Wheeew! My husband sent me some chocolate covered strawberries as a surprise. The damn strawberries are OLD. They are so old that one had the audacity to have mold on it. I only checked the strawberries because the one I ate was mushy! To my surprise, most of the stems on the strawberries were turning and stiff! This is unacceptable. They offered to send new ones and I said no. They offered to give me a credit for the strawberries for a future purchase. No ma’am! I just need them to refund my husband’s credit card at this point. I will never shop with them or recommend them after this!

They don’t even deserve 1 star. I placed a birthday order to surprise my sister it was a dozen chocolate covered strawberries with a birthday sleeve for the box, teddy bear, and balloons. When they delivered it all she received was a regular red box of strawberries. Ruined the whole surprise! I had to figure something else out to send to her because they couldn’t make it back up there to deliver the rest THAT THEY FORGOT!!!! So I called the store and spoke with the manager on duty Laurie and she was beyond rude and tried to just give me store credit for a future purchase. I of course didn’t want store credit, I wanted my money back! It took me saying I was calling customer support just to get only $20 out of the $80 I spent! Then I had to call back to make sure I was getting the refund for the birthday sleeve Laurie said “Even tho I went over all this with you already I guess I will go over it again” with a bad attitude. She acted like I inconvenienced her when they are the ones that inconvenienced me by getting my WHOLE ORDER WRONG!!! Then on top of everything I used a $10 coupon but she just redone my order instead of giving me the actual refund so it cancelled my coupon that she wouldn’t fix! So I had to pay $54 for something I didn’t even want!!!!! I’m beyond mad and would NOT recommend this place to anyone! I will be contacting their home office.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I placed an order on Wed May 5 to be delivered to my Mom on Saturday May 8 and she never received it. I called the location on Saturday and was told to call back in the morning if she did not receive it. I called early Sunday morning but no one answered the phone only received an automated response. I have ordered from Edible Arrangements before at different locations but this was the worst customer service I have experienced . I dont know if they were overwhelmed or just didnt care about my order.

I ordered the strawberry sweets indulgence bundle on June 18 and they delivered to my dad’s for Father’s Day in a timely manner!I was so stressed out trying to find a sweets delivery service on a Sunday especially being Father’s Day and it was relieving to see that they deliver that day. Per my father, everything in the boxes (6 mini cheesecakes, lots of assorted cookies, and dipped strawberries) were delicious!

I stopped by Edible Arrangements this morning around 09:50 AM after a great workout to redeem my free birthday gift. Only to be told, that they were ONLY doing Mother’s Day preparations. 🤔 Guess I WANT be celebrating my birthday with my free gift. Thanks for nothing.

Was charged for the same item twice. I tried to call and reconcile the transaction with the store and was unsuccessful. Ms Alexis or Lexi can’t exactly remember stated there were two separate deliveries and transactions. I explained that’s impossible because I only ordered and received one. I was transferred to the manager Ms Susan. She stated we delivered them at the same time. I asked to whom. Could you verify the signature or address. I explained you and your staff have two different stories which one is it? She stated her hands were tied. First of all I only ordered one so why was I even charged for two. 2nd you can see I was over charged and refuse to refund me. I would never do business with this company ever again. Say goodbye to my corporate account. I hope enjoy the extra cash your stealing from people. Double check your transactions everyone. They are stealing!!!! Now looking at the photo does it look like I was charged twice? Just asking!

Not happy! I ordered for Bosss Day at 1:00 p.m. and did not receive the order until 5:30 p.m. after my boss had already left for the day! The cookies look like they are not done, are super tiny! I called @ 4:00 p.m. regarding the delivery and was told it was in route on its way here which is only about 10 mins away from our location! These two boxes cost us $78! Our company will never order from here again!

Highly recommend this establishment. They really care about customer service and have gone the extra mile to make things right when circumstances beyond their control caused for momentary dissatisfaction. You dont find businesses that actually care that often so it is refreshing to see a business stand behind its product-a very tasty and visual appealing product at that. Thanks!

I would never order from edible arrangements anymore the quality of their fruit is not worth the price then the manager gone have the nerve to tell me well there is nothing we can do about it they where fresh to us chocolate crocodile will be getting my money from here on I would give a negative star but the balloons where pretty. I received an order from Edible Arrangements about a month agao and there was a problem with the order. I spoke to the owner of the business and he was very accommodating and apologetic for the issue. He went above and beyond to make me happy. I was very satisfied at the outcome and would use them in the future. I cant thank the owner enough for his professionalism and his willingness to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.

Ordered a product to be delivered on the following Tuesday. After not receiving it, I called customer service to find out that my perishable product had been given to Fedex on Monday and was to be delivered on Thursday instead of Tuesday. I took a refund and drove to Shreveport to pick up an order since this is what I already committed to as a gift. They completely butchered the attached note, but otherwise it was fine.After receiving the late gift Thursday, I opened the box to find that even if it had been on time, it was still missing a huge flower set that was the bulk of the price of what I ordered. Nothing says Happy birthday like a late gift with missing items, spoiled fruit, misspelled/incorrectly written cards, and melted chocolate. I wish I could rate 0/5. Will not use again.

I ordered an arrangement for my future husband for his birthday and he loved it. The ordering process was simple and easy straight forwards. The fruit was fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. I placed an order online from this store to be shipped to my elderly aunt. Not only did they not deliver it, but they did not e-mail or call to notify me the package wasnt being delivered. No steps were taken to issue a refund either. Beyond disappointing!!!!!

I ordered strawberries and a balloon for my sister who is in the hospital in Louisiana. I live in Georgia. I was able to place my order online after 3 pm at the nearest Edible Arrangement and it delivered the next day. And she absolutely loved it. I didnt even have to wonder if they had been delivered. I received a delivered email as soon as delivery was made. I am very satisfied and will order from Edible Arrangement again.

Do not buy anything from this store. I paid for my boyfriend to receive a Valentine’s Day delivery at his job. Their website clearly states that al deliveries made to businesses will be delivered between mid morning and 5pm (makes sense since most businesses close at 5pm). This is our first Valentine’s Day and I wanted it to be really special. Well his order was never delivered. I called the number online but they leave at 5pm. I called the store a million times but no one ever answered so I went in person to find out what happened. This man had the audacity to tell me “we can’t guarantee a delivery time”. Ummmm I never asked you to guarantee a delivery time. I’m just expecting you to do what you claim you will do and why in the hell would you expect to make deliveries to businesses after 5pm? You wouldn’t. He argued with me to the point where the manager fussed at him and asked him why he was arguing with me. I got my money back but do you think he was apologetic or seem even the slightest bit sorry that he ruined my Valentine’s Day? Nope, not at all. Then another employee told us that apparently getting orders correct and delivering them is something they struggle with often. Don’t bank on these people if you are trying to do something special for someone. They’ll just screw it up for you.

I love ordering from edible arrangements and receiving edible arrangements. The fruit is always fresh and sweet. Ive never been disappointed with any arrangement Ive purchased or received. Their website is very user friendly and their arrangements are always delivered fresh and on time.

Order this for my son birthday. From Miami to Arkansas in 2 days. It was was delivered in great time and my son said that his fruits was fresh and cold like it had just came out of the refrigerator.

Needed a gift for a super-casual - SHORT NOTICE - wedding and Edible Arrangements came to mind as the perfect solution! Delivery was successfully made to an obscure location with just a few hints in the delivery field.

I love this store. I used to work here and I never saw an ugly arrangement leave this store. During the stores two busiest times of year, Valentines and Mothers Day, there would be so much organized chaos. Lots of fruit, veggies and baskets and very little sleep. I especially loved that the supervisor would be very understanding and accommodating for customers when things werent all right.The quantity AND quality of product that this store puts out is incredible for the size of the staff.All in all, the fruit is ALWAYS fresh, there is a keepsake gift (basket or vase -unless its a box of chocolate fruit), and it tastes great.My favorite thing to date is the salted caramel apples during the fall season. Please dont take this off the menu!!!!

Ordered online on a Saturday, and received a call within 30 minutes to confirm the order! Also the rep informed me that a portion of my order was not in stock but could be exchanged or credited. I cannot imagine how busy they must have been for a Saturday, but I cannot say how much I appreciated their efficiency & politeness!

Worst service Ive ever paid for in 25 years! I ordered an arrangement on Tuesday to be delivered on Friday. I spent $120.00 on fruit for a valentines gift to my wife. I was told it would arrive to my wife at her place of employment around 2 p.m. She did not receive her edible arrangement until almost 5p.m. That is closing time and that is completely unacceptable! And the only reason she received it at all is because I called at 4 p.m. and asked why she had not received it..? The woman on the phone with an uncaring attitude asked where it was going again and said she would get it before 5... I could have spent the same money on a beautiful bouquet of flowers and they would have been delivered on time. I will never use this service again. I wish I could give zero stars but unfortunately that isnt an option. Thank you for ruining my wifes valentines edible arrangements!

The worse customer service ever I ordered an edible arrangement on March 19th for my mom for her 64th wedding anniversary March 20 th my dad passed almost 2 months ago and I wanted it to be a special surprise for her since this day was so hard for my mom without my dad, I was told that it would be delivered between 11 am and 4 pm, when I placed the order the day before So at 5:30pm it still had not been delivered, I called back and the lady Jeanette told me that it should get there by 6pm, and told me that they deliver to businesses and schools first so I guess we didnt matter, when I asked about a refund she said I would have to wait until the next day when the manager was in, so I told her to go ahead and Make the delivery since there was no other solution edible arrangement was never delivered at all I will be calling to demand my money back in the morning this truly broke my heart I wanted to put a smile on my moms face, this day can never be undone !! I am furious 😡I will never order from this location again !!

Unbelievable, normally i love this store, however after today, i can care less about ever doing business with them again. Due to it being mothers day sesson, i was sure they would be busy, thats why I made a courtesy call prior to going to the store with my order. I was told on the phone by their male couter help, to just come in for the 3 large fruit salads i was attempting to order. I double checked with him if it would be possible for me to actually get them today. He informed that that would not be a problem. Stated due to how they enter orders for fruit salads, separately in the computer from their usual baskets, that he would be unable to do it over tbe phone. Just please come in. I drove completely across town, got to the store and this same dude tells me, oh we are too busy to do fruit salads today. I reminded him of our phone call less than 30 minutes prior and he said, oh sorry, i just figured maybe we could have fit it in. Not acceptable! Could have been honest on tbe phone, hmmmmm or was there another reason for not wanting to serve me?Guess i will be finding and usuing another company for all my marketing needs. So sad! Poor business! I will definetly inform my other co-workers in the field of marketing. Wasted time!
