I am going to be in the Monroe next week and wanted to see if they might have what I need and in the correct size. I have emailed them and called them and they have never contacted me back. Not sure I want to travel an hour and a half out of the way to find out they dont have what I need.

Called ahead to see if they were open spoke to someone they informed that they would be open until 3:30 arrived at 3:12 and door locked. The door says 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.

They have what I need for hardwood and specialty lumber. Robert is always helpful.

Made my second visit to Deano in Shreveport and the service and selection are great. I had a budget to stick to and the salesman helped me find the appropriate amount of wood for my projects that fit my pocketbook. I will be back when more materials are needed. Thank you to the Deano staff.

Went on my lunch break to the Shreveport location. door was locked. No sign on door saying they werent open. I got back in my truck, and saw what I assume to be an employee getting out of their car carrying some fast food and unlock the front door and go in. I gured maybe they just locked the door so they could run out and grab some lunch. I walked up to the front door and tried it again. Still locked.I called the number on the door, and no one answered. The voice recording said their hours of operation, but didnt mention they were closed during lunch or closed today. Now, Ive wasted my lunch break, and they arent open past 4:30 or on weekends.If you plan on going, call ahead and hope someone answers.

This place has it going on. All kinds of domestic and imported hardwoods. At really good prices. Drove 2 hours to get to this place. Well worth the drive

Terrible customer service and business. Get a quote on a product, product comes in a week later then it was supposed to, then charged more than the quote. Called to inquire about price difference and was told the quote was a mistake on their part. I was told to bring it back if I don’t like the new price, that’s awesome business practices. You make the mistake and I have to suffer.
