This is the BEST looking one in the city. Very neat and clean. Nice friendly staff. Lines are very long in the evenings but all cashiers are up there doing the best they can to get the line down as quickly as possible.

Great place to Halloween shop. But you must get there early to get the size you want.

The staff were not very friendly, than studded behide the conner, talking to each another. Not very helpful, than were on there cellphone, instead of help the customer ! Witch I thought was very werid !!! Than didn,t even welcome, the customer in to the store at all . Very werid indeed. Than didn,t even ask, if than could help you fine want you need or was looking for !!! The store was packed with customers as well. Than only had to cashers on as well. People were waiting a long time to get cheek out as well. Some people left with out buying anything, becasue it too to long to cheek people out . Very sad indeed.

Getting ready for Halloween or ready for dress up. This store isnt just the hole in the wall it was ages ago.From dress up to decoration they have it taken care of.I was there to buy pink for The Race for the Cure tomorrow.A fun stop.

Has every Halloween need you want. Such a cool place to shop. Who doesnt love this place? Cool novelties, lots of choices for each Halloween character.

Employees followed me around the whole time. Acting like I was going to steal something. I didn’t even want to shop anymore after being followed for 10 mins. I’m a store manager of a shoe store and this was my least favorite shopping experience. Just back off and let people shop. Everyone is not trying to steal! Worst experience at Spirit Halloween. Don’t go to Shreveport Spirit Store.

The older lady with real short hair was so rude that we left. She literally stared us down and acted like we were stealing someone needs to talk to her about customer service. Then my little girl had to use the bathroom knowing they have one there she wouldnt let us use it my little girl went herself because of it so angry will not be back

Great costume choices and good quality too! I buy my daughters costume here every year, she’s 17 now, and have never been disappointed. They always have coupons which helps since the costumes are pricier......but worth the money! Friendly staff and they’re always very helpful. Spirit Halloween makes costume shopping fun and easy!

Do not go to this spirit store. The employees are nice but the owner is not. They treated me my wife and my 6 kids like thieves the entire time. I accidentally missed the “no drinks” drinks sign (like I said have 6 kids to safely get into the store) the owner informed me no drinks were allowed. I politely responded “no problem I’ll take it to the car” the owner persisted to follow me out of the store being rude and telling me I should have read the sign so on and so forth. I would recommend ANY of the other spirit stores with nicer people. We spent hundreds of dollars in this establishment to be treated like thieves and talked to disrespectfully

Please search every other store but this one for you and your children’s costumes. I purchased a $60 costume that came with a headpiece that did not match what was advertised. Instead of being assisted and offered a discount or another accessory, I was told by a stall member ..”well I didn’t make you buy that.. I can’t help you”. I guess I was supposed to open all of the packages first to make sure everything was accurate ?? Then he proceeded to immediately follow me around the store because I had MY $60 costume that I ***purchased !!!!! Treating me like I was going to steal something, saying multiple times that he wanted to ‘hold it for me’. You can find better costumes, for cheaper .. from more decent people !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY at this establishment. I regret getting my family’s costumes here !! They will never get business from us again. Thank you for following me sir,, you saved me from spending any more money at this poorly staffed store.
