Third party delivery driver dropped our groceries at the wrong house. It happens, I guess. So we called and they said they had someone sending the groceries out. Never came. They said they’d refund the money, but not particularly helpful when you need things that day. Not using them again for sure

They have the best deals 4 meat. N toilet paper n paper towels. 12 rolls 4 $5.99. 6 rolls 5.99. N its not the thin tissue. Very good products. Employees r wonderful.

Shop here regularly. Meat market quality ranks with the best in area. Very accommodating and friendly employees. All speak and greet. Prices reasonable and they appear to have a knowledgeable buyer. Meat market and produce outstanding wirh a very user friendly parking lot. Also a corner service station that provides customer service.

Our local Albertsons is a staple of the community. The Location at 105 E Southfield Rd has always been a place of friendly service and well stocked convenience. As kids riding bikes through the neighborhood, we were thankful for Albertsons cheap snacks and .25¢ cold drink machine. They kept that quarter pop machine available long after other machines had gone to $1.00+. Years later, I am still thankful to be able to make a trip to the local Albertsons and find what I need quickly. Thank you for being there for us when we were kids, and thank you for being there now that we have kids. I hope to continue shopping at this location far into the future. Broadmoor neighborhood Albertsons, you the real MVP. Keep up the good work.

A nice clean grocery store. The prices are higher than Brookshires unless you just watch and shop the weekly advertised specials. They do carry obscure products that most local stores dont stock.

Well I got a potato salad from the deli and someone had eaten out of it. Very disappointing. The flower shop is not what it used to be.

Ive never needed a grocery item I couldnt find here. Even Udon noodles.

I brought 6 lbs of Dungeness crabs and spacifically requested thawed out crabs and the guy put frozen crabs in the bag insread of the one thawed out, it came to be $74. With the discount, but I didnt pay for them because they was frozen, I took them back to him and got the thawed out one which csme to be $54. I will pay attention from now on, I told him about his self in a NICE & POLITELY NASTY WAY. GIVE PEOPLE WHAT THEY ASK FOR, IF THEY TELL YOU SPECIFICALLY WHAT THEY WANTED!!

This is JUST about the Thanksgiving Baked Turkey Dinner I ordered. First these arent prepared locally, like every supermarket it seems now they have some centralized processing to cook the turkey, make the sides, etc. And with one notable and honestly inexcusable exception it was OK. Not stellar but ok. The dressing was good, the turkey adequate, the giblet gravy also decent. BUT the mashed potatoes were hideous. And that being SUCH an important dish for Thanksgiving, Im kicking myself for counting on it.I have a tiny kitchen, its hard to make a 2 course meal just for one, and to have my sons here I needed an alternative. This sounded like the option. But the potatoes are inexcusably bad. Theyre mealy, almost grainy in texture, theyre utterly bland and I even added seasoning but it just doesnt even LOOK like mashed potatoes. In texture and appearance its more like grits. Instant potatoes turn out reliably MUCH better. If I had the space I would have made my own, and I so wish I had now.Look... yeah its just the starch, but mashed potatoes with giblet gravy, thats like a once a year thing, with some dressing sneaking in, right? This is a BITTER disappointment. And trying to contact or write Albertsons about it directly requires the code from your receipt, I bought the damn thing 3 days ago, no I dont still have the receipt, sorry. So they get to hear about it here.In general I like the store, thats why I thought I could rely on them for this. I feel completely hornswaggled.

Went to pharmacy for covid vaccinaion. The pharmacy staff was very courteous and professional. They have answered .my calls before and after vaccinaion equally professionalyl and caringly. Iwill give five stars to the pharmacy.The produce section does not have as much variety as anòther competing grocery store.On the whole the staff in all departments includiing checkout is very courteous and helpful.

Good butchers portion of the store, they tend to be more expensive than w mart, so good place for quick pickup of something you forgot bad place to drop 200+ on groceries, you are better served going to wally world for that, their clearance marked items tend to be a joke often almost as expensive as non clearance. French bread is A+ when its hot.

Honestly for as old as the store is, its pretty good. However, the second you walk in it stinks like old meat. Tr he staff has always been wonderful and courteous.

Staff is sweet yet professional, the store is always clean and clutter free.

The prices here are not reasonable all of the time but they have a good variety of items that cant be found in other stores.

The fruits and vegetables here were terrible!

Albertsons is a relatively good neighborhood grocery store. Perhaps a tad more expensive on some items they still have a good variety of choices.

This store is very weird. You need the app to shop, I wasted 30 minutes in the stores just for them to tell me that when I got to checkout. If that is the case have a big sign at the door that says you need the app in order to get the sale price that is displayed when shopping. It’s completely false advertisement when you are shopping and can be tricked into paying more if you not paying attention at checkout.

When they have a really good deal on a product, they need to keep the shelves stocked with more than a few of 2 varieties.

Absolutely no help during a pandemic

I love this store. Been going here since it was “Skaggs-Albertsons.” But sadly the apartments nearby have made it necessary to have a police officer at the door. It’s also gotten a little run down. I still love it - but only go during early afternoon.

Albertsons smells really bad‼️ The other shoppers and employees walk around as if they do not smell anything. Upon entering the store, it smells like expired meat. If you can get past the stench and the outdated accommodations, your shopping experience should be a pleasant experience.

The customer service lady named Latonya was on her personal phone giggling. She saw me standing there and act like I’m a disturbance to her. When I presented my debit card she looks disappointed like she waived her hand in the air mumbling some words because she thinks I’m paying cash. She looks so unhappy and grumpy to help! To think that she is a supervisor acting like that representing your company is tragic. If you don’t want to serve you just have stayed home instead.

Sanitize store. the shopping cart area has employee there to sanitize the baskets and shopping carts there are multiple hand sanitizers at each register and there are the plexiglass divider between you and the cashier. This store also provides CONTACTLESS payment methods

Fresh fish and beef had water dripping on it from the dirty cooling elements in the display cooler. Store had a weird smell near the front. Employees not very helpful with finding products. Asked an employee where an item was located he replied with an attitude stating...I dont know...I have no idea but you could look in aisle 8 but I dont know. He never looked up from his box of product.

Went to the fish department and order jumbo shrimp I got about 15 jumbo shrimp on top and the rest was small shrimp at the bottom. I wont my money back this is not good.
