We just stopped for a look at their products and ask a few questions. The owner was very helpful and takes great pride in helping the customer get exactly what they want. They didnt pressure us nor did they push the most expensive flooring they had. We have been to many stores looking for the exact flooring we wanted. Virtually every store we went to claimed to be flooring experts, gave the answers they wanted to give rather factual or not, but Carpet Mill Outlet spoke from years of real experience. It showed in their knowledge and passion. We will definitely return to Carpet Mill Outlet to purchase our flooring.

Staff on site were helpful. Their subcontractor Shane who installs the flooring is not. He came to install carpet. Carpet on stairs not actually attached in some very visible places. Have tried on numerous occasions over a 3 week period to get him to fix and he has yet to show up to fix it, doesnt call or text to let me know, and wont answer phone calls or texts now. Do not recommend either as this is the only installer they use.
