While usually I would never leave a review I feel compelled to for my experience for my window tint service. After driving an hour away from my home, I decided to use this company because I believed it was a reputable professional business. The first time I came, I voice to Meg and the lady in the bay area, that there were bubbles in the tint and if someone could smooth them before I left. The bay area lady did come out and smooth some of the bubbles and she told me that once the tint adjusts the others would smooth themselves. She also told me to come back in a week if I had any problems or concerns. Not once did she mention bringing a receipt or that it would take an act of God to deal with Meg. So after waiting 6 hours outside in the sun and not an offer of water or anything...I left hoping that I got what I paid for and would not have to return. One week later, the tint on my front passenger door has a big bubble and I have to drive another hour to argue with Meg about getting it fixed. Apparently she believes that when people pay for a service, they intend on coming back; that isnt me. I paid for my service to be done right the FIRST time and I also didnt need Meg trying to badger me about a receipt that wasnt specifically stated would be needed just incase the service wasnt right. On top of that, I didnt even get it fixed that day. So, today (3rd trip) I drive another hour for it to finally be fixed. Im grateful to the young man that fixed it without conversation. Meg again tried to badger me about a receipt but at this point I had nothing for her. They have a tent outside where customers wait but she put my chair in front of a garage in the sun while the other customers chair was placed under the tent. I guess she wanted to get some kind of reaction but I never respond to clown behavior. I would not recommend Auto Mall Accessories to anyone and if you have to pay more for PROFESSIONALISM do it!

Still waiting so its hard to finalize a positive review. Made an appointment last week for 830a for an install of a Sirius radio car kit. Maybe a 30min job just to run the wires so they are hidden and secured. Physical reasons is why I am not able to do it myself. Nevertheless, 3hours and still counting. Its hot waiting outside and no availability of water or refreshments of any kind. Ill leave a follow-up review when the work is done. Im expecting to leave a positive one once the day is behind me.

I’m restoring a car for my daughter for her senior year. I chose Auto Mall Accessories because I wanted an upgraded stereo and possibly some tint work done. Professional installation is what I was seeking because I didn’t have time to do it myself. I bought a Jensen double DIN stereo. There was a previously identified wiring problem with the radio so I specifically asked for new power wires to be run to the stereo. The deck was a little over suggested retail price and installation was $100.00. It took a few hours to install and when it was completed it looked nice and neat in the dash but only one of six speakers was working and the one that was working was set up on the wrong side of the balance control. It was late so I was going to bring it back the next day. Because I was going to have to make another trip to Shreveport I got a price on tint to include removal of old film. It was a fair price compared to other businesses in town. The tint turned out great and the stereo sounds amazing. About the time my daughter got her license and was ready to drive her car we discovered that the stereo was wired back into the faulty wiring. The new hot wire was not installed as requested. The battery dies over night. They seem to be in a hurry and have poor quality control and attention to detail.

Minor issues here and there Russ has always been right on top of correcting it. I own a small used car lot SBC Autos and Russ does several installations a month for us. Very poor work. I drop off my car at 11:30 am I received a text message at 4:30 that my car is ready and we close at 5.Pick my car up the tint done incorrectly in the back window the tint rolling down my keys were left on top of my car that was park outside.She tells me to bring my car back tomorrow and it will be redone.. I drops my car off the next day picks my car up later on I asked for legal for my front and illegal for my back windowsThey put illegal on all my windows. I tell her this is not what I asked for she said you can just can bring it back and we will redo your front windows. At this point I just tried of they mess and will NEVER recommend this place to nobody.

Took my 86 to AutoMall Accessories with an underglow kit from LED4LIFE looking for same-day installation after Audio Concepts put me on a 2 week waiting list, and was pleasantly surprised to be told it would be done by the end of the same day! Installation was a little on the pricey side, but for same day and a good professional installation, I was more than happy to oblige. Will be doing business with them again on window tinting in the future !

I arrived early am in the middle of the week for tinted windows. I was quickly shown various types, even though I had pretty well decided already. I did have a few questions, and some were answered, some I got back I dont really know, and Im not really sure. I would have felt better about dropping off $500 with a little more complete info, but I was satisfied enough. Luckily, there was a small sheet of paper with info on it when I left. The place seemed organized, the staff professional. I did persist about another question, that then caused her to be off in search of an installer. The procedure took about 2-3 hrs, as expected. I had to ask again about my persistent question, and when paying, I asked a 3rd time. I finally got an answer from a non-installer who was not very convincing. The price was in my opinion quite competitive. I would have paid more. The work on the tint seems outstanding. However, of note, after returning home, I discovered during the next rain that my rear windshield wiper had been installed upside down. It was now wiping my license plate. I called and they offered to correct it, but as I live 90 miles away it is impractical. For this and the rushed sense I got, I give them a 3. Its now my expense to fix. I did feel that Auto Mall was a bit too busy, and felt it was more of an assembly line,that my questions were more of an interruption.I did expect a better overall experience having read so many good reviews. In spite of a mediocre rating, if you already know what you want, I would recommend going here,especially if you live closer than I do. :Addendum: Wiper was a minor fix. No charge from regular mechanic. Changed rating to 4 stars.

I am give this business a 5-Star rating. I had rear-window tint applied to my Honda Civic 10 years ago in 2008. They did an excellent job. Over the years the back window began to bubble under the surface and was visually distracting, especially in rain or snow. I called just to find out what could be done and how much it would cost to fix it. Because I had my receipt, the replaced it for FREE! AND, they no longer used the tint I had so they UPGRADED me to the ceramic tint for FREE! I CAN NOT make enough positive comments about this place. They were very cordial, professional, and helpful! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

These guys are very helpful and some of the only guys in town who will install odds and ends on older cars. Its kinda tough to get questions answered while they are busy (and the often seem pretty busy) but they do always call you back and guarantee their work. Have had both my radio and cruise control installed by them and the finished work on both was great. Would recommend.

Auto Mall Accessories has installed two units for me over the past 6 months (The first was a Jensen touch-screen unit in a 2009 Dodge Charger and the next was a UConnect 8.4 touch-screen unit in a 2015 Dodge Charger.) and have installed a number of units for my family members over the years. The staff of Auto Mall Accessories does an excellent job! They are highly efficient and, while I know this sounds like something simple, they actually call you back when you need to speak with someone!For instance, I was doing research on a having a new unit installed and I called a number of different places in Shreveport-Bossier who install radios. I was constantly met with either, We cant do that., or, Well call you back., without ever hearing back from anyone. Anytime Ive ever called Auto Mall Accessories, theyve been responsive and get back with me in a timely manner. Their customer service and quality installation is why theyre worth every penny. Plus, they stand behind their work! Cant really give stars as I never got past asking questions. I went in to see about getting the front windows of my truck tinted. The lady I spoke to gave me a price, which was good, but she didnt seem to have any interest in much else. I wanted to make sure my truck was legal so I asked about the tint. She pointed to some samples and said that once installed would meet legal requirements for front windows, which is 40%. I then asked if the installer identification sticker was put on the window and only got nope. I mentioned that the sticker was required by law and she simply said nope, we dont do it. She had no interest in any other discussion or explanation, so I decided that if she wasnt interest in my business, I had no interest in giving them my money for what would amount to an illegal installation. I have no idea about the quality of their work, but customer service is certainly lacking. I realize that window tint enforcement is quite lacking in recent years, but the Caddo Sheriff has announced stepped up enforcement and my luck would make me a prime candidate for a ticket if I were not in compliance. I would recommend anyone planning on tinting vehicle windows become familiar with the law, because apparently the installers arent going to let you know.

First and last time to try this place for tint work. The front desk clerk was extremely foul mouth in front of a room full of customers when talking on the phone and speaking with co-workers. Not professional at all! Went for the best tint they offered. The technician knew when he pulled it out it was not his best work. The front desk clerk went out to “inspect” it. She tried to prevent me from looking it over prior to paying, which again is not professional at all. After 2 weeks of still having bubbles in the tint, I took it elsewhere and had them take the bubbles out. There are way better tint shops in town that are certainly more customer minded and don’t have the drama queens being the front line customer service representatives for their companies.

Russ was very helpful. I dont understand a lot about car stereos and getting the right bass sound that I like, but he was very helpful. He worked with me to start building a system as I have the money to add to it. Also they tinted the front windows in my Dodge Ram while I waited. I will never go to Best Buy or other big box stores again.

I had an unusual experience at Auto Mall Accessories. I purchased a new vehicle in Shreveport, but I live in Georgia. The vehicle came with Sirius radio, but not navigation or Travel Link. The car dealer recommended I have Auto Mall install that equipment. Russ installed the equipment for me and I was told that it could take up to 24 hours for Travel Link to activate, which works through Sirius radio. So, we drove over 700 miles back to GA and discovered that not only did Travel Link not work, but my Sirius radio did not work either. It turned out to be defective equipment, but it took over a month to resolve the problem. Russ and I communicated by phone, email, and text. It was frustrating for both of us at times, but Russ was persistent and promised he would make it work no matter what. He sent diagnostic equipment to test the radio and ended up shipping me a replacement radio. He paid for it to be installed at a shop near me. He also compensated me some for my troubles, which I did not expect. It goes to show that there are times that you will have a problem. What matters is how you handle it. This problem was not Russs fault. Also, I want to comment of some other reviews. Those of you who were critical of Sha Sha, who works at the desk, should be ashamed of yourselves. She is a hard worker and is strictly business. Most customers are not there long enough to get to know her. But, my wife and I found her to be very nice a she has a good sense of humor. And to the person who said she was probably racist, I predict you are going to live a difficult life. Thieves think people steal, liars think people lie, and racist think people are racist.

I am VERY surprised at some of the comments in the low ranking reviews. They tinted the windows on my Pilot last May and from the time I called for a quote to the time I drove off the service was excellent. When I called, the receptionist was great. When I said I would walk in if I decided to have them tint my windows she offered to pencil me in with a question mark and would call me if someone else asked for my time slot. The car was finished in the amount of time they said and two people inspected their work. The tint did not have any bubbles and one year later its still in excellent condition. They also explained the warranty and the importance of keeping my receipt. The ONLY negative is they are not open on weekends and I will have to take vacation time to have my new car done.

I took my 2018 Silverado to AMA on 03/20/18 to get my windows tinted. Im extremely pleased with the quality of work. Im also impressed with how quickly it was done. I was there no more than 1.5hrs. Ill comment again after 6 days (3-5 days to finish) with my final review.

On 6/14/18 I took my sons 2018 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab to have all windows tinted. The reason I decided on them was that my younger son had his wifes car done here. I must say that besides them doing an awesome job on the windows also was in and out in a timely manner, Its nice to know that there are still businesses that believe in customer service!!! I wish that I would have gotten the guys name that did the tint job because it is just jam up !!! Customer service was great (for me at least it was). Tint job wasnt the best, was bubbly in some places, the cuts on the windows werent that great either. A little pricey. I could honestly go somewhere and get more done for a better price and job.

Let’s start with I’ve always had certain trusted people do stuff to my car for me so after I moved here from Michigan I needed to have my windows done. I asked a few people I work with about where to go and this was a place mentioned more than once. If u got the time and money to waste then this is the place for you. I had the remote start & gps installed back in October. I was told it would take 6 hrs to do. I brought the car in on a Thursday morning at 8. After 7 hrs no call so I called to check on my car. I was told they were gonna call me back. An hour later I got a call that my car would not be ready, for programming reasons. I explained that I drove over 60 miles with no way home expecting to drive my car home and was told it was nothing they can do. I explained that I was stranded in Shreveport without my car so for the inconvenience they offered to tint my 2 front windows. I made it home finally about 10 pm. I came back Monday only to get home to find that only 1 of the keys work. So heres another trip to Shreveport. After getting the key fixed I get home to find that the alarm doesnt work. I call and Russ told me 2 hit it. On the phone with him he has me hit the car multiple times and still nothing. So another trip to Shreveport. He says a wire wasnt hooked up and that it would be an easy fix. I explained that I didnt it was not convenient for me to keep missing work and spending gas money coming there so he offered $30 gas. A lil while afterwards the alarm stops working. Another trip, he says that I must have pushed the button on the antenna because it was in valet mode. It only took 5 mins or less saying he just had to push a button. He gave me a little book with the system wiring and how it works. Few weeks later the same problem. I called & ask could I speak w/ Russ and the lady said that he was with a car. I asked could I leave my num for him to call back & she says whats the problem. I tell her I just need to ask about the button. I need him to tell me what 2 push so I can save myself the trip 2 Shreveport. She says yes but then another lady calls back and tells me that I have to talk 2 her. I tell her that she didnt install the system & cant tell me what I need to know so could she just have him call & she say no Im calling. She asked when did I get the alarm installed and I said October. She said of this year or last year. I said October of this year hasnt come yet. I said I dont want to miss work to drive over there 4 something this simple & she says that I have to bring it over. I said ok well I want it taken off and she well u have to drive over here for that and I said Fine.I want it off so I dont have any more problems that I have to come over there She says be here at 8. Im there & she asks can she help me and I said Im here to get the alarm taken off. She takes my keys & said were not taking any alarm off. She goes outside and comes in telling me the gps isnt working bc of the satellites and that the alarm was in valet mode, reason being that somehow I must have push the buttons on the key @ the same time 2 put it in valet mode & that Russ could show me the button 2 push next time it happens. I told her no, thats why I called but you refused to let me talk to him. Im here to get it taken off. She says hes not gonna take it off bc theres nothing wrong with it. I said I only came to get it taken off. Russ tells me that its nothing wrong with it. I say thats fine just take it off. He says youre not getting a refund, I said thats fine just take it off. I told him that I will not get yelled @ every time I call when I have a problem. He says it works, I said thats not my issue. Had she let me speak with you or had you called me back I wouldnt have wanted it off. Its just bad customer service. He says he cant talk to 100 people. I said thats not my problemas a professional you should make time to return calls. well Im not taking it off unless you sign a paper saying it works bc I want him to work 4 free & want a refund. I explain again that I didnt want a refund & that it was just wasted money. I just want it off & that I was in the process of writing this review. He gave me my keys & said since Im writing him a bad review hes not doing anything. I said I wouldnt be writing it if hed did what I came 4 but u refused
