I called AAA door repair and Shane answered. He said he was on a job and would come by to look at my garage door the next day. The next day Shane called and said he would come by. Shane was at my house shortly after. He looked at the garage door opener, replaced the logic board, reset all my remotes and made sure they worked, as well as the keypad outside the garage. Shane also noticed my chain was loose on the garage door opener and adjusted it.Shane really knew what he was doing. Highly recommend!Thanks Shane!!

Went to open my garage door just to find out the left and right torsion springs were broke. The door wouldn’t open and two of our vehicles were inside the garage. We knew that we had to get it fixed quickly so our home would be safer when we left our house. I googled garage door repair and found several listings. The first one I phoned couldn’t make it out until later in the month. The second business I phoned was not accepting any more jobs. AAA DOOR REPAIR was the third business I phoned. The owner Shane Russell answered the phone right away. He was on a job working to fix someone else’s broken garage door. He gave me his cell number and told me to text him my information and address. He said it would be about 3 hours before he could get to me. It was almost exactly 3 hours from when I phoned him that he phoned and was on his way to our house. He and his assistant immediately started working on the problem and it was fixed in a very short period of time. They were very professional and you could tell they had lots of experience dealing with repairing garage door issues. Small company, exceptional service. Mr. Russell is extraordinarily knowledgeable and I could tell right away he is a pros pro. Our garage door spring broke at lunchtime on a Friday. We called and spoke to Shane. He said he would try to get out that day or by Saturday morning. He called at 5:45 pm that day and came over shortly thereafter. He had the door repaired in 45 minutes. His charge was comparable to a service call fee and parts cost.
