Just had counter top installed the top is nice, but clean up sucks found sawdust in my dishwasher and under the sink, found razor blade on the floor thank God no one cut their foot or the dogs got it. I think they could have done better on the installation just left wedges sticking out then they are smart enough to pull the sink why can’t they put it back in or at least let the homeowner know so i can not be surprised and don’t loose the sink brackets, I feel they could have secured the dishwasher with glue or at least asked us so all in all not very happy with the overall I do have pictures but don’t know how to post them

If I could give no stars I would!!!My marble got installed today and looks absolutely horrible.. the slabs were cut wrong. The seems look terrible! My counters were never laser measured so I’m assuming that’s why it was cut wrong!!! This job is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!

Agree Stone Design has a great selection of product and the price is reasonable. There are two distinct problems with doing business with Stone Design if you have experience remodeling homes and know what great work should look like. Problem 1: Installation is low quality. As a once excited customer, low quality could be because Stone Design subcontracts their installation work to others. Stone Design does not come out aftetwards to inspect finished work. Its on the owner to inspect per my experience.Problem 2: Stone Design lacks integrity. Meaning when the service or installation is garbage your representatives will say they want to make it right, but they do not keep their word, avoid responding to phone calls and emails. And then when you as a customer figure out the game they are playing and you get mad and threaten to take action they then make an excuse that the time they have invested with the first install attempt cost them money and they then want you to pay them upfront to come back out and fix the issue. As customer that loves great work and does not mind paying...I would never give you full payment when you have shown me you arent reliable and avoid fixing the issue.Stone Design can respond to the review and deny...but i have pictures and emails to back this up. Customers be aware if you are remodeling a house from 1930s and upgrading your kitchen. Stone does not have the right crew for these jobs. But if you have a new build house...they do better work as I have witnessed from others.P.S. I am not an angry customer..just disappointed. My project is still not finished. I have decided to just hire Lowes to finish the job as I will at least have some guarantees on the work even though it will be more expensive than Stone Design.

I have to say this is the most amazing company ever ! They had the best customer service and the installers were very pleasant to work with . They had the kitchen done within 2 weeks from me actually choosing my stone and it was an amazing finished project. I would recommend Stone Design to anyone looking for a great experience and product.😊
