A 5 Star review does not do justice for Mike and his team at Best. Read this knowing there should be a 6th star here... Mike went above and beyond to ensure my insurance claim was handled smoothly even when an unexpected underlying issue surfaced after the initial repair Mike took the vehicle back in and made sure everything was handled professionally and to the absolute best of his abilities. The body work was EXCEPTIONAL, and the detail shop had the paint and interior looking like show room standard. Dont call around, go to Best you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Mike!!!

It’s hard not to be impressed when your car comes back looking as good as the day you bought it—inside and out. Mike and team went above and beyond in every way, right down to calling the rental place to have them drop by and pick up their vehicle. The whole office is a class act. Bravo!

Sadly we’ve had to use them several times over the years. Service is outstanding. They back up their lifetime warranty without hesitation. Recently had to have a car towed there, they stayed open late until the car was dropped off and made sure everything was in order. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Best was a preferred shop for our auto insurance provider and local so I had them do the work following their insurance appraisal. Yes the car looked as good as new when done but that is not what compelled me to write a positive online review. The courtesy and customer service for every interaction - in person and phone - was exceptional - from the associate at the front desk up to and including the owner. At pickup they had taken the time to clean up the car so it didnt look like it had been at a body shop at all - was spotless inside and out. If I ever need collision repair in the future Im absolutely going back to Best Auto Body.

Could not be any better at resolving a bad situation. The repair work was excellent and the complimentary quick detail was definitely appreciated. What really sets them apart in my opinion was the operations. Every piece of paperwork was prepared in advance of my arrival, my rental was ready I just signed and drove away. No headaches, extremely professional and great communication. I hope I never need repair work again but if I do I would only go to Best Auto.

Super nice owner. I dont hand out 5 stars often. But the staff and owner is awesome. We were involved in an accident. He took care of everything. From test driving the vechile, keeping you informed to talking to you about how to handle claims.They truly go the extra mile all with a smile on their faces.

Best Auto Body replaced my bumper and repaired damage under my car and on the tailgate. It looks perfect, inside and out! They’re also very nice people, easy to work with!

I am very satisfied with the service, best auto body had to offer. The guys are very professional, humble and easy to do business with. Mike (owner) is a very helpful person. Knowing my situation and date by when I needed my car, he made sure the car was ready on time. It was Black Friday and even though the shop was closed, Mike was in the shop for car deliveries- which was impressive.There was a minor issue with the hood alignment that was identified while I was there for a pick up. Few days later guys from Best Auto body picked my car, fixed it and brought it back. Issue was fixed without any hassles.I chose my auto body shops based on their customer service and will definitely recommend these guys for the very same reason.

I have been going to Mike Hanc at Best for 20 years for collision repair. They are the best for a reason. Quality work and great service. Updated 2/5/19. I had my car repaired again. (we keep getting hit), and not only was the work awesome, the people friendly and helpful, but they detailed my car! It was horribly dirty but they did a great job. Just additional service that they provide.

Brought my Yukon to Best Auto Body after it was rear ended on the highway. Best did an awesome job returning my SUV back to as new condition. They did the work quickly and expertly. When they inspected the Yukon during disassembly they found additional damaged parts and had the insurance company add those items to the appraisal. When I picked it the Yukon was beautifully detailed inside and out. I highly recommend Best Auto Body!

My 2017 Mustang was struck while it was parked. The damage was to the left front corner of the vehicle, where the vehicle is most defined. I brought it to Best Auto Body for an estimate. They were AWESOME! They took care of all the paperwork while keeping me informed each step of the way. The entire staff was friendly, respectful, and on top of the repair from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. They made sure all the replacement parts to my vehicle were original OEM. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was put back to its original condition.
