Brought in my computer to get cleaned and tuned up, came out better than what I was expecting! These guys know what they’re doing, quality service that I’m willing to pay for! They were very knowledgeable, they explained what they did on a technical level and on an understandable level, making it easy for me to know what they were doing to my machine. They even gave me a detailed invoice with all the details! Definitely a recommendation for computer repair!

Each and every time I have needed help to resolve a computer issue, Ctrl Alt Del has been quick to respond and has always been able to easy resolve my issues. I have recently purchased a new computer system from them and within a short few days they were at my office setting it up and making sure it was operating to meet my companys needs. The help I got from Ctrl Alt Del was great! Ryan Wilson did a service call and solved multiple problems I was having with my desk top computer. He also taught me how to make my computer more secure and showed me how to do several tasks that I could never have figured out on my own. He was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Due to pandemic shutdowns I was unable to return a desktop that I bought from them. When I could they charged me on the diagnostic and then didnt bother to call me nor respond to my complaint. I learned from this $300 lesson. Dont use this company.

Yes! these are a great group of guys! but i was a little upset that it took me three week or more to get my laptop back i wouldve mind but I use my laptop for school my first concern was the screen that was order wasnt compatible so a new ones reorder instead of them paying for the new screen they waited until my refund was return to order me a new one its understandable but Ive been without my laptop for about 3 weeks and Im calling every week for an updated it couldve been handled differently 2nd concern was yes, I got service for my screen replacement but I had requested that some other issue with the laptop be looked at and i believe because my laptop was there for to long they did exactly that fix the screen and moved on. 3rd concern is I got quoted 2 different prices. all in all I believe the lack communicate between staff and owner is an issue. yes! i will bring my laptop back to them I believe they can improve. I gave they five star but that was before I received my laptop, Im still having issue with the screen, but since the screen replacement it seems worse!

My grandkids literally crunched up my iPad. I found these guys in Uptown shopping center next to fat Tuesday. They ordered my replacement glass for my iPad and *poof* it was beautiful again!
