Every time I go to the store I spend over $200. No complaints

I love Big Lots, because they are very affordable but there is a young lady there who is like a rainbow her attitude is always so positive and she makes the shopping experience even better, hang on to her Big Lots, Alliyah is her name.

This store offers many unique items at a fraction of other stores prices. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable.

Christmas decorations are already out. Generally speaking the store is stocked well. Household items, kitchen items, electronics, furniture, groceries, etc. It is well worth the time not to pass this place up for whatever your needs might be. Prices might surprise you.

Today I saw higher quality furniture than previous years. A definite improvement & still a good price point

Ho here to check for 2 liter cokes on sale! They usually have them 1 dollar or 1.25

Went to return an item I didn’t need an the assistant manager was rude... Not very customer service friendly an was acting like I was bothering her while at work.... Will only visit when I need to..

Well its biglots, some things cheap... But nice furniture.... Reasonable!

I love it. Its big and the lots are great too.

They had a Friend and Family day sale going on this weekend of 20% off. I was looking to get a dutch oven anyways but the stainless steel one brand they sale arent that great for cooking. They are not non stick. However I did get an electric skillet for 19.99 that was originally 25.00.

Lots of cute stuff but there are quite a few items that are cheaper at Wal-Mart. I thought big lots was a discount store but I am wrong. I still enjoy looking at what they have to offer and occasionally buying something if its the right price.

Typical location- lots of inventory, and a good mix of items! Little older store, sometimes a little jumbled, but lots of usable items!

Employee/asst manager looked right me as I was waiting for her to finish with a customer and she still walked away to go stock a shelf. She then helped another customer and was about to walk away again until I had to raise my voice in order to get her to give customer service. Very rude!!!!!
