Service department is VERY SLOW yet VERY EXPENSIVE. They will quote one price and charge another with no reason for the change. They take advantage in your time of need.This is what business has come to in America, we lie to and cheat each other for money. Almost 10 hrs and $1048.00 to replace the anti freeze hose under the passenger door.SIDE NOTE: parts department was GREAT!

I only dealt with the parts department. They answered all my questions on the phone thoroughly. I ended up purchasing parts that were cheaper than the ones I initially asked about.

The service department here is another prime example of a business taking advantage of their customers lack of knowledge. Definitely get a second opinion before having work done here. Also keep in mind they have that new beautiful dealership to pay for

Grate parts people they always can find parts you need or that will work quickly, I deal with them on a daily basis never a dull moment

This place is a good place to be once you get past the service guy checking you in. He acts as if you did something wrong by bringing your truck to get serviced or checked out.

Been waiting 3 1/2 hours for them to replace a radiator hose. No updates so i go into office and all tech are gone to lunch they will probably start on it when lunch is over. Wish i could take the one star back. 5 hours and still waiting. Just for a radiator hose.
