My mom bought a new 2022 Pathfinder yesterday and we were so pleased with the service we received from Mrs. Randi Trotter! She was amazing!!! I could write a book of nice things to say about Randi (Ice) Trotter. We have been shopping around for months but we were to anxious to pull the trigger because we have never financed a car before. We pulled in the parking lot and we were greeted by the sweetest lady (Randi) I didn’t feel like I was buying a car from a salesperson. She made me feel like I was driving around with an old friend 😅 She was able to help us get the car we fell in love with and the payments were fair and affordable. She went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy and my toddler adores her! We will always come back to Randi for our car needs and we would recommend her to everyone. I just stopped in to the service department with what I considered an emergency. I got in my car to start a 5 hour trip out of town and had a warning that my car needed attention right away. I got to the dealership an hour and a half before their scheduled closing time on top of them already super busy and they just stopped what they were doing and went out of their way to make sure I could get to where I am headed safely! They did not feel it would be safe to make the trip in my car so they gave me a rental car and told me mileage was not an issue they just wanted me to get where I needed to safely! They honestly don’t know how huge what they just did was to me! I can not remember the gentleman’s name that helped me but the lady that assisted him was Rachel. They could have honestly turned me away because they were already booked for the day but they didn’t. This company is lucky to have employees that truly care about the job they do and the people they serve!

DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY MILITARY. These people are vultures. They have no problem running some 18 year old’s credit 10-15 times without explaining what they are doing. Then, if they say “we’ll give you a free full tank of gas when you’re low” that’s a lie. They love to trap military new to the area especially like a payday lot. Oh, and the guy said “the bank required a warranty”. That was a blatant lie. I got it removed and the person I talked to said “I hear that all the time”, but shady sales people here.

Refused to honor the first responder deal that I showed them from their dealership website and it was available until 10/31/2021. Now all of a sudden, that’s not on their website anymore. EXTREMELY dishonest, very frustrating to spend over an hour there and be told yeah he says he’s going to honor it to have them then turn around and say it was only available when Covid first started. The REAL reason they refused to honor it is because it would bring the sales price of the vehicle down too much for them.

When we 1st pulled up to the lot.. I must say that I was glad that just about everyone asked if they could help us..I love that they make you feel like family as soon as you pull up..I love the fact that we didnt have to wait for our salesperson (which was awesome by the way MRS.ICE)....came right on in and got to work pushing those numbers... although we had to leave and come back it was worth the 6 hour wait.. We left off the lot with 2 new cars.. I would like to thank Ms.Trotter for all her help even though I wasnt approved Im even super excited that my mom and sister were able to get ALMOSTTTTTTT exactly what they wanted.. but over all I give you guys 5 stars because there was NO HAGGLING and it felt as if everyone knew there positions and were definitely on point. Oh I just loved my experience from start until finish. After visiting other dealerships that seemed to be more concerned with making money over listening to my concerns, I was about ready to go outside the local area. Then I decided to go back to Orr Nissan because I had purchased a car from there 6 years ago. I’m so glad I did because Mr. Hill is a great salesman. He listened. He explained. He was personable and not pushy. He was very down-to-earth. The entire team was excellent. They introduced me to other team members throughout the process. The reason for the Probably will not and 5 on Recommending Orr Nissan to a friend or colleague is only because Im not from the Shreveport, LA area.My wife and I were traveling from Dallas, TX in route to Lafayette, LA when our car experienced mechanical failure in the front suspension system. We had the car towed to Orr Nissan South where the service manager, Danny, was quickly available to assess our needs. We explained the urgency of our situation and need to resume or trip to Lafayette via rental car but needed our car repaired as soon as possible. He assured us that our car was in good hands and we could resume our trip with out worry. With in four hours of leaving the service center, Danny called with good news and that our car was ready for pickup. He made recommendations and assured us that our car was safe for traveling back to Dallas. He and his staff were very courteous and made our experience trouble free. They made what could have been a traumatic experience worry free. If we did live in the Shreveport area, we would must definitely recommend Orr Nissan South to others and make them our choice for our next vehicle purchase. BUYER BEWARE This was the WORST car buying experience Ive ever had out of the five (excluding this mess) cars Ive purchased in my lifetime. I purchased a used car for my teen driver (first car) and immediately after leaving noticed problems with the car. Took it back, they put a piece of foam under the hood and said that was Nissans recommendation to fix the problem and it seemed to have worked for the first day but just yesterday it reached an all time worse. Mind you I just bought it Saturday went back Monday and today is only Thursay (morning). Once you leave their lot be prepared to be told everyone in this business is too busy to talk to you. Example I called Monday asking about getting the car looked at and was told Id have to drop the car off for 2-3 days just for them to do a diagnostic look. I called the finance department for two straight days and was told they were to busy to take phone calls finally I called and had to lie about my reasoning for calling and wallah Karen was able to answer. I never in a million years would have expected a Nissan dealership to be doing business as if they were some rinky dink car hustlers selling used cars that break down within days of purchase but here we are. DO NOT EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DONT BUY USED FROM HERE!! BEWARE THE ONE STAR IS ONLY BY DEFAULT THIS PLACE IS A NEGATIVE 10

From my experience in the past 11 months Nissan is a joke. They sold me a lemon. I don’t recommend anyone buying the new 2020 Nissan Sentra. I’ve had issues since the day of purchase not even a year ago. Been in & out of the service dept. One issue being the car stranded me & had to have it towed to Nissan a bill they promised to pay but have not paid due to manufacture screw up. They got in a hurry or they were on drugs when they built the car bc basically the brain/computer box was bent & threw together. So the whole thing had to be replaced. Ever since it’s been multiple issues. I requested a repurchase or return & was denied. As of now I’m still waiting on a response to when I can bring it in for another issue after I’ve already scheduled appt online. So to sum it up DONT BUY NISSAN…if u do prepare to be inconvenienced.

I started looking for a new vehicle this past Thursday my existing car was on its last leg an I knew I needed to do something quick. I wanted a new suv not a used one but all the car lots are out of new cars. I just happened to pull into the Nissan parking lot to see if they had any new Small SUV’s an they had a few. I have never bought a Nissan in my life but I was drawn to the new Rogue SL model they had on the lot. I got out of my car an was checking it out an Ms Randi (ICE) came out an met me asked if I would like for her to go get the key to look at the inside I said sure. We got into the suv an she went over all the bells an whistles and I checked under the hood asking ?’s. I told her that I had just started looking at SUV’s and wanted to look around somemore she told me if I decided on a Nissan to come back an see her. The next day Friday I continued looking around an found nothing available so I called ms Randi an asked if she still had the one I looked at yesterday she said yes but someone was looking it over to buy she asked me to come now so I did but I was to late they had bought it. But she got on top of it an they found another one somewhere else an can get it here by Monday so I said good I’ll buy it. After getting all the paperwork done including some $ for my trade in I bought it. Ms Randi was very helpful to get the lowest interest rate and also gave me a new car to drive till my new suv arrives Monday. I highly recommend Ms Randi and will send family an friends her way.

I want to start with ALWAYS LOOK AT YOUR PAPERWORK BEFORE YOU SIGN. EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU CAN TRUST THEMThis one star review has nothing to do with the sales people that we dealt with. They were very nice and helpful. I gave a one star because of the GM of the dealership. It took several tries before we agreed upon an out the door price for a vehicle (this agreed upon price included all fees) the GM sent the salesman back in and said we had to pay tt&l that day. They had a total price written on a piece of paper that she showed us which also gave us our monthly payment if we rolled the tt&l into the financing. I agreed to finance that part also and they started the paperwork. We eventually signed papers and left. The next day I started looking at the copies of the paperwork we signed. Guess what, they snuck the doc fees into the total price in the end. The monthly payment was exactly what they said it would be but the total price was higher. So in the end, they ended up charging me more than what we had agreed upon for a final price. Also, they didn’t even bother filling the vehicle up with gas before we left. So I got screwed twice.

I was passing through and of course my tire light came on! Rachel was the girl who greeted me. She was extremely nice and listened to me pour my soul out about a tire! Im not too savvy when it comes to mechanics, but I have enough knowledge to know a tire is not the worst thing that could have happened. It seemed pretty busy but she assured me that I would be in and out in no time! The atmosphere was very friendly and light! Rachel took my car in and informed me that it was a simple in and out fix! She explained everything to me before I even had to ask. Turns out it just needed to be plugged! I was the victim of a bad oil change with a local business here in Shreveport.I was denied twice by the business to rectify the situation and was furious about it.I took my car to the Shreveport ORR Nissan for help.I was greeted by a female rep, Rachel who was very polite, and friendly towards me during this initial interaction.She told me to pop the hood after hearing the rattling sound come from under it.She then asked a few of the Nissan mechanics to take a look and they proceeded to tell me what needed to be done.The process went well and I now have my car back on the road.I will never take my car to any other local oil change chain business EVER again.Thank you Nissan for having a team of people who care and stand behind their work.☺

From the first gentleman that was outside that led me to service advisor Rachel I must say in a matter of fact way the customer experience was both outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Everyone from initial customer contact was both friendly and helpful. This was my first purchase of a Nissan from Carmax so I needed some guidance on both from a service and maintenance perspective. Rachel took the time to review the items that needed to be addressed immediately as well as items that should be addressed in the near future. Rachel showed me how to replace the battery in the transponder as well as asked if there were any questions that I had on regards to service or maintenance. It is obvious that you as an organization place the customer experience at a premium and it is well appreciated. In my lifetime I cannot say there have been many ratings that I can give a 10 plus in the area of the customer experience. All I can say is kudos to you and wow. Couldnt have be happier with my experience at Orr nissan. Teighlor Johnson was fantastic, we drove from Houston to see a truck that had just been on the lot, Teighlor called us first thing in the morning, reassured us the truck was there(asking a lot from most dealerships now), and sent us pictures of the truck as soon as we asked. She had the truck washed and pulled up front for us and answered any questions we had, and even took care of a few minor issues on the truck no questions asked. She was no pressure and very nice and welcoming. Could not recommend Teighlor, and Orr nissan, enough.

Benefits I really didn’t want. I didn’t appreciate how Karen wasn’t willing to listen to listen to me. This dealership should really be ashamed of itself most all of the pre-owned vehicles have well over 100,000 miles many over 150, 000 miles some even beyond 200,000 miles these cannot even be covered with an extended warranty and are priced thousands of dollars over black book value. None of these high mileage vehicles will even last the financing payoff. You will be left paying a car note on a vehicle that is no longer running or drivable. Their website is a pack of total lies, featuring vehicles that are not even in stock or have been sold and not removed. Many are listed as bait and switch tactics, you call to inquire, the vehicle is there, then you arrive an hour later and the vehicle has magically disappeared. Scheming and just a pack of total lies is all you receive at Orr Nissan. The general manager should be fired. Only a gullible dim-wit would buy anything from these crooks. Go to a larger market and get a better price. CarMax I hate to admit is even a better deal. Im waiting on a sarcastic rebuttal so I can really lower the boom on this dealership. FYI, most of these five star reviews are posted by either employees or friends of the dealership owners. Reviewers seldom create a Google account and only do ONE review that in itself is suspicious and a dead give away. I stand by what what I post. If these businesses dont think Google reviews doesnt reflect on your performance and sales then they are out of the loop. Im here to tell the truth and expose how crooked these car dealerships are and warn consumers.

Simple buying process. But let’s mention my prepaid maintenance agreement was cancelled at 5 miles a few days after purchasing my vehicle. Was connected to Paul to resolve the issue when he informed me that my car was “at 30,000 miles”. When I informed him it wasn’t and gave him my exact mileage. I was told I would’ve had to cancel it in person. Spoke to Melissa who resolved my problems. Yet again today. Tried to cancel my gap and gave all my information to one person, got transferred over to Paul yet again thinking it’d be a more pleasant experience when I was informed that “nissan doesn’t do refunds on gap” and “well I guess they know something we don’t” and was promptly hung up on. Called back and requested Melissa. Who then helped me with said issue and assured me that nissan DOES do this. Needless to say. If it weren’t for the few decent people at Nissan in Shreveport I’d easily given them a 1 star. Thanks Paul for being soo helpful though. Greatly appreciated 🙃
