Fantastic! They are allowed to offer tasting spoons again. That ceased during to Covid restrictions.I tried a new ice cream flavor that was non-dairy, just because I was curious to see if I could tell any difference. I couldnt. It was sweet and creamy.

Ive always enjoyed Baskin-Robbins since I was a very young girl like dates back to 1980 Something my daughter and I and my granddaughter had a wonderful time today enjoying the wonderful flavors and Im worn friendly service

As usual very good ice cream ans time with the fam felt sorry for the little sweetheart be hind the counter as she was the only one working and had several of us to serve but she did a great job.

I love ice cream and Baskin-Robbins is always a delightful treat. I love the ice cream variety. The atmosphere of this restaurant was clean, organized, and kid friendly. The icecream cakes looked amazing! The young man that patiently waited on me was very courteous and polite. I would definitely stop by and drain if I was in the area!

I was in line waiting for my turn to order. The man behind the counter was very sweaty looking. While he was ringing up the person in front of me, he reached under his shirt and rubbed his stomach and chest. I then left because he didnt wash his hands afterwards. He then helped the next customer and STILL didnt wash his hands.

WOW so impressed with the gentleman who works here customer service skills. I have never had better, they were top notch. I didnt catch his name, but he is about 20ish with a bald head. He is def a valuable asset to your store. You are very lucky to have him.

The store was immaculate. Everything clean and even the bathroom was spotless. The server. I believe assistant manager. Was extremely kind, friendly, and very helpful. Had a really great attitude and was really great to talk to. Ice cream was insanely good. Especially the seasonal flavors.

Love the service . The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The cakes are beautiful and the ice cream is delicious. Its great anytime of the day. I didnt know that this location (on pierremont and line) existed until last year, but I am so happy that I found it!

Prices for gasoline are low with quality gas.

Clean. Delicious. I cannot have dairy so I am over the moon about their dairy free options. When I request that they use a new, clean spoon for scooping my icecream to avoid cross contamination, they do so with no qualms.

Fast friendly service and great ice cream... there isnt much more you can ask for. We stayed too long, ate way too much but enjoyed our time visiting during the quiet and a bit slow Sunday evening. We stayed long enough to watch how he worked with other customers and he was the same pleasant person to everyone that walked in.

Great selection of flavors. Best ice cream on the planet. And they let you sample any ice cream you have not yet had. They are pretty cool here and helpful with the flavors.

Their service is very great, also the employee Brandon has always wanted to have the opportunity to design a 2 tier cake and I liked giving him that opportunity. Also Brandon was Helpful, Patient, and Courteous.

The two young men that were working, were extremely polite, and very quick to serve us.

1 kid serving orders to a line out the door on a Saturday night. Clearly didnt give a damn, taking his sweet time on each one. Took over 30 minutes to get a stupid snack i can get from Kroger for half the price
