This Wal-Mart has the most amazing selection of little girls clothes in the area in my opinion. I was super impressed!! Not to mention the bicycle 🚲 that we purchased for only $60.00!! Needless to say, I have a happy little girl.

I have been shopping here so far for approximately two years and the experience is awesome.. Clean, well stocked with variety of items. There is enough humble parking space and accessible from all corners of the city. Everyday is another great opportunity to shop with Walmart not to mention how affordable they are.

GROCERY SHELVES NEED TO STAY STOCKED. SOME WALMARTS HAVE MORE THAN OTHERS. EMPLOYEES NEED TO COME TO DEPARTMENTS THAT THEY ARE CALLED TO. IT DOESNT MATTER IF ITS NOT THEIR DEPARTMENT THEY NEED TO BE TRAINED IN THAT DEPARTMENT. TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK.

This store is the worst in customer service and curb side pick up. Can’t reach a manager if my life depended on it. Octavia Cooper is supposedly the manager and can not reach her either. Store will never answer the phone if they do by chance they hang up on you. Will never use this store again and canceling my order. Back to Kroger on Ellerbe for me.

I agree and give my visit a rating of 3. My daughter and I actually had to call for a supervisor. They actually thought we were stealing by not ringing something up. After all was said and done, it seems it was a glitch in the system. Lol. Bring back the customer friendly cashiers....I bet Mr. Sam Walton would have had a fit behind that!!!

When I was waiting for a grocery pickup, I called the number multiple times and nobody answered. I even went as far as to call the main store and nobody answered. There were employees helping other customers and walked by my vehicle, even when I was trying to get their attention. I waited there for four hours before I was helped, then waited another hour before I got my groceries. I am very displeased with the service that was provided and wish the issue would be resolved.

Had most the items employee poliet and pleasant store clean.

Wall Mart always has what I am looking for. Their employees were courteous and friendly.

It was fine. There were several very nice workers there today. Enjoyed my visit even though I was sick. It was not covid, high blood pressure.

Was visiting the area and I love this Walmart! Bigger and the selection was WAY better than back home.

Made 2 trips thereafter I was told that I couldnt pay a bill there by an employee that didnt know what they were doing.

Its always great i just do not like the self checkout because i do not work for Walmart i dont get paid to checkout my on stuff now if they want to give me a discount on my stuff that im checking out every time i use it then we can talk

The grocery pick up employees are so nice and do a wonderful job here.

You have to use mainly self checkout Wich is fine unless you have a whole buggy of stuff and the sales associates were on time when we called to get help in electronics

Sign says its open til 11pm. Dragon lady guarding the entrance wouldnt let me in at 10:50. Got all huffy when I explained that meant they were only open until 10:45.Made a point of closing the door on me like she was aftaid I was going to crash the party. Only reason I didnt gove them a one was the old guy returning carts was going to let me on until she intervened.

Wonderful service a gentleman that works there was able to find my mom a rider we hade been traveling several days she was having a hard time walking thank you

Its clean and the people are nice they have a good selection of item and everything is easy to find

Have I ever mentioned how much I despise Walmart? 😆 I swear I really do... I ONLY will go if I absolutely have to for something... And they have great stuff, its just the all-in-all experience... I HATE IT!!! And I swear they have people disguised as employees, but they wont help with anything! 🙄

Many years ago this used to be one of the better Walmart supercenters. Unfortunately over time it has devolved into being one of the worst.Employees will go out of their way to avoid work and make shopping here as inconvenient and difficult for the customer as they can manage.

Only issue. Was so many worker no cashiers.Every1 had. To stand n line. So long.Far bk.As end of store. N do self check out.Made no sense why.Was this way..

I liked that they had $5 school shirts made my trip to dollar mania kind of pointless

The card reader refused to accept our debit card. Not just at this store but at all of them. The card has no issues in any other store.

3 self checkouts open at 10pm and the line to check out is from the checkout on grocery end all the way PAST the makeup! Absolutely INSANE!!! If we have to continue to work the registers then we need an employee discount or a paycheck! No excuses!

Best Experience like Always..Even though Im not old enough to need a riding cart Im on oxygen & when I come in instead of looking at me funny like in most stores they get me a cart or try to help me find one...Great Service

Compared to the Vivian Walmart the selection of the Walmart supercenter was so much better good produce, nice meats, and lots of frozen items to choose from! There Rotere Chicken is cheap and very good! Gas prices were good also. Highly Recommend!!

What can you say. Its Wally World. In a perfect world people who go there would dress appropriately for being seen in public and wouldnt be sitting on the curb outside eating chocolate syrup straight from the bottle.

Very active and friendly Church. We just love the preacher Dr. Hall. Lots of youth, small children, just all age groups. Very large Choir and wonderful Gospel Music. Plenty of Specials sang every Sunday. Come visit and enjoy good preaching and fellowship. Hallelujah.

WalMart always makes me crazy! But this store really is well stocked and the staff if helpful. But the check out lines are ALWAYS insane! All those registers and only 3 or 4 are open!😫

Just the atmosphere is horrible. I understand not being stocked for items because of cut backs and not being able to get the items. I dont understand stocking carts being left everywhere and people not wanting to help u.

This store doesnt carry everything like the one on Youree!! This is Barksdale location in Shreveport.

I had an appt. with Dr. Scott Taylor on East Bert Kouns. He is great. His assistants are all so nice and know their stuff.

Usually stocked better than recent months, this is still a great place. Tons of options, tons of products, and tons of parking lot rage.

Have patience with curbside and check ur order..

You can find just about everything you want. Friendly staff and a great service for the ordinary customers. I like their pharmacy service, very reasonable

We rarely go to this store but the selection is perfect and the clearance items are fantastic savings the people are great

What I expect and more from a great shopping experience

Even after covid, this is still Wal-Mart. I know its hard to keep all items stocked, but they do very well from my experience.

At 10:50 they are not letting people in saying they are closed. The closing time is 11:00 p.m. 😡😡😡😡😫😡😡😡😡😡😡 Suppose I just wanted to get batteries at the checkout aisle, lighter, ... I live an hour away & now I have to drive back tomorrow. 😡😡😡😡 They are fing people wrong turning them away saying they are closed & theres still people in there shopping. Overall attractive store. Helpful employees. Neat, clean shelves and floor. Simply didnt have enough baby food/snacks for the demand of the public

Terrible customer service, and poorly stocked inventory makes it a bad experience everytime I shop there. Its close to my home, but Ill go to another location if Im not pressed for time.

This place is so unprofessional its ridiculous, from the managers down to the employees. The service desk opens and closes when it wants to despite the fact that its operating hours are 8am to 8pm Monday-saturday. When I asked a manager why the money center was closed early and the operating hours stated 8am to 8pm she spoke with an attitude as if I was interrogating her about the hours I would recommending trying another Walmart if you plan on using their money center

Friendly service. The lady stood with me for 20 minutes helping me pick the best smart watch. Helped me to find something cheaper with all the features I wanted.

As far as Wal-Marts go, this is not the worst. Solidly average for what this large corporation has to offer. Beware that the check out situation will always frustrate you, and that the self-check machines are usually not accepting cash. The store is otherwise clean and usually well stocked. My interactions with employees have proved to be an unexpectedly nice experience as well.*LADIES: this could be a coincidence but for some reason the bathroom is closed EVERYTIME. If you have to use the restroom during your visit I wish you the best of luck.

I Like Walmart but dang its crowded. But where else can you get your tires rotated, shop for groceries, maybe pick up some t shirts and also pick up a TV. What the hell. My only drawback is make sure you check expiration dates at Walmart. They seem to have a knack for expired food products. Also if the check out people maybe had a personality would be nice. But if you want it all in one place here ya go.

Disappointed my brand new in tablet feel about 2ft. As and it cracked the screen more than half of it and the touch screen went out and now its perfectly useless and now Im stuck with it and now I see why people say I get what u pay for

When no one is available to work the registers then evneryone is forced to use self check out ok no problem however it seems more efficient for all open registers to accept both cash and credit cards but if it cant do both then please tell ppl prior to having checked all of their items and then return them, then wait in line again for the one and only to not be able that there is only register to accept cash and different days, its a different register!

I was there today to pickup my grocery and household goods. The wonderful employees did my shopping and all I asked for was there and available. I tend to shop for the entire month. And tryna go up n down those aisle are a workout for these knees of mine. Born handicapped I enjoyed 32 years of work. Last 20 was in a warehouse. Grade AAA service with a smile is what I got. Best place in town to shop.

Well I went to this location bcz it was in my way home,but not my usual store. I do love how much more selection you have,I only had a little bit of time,it was kinda late when I got there. Was going for a dash kit to get my music in my car, unfortunately it was too late so there wasnt anyone working at the automotive section to open the case for me. But I did get way more other stuff that I needed/ wanted and now I know that they have a ton of great merch!! So Ill definitely be going back!!

Love that this location most of the time has the scooters for the disabled available charged and ready to use. And they have products the other Walmart dont.

Out of stock on alot of items. Hard to get any help. They are more worried about theft than helping customers. Most of the theft is by the employees. Because everything is locked up so customers cant get to items or find help to get something unlocked.

Craft section was very neat and organized. Otherwise, there was freight on the floor. Staff was helpful when asked. I left 4 new jugs of Primo water in a cart and didnt realize it until and got home 45 miles away. I tried calling for an hour! No one ever answered the phone.

Poor shelf fulfilment. What I need simply isnt there.

What I was looking for was available and plenty in stock and reasonably priced.

My second home. Its always clean and the people are always nice and helpful 🤩
