Brought my mower in to have the blade replaced. Dropped off my mower after 3:00 p.m. and it was done before Noon the next day. Customer service was top notch. Dylan and Garrett were both helpful and courteous.

High price for poor service. Was quoted one price then when I picked mower up price was 60 dollars higher. On top of that took mower to first job and front wheel was not tightened and came off. Called store and was told bring it up there and they would put it back on but kind of hard to do when mower was dug in customers yard. When I told them that the response was what do you want us to do. Will not go there again.

The folks at BPE on Havens Road are way more customer oriented than several other retailers I tried to shop at. I had a sales man talking to me within just a few minutes of arrival in the store. I went to two other retailers and walked around for fifteen minutes without being approached. Needless to say I left. Zack was knowledgeable of their products and was very helpful. I bought a Gravely ZT HD 52 and couldnt be more pleased.

My mower had problems at 23 weeks of use. They replaced everything pn.the deck and put a new motor on it under warranty. Great service and the staff did everything they could to make my mower right again
