Greeted upon arrival. Clean atmosphere, friendly employees. Wanted to purchase chicken wings but they were out of stock. I was placed on a wait list an was told they will call me when they have more.

The thing I dont like about this place is you dont know what you have until you get home. And they dont do refunds or exchanges which is ridiculous to me yet the prices or good on certain meats not all their meats. Ive bought meat that was freezer burned really bad and they wouldnt refund or exchange. I still buy there periodically you have to asked them to look at the meat first. The price on Swai fish is ridiculously way to high but thats everywhere in Shreveport. Swai fish is fake catfish.

Beef ribs had little to no meat on bones. 10Lb. Ground beef said it was 80/20 and had so much fat when we cooked @ 1lb. of it. Worst part was that it tasted wild/tainted and we threw out Italian dish when all 3 of us were disgusted. Have not cooked chicken wings or Breasts yet, but wings looked freezer burned and discolored when we unpacked. So disappointed! Gonna stick with Kroger or Sams Club. I work for a large company in town and seen the menu and I decided to try. My wife and I were not impressed after a 30 minute drive and definitely will not return or recommend after wasted time and money:-(

Call and told me they had the meat i wanted but when i got there have my friend wring meat. This has happen 3 times. Call and say one thing but when i get there its something different. Very friendly but they need to fix this problem.
