle and checked out the oil pan.The oil pan was dry as bone!! No appearance of oil from around the pan. Besides we never saw any oil stains on the driveway.So a word of caution when dealing with these folks.

There has never been a disappointing moment when I come to the dealership. Bill Thomas always gives exemplary customer service. His presence and knowledge of the vehicles has always been great when I decided to make a choice. I can always count on him to help me when making the right choice.
