Although the homes were extremely nice and the service was above and beyond. The cost on a home exceeded the cost of building a new home on foundation. Wish they were a little more cost efficient.

Great Great Great Great Service - this was the purchase of my 21 year old sons first home. They really worked with Hunter and explained everything every step of the way. Again I highly recommend this company to anyone who is wanting to purchase their home.

Just like all the other modular home parks. staff was polite, homes were nice for the most part but very overpriced. now thats the same for all the parks as its a sellers market for the moment & building materials are on short supply. if you have 150k to 200k to drop then u should be able to get a home you want.

Nice places. Not cheap. Sales girl that came out to welcome us was very friendly and not pushy. She just stated if we have any questions she would be available in office.

This was by far one the greatest experiences that I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Buying a Home is stressful but the staff at Eldorado Made it feel like a walk in the park. I would never recommend this company I have all my contact information for when we started the buying process this company was listed as Premier and when we went to the office they told us it was El Dorado Homes. The paperwork that our credit union has is from ElDorado Homes. We bought brand new in 2016 was told we had 5 year warranty on our Air condition and today it stopped working and we called to get it fixed and was told that they couldn’t help us because we didn’t buy it from them, well they received the check from the credit union on our behalf. The manager even said he couldn’t help us because we didn’t purchase it from them. They delivered our home in July and the salesperson we was dealing with stopped working there for some unknown reason. We was told that in their file our home was finished and it took our Loan Officer calling them and saying that they wasn’t getting another payment until it was finished. We finally was able to move in October.This is the first time I have ever written a bad review on anyone. But I’m not done yet.Yes you offered that you would give me the number of someone to come out and charge me but I was never told that I had to register anything. I didn’t purchase from Premier Homes I purchased from ElDorado. I contacted the Credit Union that sent the check and she sent my paperwork. So you’re not standing behind the information that an employee gave us before he was no longer working there. At this point my air conditioner is working but these photos I have and other paperwork I have will go a little bit farther. Yes you do have some wonderful employees now but that’s not the after affect we’re dealing with.

I would not recommend them at all. We started buying my home thru Premier Homes in Natchitoches when they moved to Shreveport, the whole experience has been awful. They moved my home in on June 28, 2017, came june 30, 2017 blocked it up. It was not completely trimmed out until July 13th after having to call several times, having 4 different crews come out. Weve been in it over a month still waiting on stuff to be done.
